You made me switch to Spectrum Internet because you were having problems with your service and my Internet would quit in a couple days and you were working with Spectrum. Now I have switched and I cannot get my emails and I cannot copy off the labels to send my internet equipment back to you. I want to continue with my lmburtch@***.com email.

I have had Century link for 15 years. I moved in to Mobile home 5/1/23'

I have had Century link for 15 years. I moved in to Mobile home 5/1/23'. A century link service tech hooked up my internet from outside to inside my home. He gave me a new modem but it did not work all the time. From 5/1 /23. To current date I have not had a full day of internet. I have had 4 appointments where a technician was suppose to show up to fix my internet but never showed. Bill problem is way to high for a set income person

Hung up on me want to talk to a customer service person my bill im not getting my act discount and charged me 125 for the guy to say its works in here

I have old deteriorated equipment in my yard

Please come and remove this 20 yr old piece of dangerous useless equipment. I have made two appointments and each technician said it wasnt their company . It says quest on the box. Little kids were caught playing with the wires. Kathleen Guiles 505-989-****

Poor customer service

I called customer service because I was overcharged by $90.00; my monthly charge is $45.00. I was told that Direct TV billed through Century Link was the one that overcharged me. I called Direct TV and was told that Direct TV did not overcharged me (I talked to the President's assistant). I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau against Century Link. They never responded. I went on their website and use the virtual assistant. When asked the reason of my call, I started to type the detail I am writing here, the chatting closed claiming I did not respond quick enough.

Horrible internet service

I have been with century link for years, their service has gone from poor to horrible. I live in Aurora Co. and my internet service keeps disconnecting all day long. I talked to someone from the repair dept. earlier today, a real person !!! He said they were going to monitor my service for $72 hours. I got back on the internet @2:53 today and again I was completely disconnected and I called their service and repair #, spent 15 minutes with their horrible bot and finally got connected with some one from a different country, I asked to speak to someone from the U.S. since I had called earlier and I was told I would have to keep calling until someone from the US picked up the phone. I am fed up with trying to get help from outsourced reps. I am angry, frustrated and tired of dealing with Century Link, which does not provide any service anymore, either you are trying to communicate with a bot, or talking to someone from a different country with zero training.Bewar

I was lied to

I called yesterday to set up a payment date and was assured that my service would not be suspended. It was suspended. I spent over an hour trying to speak to a person, but was unable to until it was after hours and no one was there. Your frustrating computer prompt kept suggesting that I get on my laptop for better and faster service. My laptop needs the internet. I will probably be looking for another provider.

I am writing on behalf of my 84 year old Aunt because shes unable to communicate. Shes been without service for seven days. Prior to this she was without service for seven days and another time she was out of service for at least seven days. This is her third go around. She lost her husband a few months ago and she has an aging dog. She has no way to be in contact with family and she has no way to get help for her dog, should she need it. She is suffering and CenturyLink is aware of it. Shes gone without Internet, telephone, and cable services these three times because the trash truck knocks down the CenturyLink system on the pole. This has happened three times and CenturyLink never thinks to move the location of the system. Further, they know my aunts situation, and they placed what they called a medical tag. on her service appointment in hopes that someone would get there earlier. They didnt, they havent, and they wont. Customer service by phone is a joke. It is a fascinating exercise and NOT helping. Even when the automated response states back your request and then offers to connect you with a human representative, it then kicks you back into the maze: tell us why youre calling a full repeat of the steps Id already taken. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Disgusting way to run a business

Disgusted with no service Every time I I ask for help they refer me to their so called specialists and they are not helpful at all.

Poor response time

Have not had internet since 7/6/23 at 6:30 pm and everyday it goes out another 24 hrs until resolved. Customer service is the weakest I have ever dealt with. They know nothing. Site says one thing and automated phone service says another. Over all inept at resolving issues. Worse decision.

DThere telling my roommate he has to have to rent a modem have there tech install it for 150$ just to be able to find out what kinda modem i can purchase myself and pay to rent theres. I cant find a compatible modem without knowing what modem they would need to install for the new service. We did actually made an appt with the tech (because they waived the 150$) but he never showed or called but now there saying he didnt have access when me and my roommate both took days off of work so someone was here during the entire 8-5 window. He called the next day and someone was looking into but no one ever called back. Which brings me to today when they told him they had to have a tech come do an install before telling us what modem is compatible with the new service they signed us up for. The funny thing is the first 3 ppl couldnt even find an order for a modem at all. And the third told me the new *** And was *** of rude too. Definitely looking for new service elsewhere

first of all, theyve changed my monthly fee multiple times without warning me ahead of time I have direct auto payment they just willingly update it and upgrade it whenever they feel need without letting the consumer know second of all was just offered a free modem on their chat service after speaking to the representative for over 45 minutes then being transferred now theyre going back on what was promised by the representative

Puts Junkmail in monthly bills

CenturyLink puts a packet of junk mail in their monthly bills. Like jewelry, fashion mags, insurance ads and other unwelcome junk. No other utility company does that. Even cellphone companies. Don't send us your junk and try to make even more money by selling to ad companies. You are so greedy, I dare to validate your expenses that you need to go so low as to use junk mail in monthly bills. Shame on you greedy company. Remove Junk form OUR bills

Customer service and billing

I recently ordered a technician to come out and install quantum fiber internet at my home. They constantly send conflicting messages telling me that they are on their way and then getting messages saying my appointment has to be rescheduled. The next text I received said they would be at my house within the hour, 15 minutes later I received another text telling me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled again. I recently found out that I am being charged $85 for their internet plan of 3 Mbps which is absolutely insane. I earned anyone that has CenturyLink internet that is not quantum fiber to double-check their account and see what speed you are actually paying for. I obviously and no longer a CenturyLink customer and never will be again. The company is basically taking your money for close to no service at all.
