Dropped classes . From the technical support. After being on hold for almost 3 hrs .for asking for help after a storm hit Michigan . And we had to submit assignments due. Lady answer you have a storm

After we had a storm hit michigan . The system shut down . For almost a week . Even WCC try to contact them . And many students . A rude lady answers by saying you have storm in michigan . We dont in Kentucky, so its your issues . And at time we gas an assignment and quiz to submit . So I had to dropped my classes . And I am so scarred to take classes online . I also had face a problem. With solving those math problems. Shock spending hrs . In the Tuttoring lab, with professors help . After spending 1hr and sometimes more. Unfortunately not getting the right answers . And this is over Washington college . It was very bad experiences . Also the professors who picked cengage programs . They are very lazy, careless . Which my opinions , they shouldnt be in the education systems . Because make the materials easy for the students. And make them understand it . By passing of fail . Also, cdngage if the students . Trying to do their job . From time efforts and monies . And putting their lives and their future in your hand.. And simple, easy for professors to, depends on your systems . But not answering or care about students . And saying you choose to be online . Then don't teach . And don't hold that certificate and hold it on the walls. You are ruining and destroying a future of the students . And family and society. Because students and family spending all their monies on their kid's future. The financial aid monies.it's to help students to build a future of families .and society . And with someone careless, you are ruining all that . This is cruel . No humanity . It's like a robot life . After all, I am so sad. I got frustrated , depressed. And anxiety . And I am sure. Many like me .

Respect our time

I am trying to solve my problem for the last 10 days but they are not able to solve my problem even on call they frequently put my call on hold and transfer it between their representative. even today I tried to talk with them and had a conversation of 68 minutes. they were not able to solve my problem and hung up my call. Is this the right way to respect customers and help them? guys, you have to understand that in this fast-forward era no one has that much time. be careful o playing with the customer and respecting their time in a good manner, I want to resolve my problem or else want my money back.

No rep to speak to

Every time I try to assess Cengage using my password it is rejected. I reset the password and it is still rejected. I phoned Cengage but after holding for over 10 minutes I hung up.

INPUTS & OUTPUTS WRONG STILL 5 YEARS LATER...

Yes it shouldn't take hours to get your assignments done because their output is complete opposite than their input. Their books don't give enough examples and it's real *** I shouldn't be spending 10 hours a day 6 days a week trying to figure out where they errored to get my grade. I'm exhausted and have this *** for two classes. I should get compensated. I had the same problems 5 years ago and quit college over them and their program sucks... I'm not getting any sleep and struggling yo keep up in all my classes. Was up 96 hours straight trying to figure out they had input and output backwards. Quit smoking *** and go through the program yourself before you sell it or market it. This needs to get fixed... and people need Compensated for your errors that I know have existed for over 5 years now.I

I bought their stupid book but i guess that wasn't enough

*** and godawful. I bought a used textbook online but because I needed the *** access code I couldn't get to my homework until I purchased a separate online access code. Honestly I have never hated one of these *** companies that take advantage of students more, and I *loathe* College Board. At least with College Board you knew all the hot *** you were walking into, and it wasn't like, "Surprise, you need to buy our book a second time and you need access codes but we wont elaborate on where to find them and we wont tell you not to buy a real textbook or a used textbook even though they're either useless or don't function with our website also our website is unnavigable and our customer service is condescending." *** website, *** books, *** experience. I hope I never have to use their services again. Wasted hours, going to gain an ulcer.

Cengage Is The Worst...

So My professor has the bright idea to make us use Cengage Mobile (which I have never used) as a way to take attendance in a corporate finance class... I will never understand why... So I already do not like Cengage, and this pretty much sealed the fact that I NEVER want to use Cengage again: 1. So My Cengage Mobile App does not register my username and password... I changed my password via the site 3 times to make sure that it was not my fault in typing the wrong password. Every time I type it, I get "Incorrect Credentials." I e-mail my professor and he gives me an 800 number to call because his Cengage Agent told him to have me contact that number. 2. I call the number, and I reach the tech department. I am not sure the lady's name because I CANNOT HEAR HER... I inform her that I am unable to hear her, and she says "Is this better?" (As if she even did anything to make it change, because nothing was different) It sounds like she is 1500 feet away talking to me as though we were standing right next to each other. I know it was on her end because when she transferred me (we'll talk about that in #3) the announcement was loud. So I tell her we can try to endure it because by this point I am already annoyed. She asks me if I put in the correct credentials... I tell her that 3 times I have changed my password and I was literally on the Cengage site on my laptop as we were speaking... So after 30 minutes, she tells me she needs to escalate my case and that she was transferring me to the department that would help me. However, most of the conversation was "I'm sorry?" or "I still can't hear you." 3. So she transfers me to the department to help me, however, plot twist, THEY WERE CLOSED. So after 30 minutes of silence and inaudible speech, I get a really loud message stating "You have reached us outside of working hours. We can be reached on Sunday at ____...etc." 4. So while I am waiting for this lady who I can't hear, I am typing on the Cengage site with an agent because... I CAN'T HEAR THE LADY ON THE PHONE. So the agent tells me that she will send me a 6-digit verification code to my e-mail address... It never happened. I have still yet to receive the code. Eventually, we lost connection. Needless to say, my issue was not resolved, I did contact another agent to whom I told everything that had been bothering me about my service on this day, and she has stated she is escalating my issue to the appropriate people. 1.

Did not receive refund. Scammed for expedited shipping.

I paid for expedited 2-day shipping. I did not get the book until 8 days passed. When I told them that I no longer wanted the book and requested a refund, they told me "I should have the book in today." I still returned the book and requested a full refund. Support has not followed up with me and has not given me a refund. This website scams.Just do noJu

License key not working.

,my license code is valid upto April 2022 but in the app it shows for all my 5 mayh books that my license key is already used up and not valid.

I purchased cengage jee advanced modules months ago but my license key was not working. I mailed them thrice , contacted contacted djtributo , contacted the cenhage managers in my state but *** , my mails weren't replied and the people who said they would help me getting this license key didn't give a shot later.

It is rigged

Even though their examples seemed useful and helpful, they turned out to be false once I used them along with my textbooks and notebooks for Spanish. Then the results came in and is said to be something else, like levantarse turned out to be levantarme.

What's right is wrong

I take web development 1 and I'm forced to use this stupid program. Every time I type an answer on one of my T (insert number here) Case Problems that is correct, it labels it as incorrect!

Closed request

I have tried several time to cancel my book and subscription order but have been unsuccessful in during so. My case number is 0416**** and my order number is 1347****. HTML, CSS & Javascript Program is impossible to complete

It's the worse online system ever. Cengage has no room to be worse. It's buggy. Won't take your code as right. You're going to spend more time trying to figure out why you can't pass the exercise than actually learning something. It's perfectly made to keep students spending hours logged in what makes schools look good. I hate the system from the bottom of my soul. I'd like to be able to just complete the *** assignment and go to the next. But you cannot do it. You have to go from the step-by-step process that is full of bugs and disgustingly designed. Stay away from any school that uses this. You have no room to be creative using this system. Is irritating at a level that I can't no more.
