Insurance claims denial dispute

Good day! I would like to bring this into your attention that a certain claims supervisor named Angel called me saying that my sickness benefit claims was denied because of lack of supporting document. She also said that i should be brought to the emergency room in the hospital so i can take advantage on the insurance benefits that i have purchased through a certain branch in Subangdako Mandaue City Cebu. This is my second claim and i got shocked when i was informed that i need to submit a medical record like my laboratory results and my statement of account so they can forward my claim to the insurance provider. For me that's something quite complicated because i was only been informed initially by the teller in cebuana Lhuillier branch that i only need to submit a medical certificate may it be from a clinic or from the hospital. That claim supervisor appeared to be suspicious against me and I don't like it. I was only following the instruction given to me by the branch teller. It made me feel that Cebuana Lhuillier deceived me. Why would i submit additional data in relation with my medical records. For me it's very personal and should be treated confidential. If ever you need those types of records then you need to clearly add that on the coverage and claims policy. When i reviewed my coverage terms and conditions it was never stated that a certain lab and SOA should be submitted together with the medical certificate. I would like to hear this from you as how you can rectify this. I have been your loyal customer for quite sometimes but now but i feel like your treating me as a scammer because that's the way that supervisor treated me over-the-phone. Attached is the copy of my insurance policy. I have two policies that i have purchased. The first one was used and approved already. The second one is still pending because they question the integrity of the documents. The second claim that i have submitted was when i was brought to Chong Hua hospital due to difficulty in breathing due to respiratory tract infection. The claim supervisor said that it was not an emergency situation and other reason is Chong Hua she said is just a clinic. But she's wrong Chong Hua is a huge hospital firm in the province of Cebu. I would like you to call me and talk to me. I called your claims department and they opted not to explain what happened on the denial. The claims supervisor Angel Enriquez sent an email but her email is not bounded to the terms that i have read on my policy. Please, i am asking your intervention about this matter or else i will post in social media that your insurance isn't reliable as it should be based on it's terms and conditions. Poor customer service

I wanna complain the Cebuana Labo Cam norte Branch for having poor customer service, very inconvient service specially when we need to have smooth transaction to save our time, imagine I waited for almost 1hr and half just to claim money. lack of organization specially to those priority and none priority clients

Good day... ang mga staff sa cebuana Bien Unido Bohol branch hindi approachable at magalitin may staff sa akin na nag report na nag deposit sa cebuana tapos tinanggihan dahil marami daw na barya matagalan si sa pag count.paano kung ang collection sa field ay maraming barya ,sabi nang staff ng cebuana yan ang maka tagal sa kanila pag uwi dahil sa barya

Complaint to your las Pinas Verdant Branch

Dear customer service team I would like to make a formal complaint to your branch at Verdant Las Pinas. I sent remittance for my mother yesterday I didnt know she is sick. She asked my sister to collect the money for her. She gave her an authorisation letter, her mobile phone with sendwave messages and also my message for the collection and her valid ID. Even with all of those, Verdant las pinas branch didn't authorise my sister to collect the money thus she has to go there this morning at 8am, even she is sick to collect it. May I know your policy regarding the procedure of releasing the money if the receiver cannot do it ie she is sick or in the hospital? Can you retrain your staff if they needed to to avoid future complaints. Thank you

Unclaimed funds sent to me

I have a problem of my money transfer. The money transfer from Cebuana Lhuillier bank to my gcash account. But until now June 30 the funds is not recieve yet. Consumer complaint

I would like to express my frustration and complaint about the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the counter clerks and security guard of the Cebuana Lhuiller located at San Nicolas, Floridablanca, Pampanga, Philippines. My sister whos on vacation from Saudi Arabia was claiming cash sent to her by a family member. A minor discussion with the clerks ensued as we tried to explain the reasons why she cant come up with a Philippine issued ID. We are based outside the country and so, we do not possess any identification issued locally but she presented her passport and an employee ID (issued by her Saudi employer) to the clerks. What made the whole situation turned from bad to worst was the disrespectful and rude interruption of the security guard in our conversation with the clerks. Its not part of his job description to get involved in a transaction between customers and counter clerks. Ditto, the clerks exhibited the poorest and worst customer service i have ever seen. There was not even an attempt to remind or warn the guard from interrupting in our discussion, no apologies either! This behavior can not be tolerated if you are to render fair and good service to customers like us. We are away from home working hard and we sacrifice so much to provide for our families here. We dont ask for special treatment, we only wish for mutual respect, fair treatment and reasonable customer service from your employees.

Complains about the Customer Service and Identification Protocols

I am deeply furious about their Identification Protocols in which I went to the Branch here in Kalibo, Aklan Philippines near front of Gaisano, Kalibo. I have understood their explanation about my School ID Card that havent been updated by my school but what I dont understand why isnt my Cebuana Card not accepted when I had 3 transactions in that branch already. And when they ask for a different card I offered my Philhealth Card which I believe should be valid because theres my name and information about it. I hope you make your instructions and make your transactions a hassle and a problem to your customers!

Bad customer service

Around 2 pm,last may 21,2023.. i went to one of your branch inside gaisano mall in mangagoy,bislig city to claim a remittance from my sister. The first teller(a girl) told me transaction was not found so i just told her that ill just go back.About an hour after,i went back and talk to the other teller( a guy with gray hair,looks older than the lady) ask me why im going to claim the remittance there.i told him because its very convenient for me since i have to pay something inside the mall.But then again told me that i should claim the money to other remittance center.Without telling me why i have to.He just told me you can claim this to other remittance center.Its a bit disappointing how your people treat customers. I feel like asking whats your goal in putting a branch inside the mall if its not to provide what people needs.Instead of giving the customers satisfaction,they are pushing the customers away to other remittance center.And they keep on telling me to make sure that the money is set to pick up anywhere..of course i am aware of that and ive been telling them ( the guy teller and the guard) that it was set to pick up in any of there partner remittance center.And im pretty sure worldremit is one of cebuanalhuillier remittance partner,because i already had transaction with them from the other branch.I am hoping for the heads of the company to explain further to their workers how to provide good customer service to their customers.Your branch in Poblacion Lingig surigao del sur set a good example.
