Rebooking of flight

I accidentally booked the wrong date for the flight. I've proceed with the date today. Can you help me to change it please

Super long delay

I flew from Manila to Singapore, 5J803 on the 27th of June with my daughter.There was a delay of eleven hours, of which the passengers spent about ten hours in the plane. The plane took about a couple of hours to reach runway for take off. Then the pilot said there wasn't enough fuel so we had to turn back to refuel. That took another hour or so. Then we were told there was some engine trouble. After that was resolved, the pilot said that the crew had exceeded the working hours and that we had to wait for another set of crew to take over. I'm wondering what the airline is doing to compensate the passengers. My daughter missed her school day. Some passengers may have missed their flight connections or worse.

Cash refund

i would like a cash refund because cebu pacific did not tell me that the flight would be A20 it was not advertised anywhere or on the monitors in airport we had to offload ourselves very disapointed. +63 931 0** **82

Annoyed and disappointed

Flew back from Tacloban to Manila...poor customer service...appalling as they are ripping off customers. Charged me 1,680php for a 10 kilos luggage...I had to leave a small box weighing 7kls full of Tacloban delicacies as they are charging me another 1,680php. They kept saying i should have bought it 2 hours before. But the only problem was...they were late opening for check in. I'm so disappointed as they were expensive and my family and friends were looking forward to it. Then the receipt didn't even have VAT.

Cancellation and refund

I booked return ticket under my name April Lozares on Aug 06-dubai- manila and Aug 26 manila- dubai bu only one flight is confirmed-101975**** and were unable to confirm the another flight. Is it possible to cancel this so i can make another booking for return and not just for one way?

Flights rescheduled by airlines

we want to reschedule the flight of Remedios Ambalong with flight #5J 794, to be the same as that of Alberto Ratilla With flight #5J 788. Since Remedios is an elderly and has difficulty in hearing and seeing. Alberto is her nephew. Originally, their flights were both July 25. we can't contact the hotline numbers. And we are worried that something may happen to our elder. Please help us!

Good morning when I wanted to take my flight on June 30, 2023 at Manila airport, the immigration service refused to let me take my plane, I had my plane ticket, all my reservations for other planes and hotel reservations for Bangkok and Ko Samui, and my boy friend was waiting for me in Bangkok. I found myself blocked and my boy friend lost a lot of money because everything was already paid. Thank you for reimbursing me for the flights I was unable to take. I have 5 flights those is i have companion on my travel .i want it to cancel my flight and get the refund cause maybe ill book it it later i should save money so i can book my flight again...i need your attention cebu Pacific airlines to telling me why is no refundable.. that is it should have cause not all the time the passenger hasn't struggled or emergency reason why they wont fly.

Need a flight change

Cebu Pacific didnt allow me to change my flight from Manila to Dipolog. I had a car accident and was unable to take the flight. I wanted to reschedule for 3 days later. Didnt get a refund. They stole my money disgracefully without taking the flight.

Incompetent airline

went 5KG over my 20KG check in baggage went to pay in the cashier and wasnt told to bring my receipt back to the check in station now im back in hongkong and my baggage is missing . have important belongings inside.

The worst airlines!!!

I recently had the misfortune of flying with Cebu Pacific Airlines. They say cheap things can be costly...and oh boy was this costly. How can an airline company as inefficient as this one exist? From start to finish, their level of incompetence and disregard is truly astonishing. Let's start with their customer service and representatives, or should I say, lack thereof. They were the epitome of unprofessionalism and ineptitude. I arrived early to the airport to find that my flight from Cagayan to Manila was delayed. Despite my flight being scheduled for 10 am, I was informed that the plane would be delayed for a whopping 12 HOURS, which was more than the 8 hours that I usually allow on multi-leg flights to allow for these sorts of things. I reached out to not one, but two supervisors in the hopes of finding a solution. To my utter dismay, they were utterly useless, telling me they'll get back to me and never doing so. They were unable to aid me in any way to ensure that I didn't miss my flight from Manila to LA. The delay was apparently the result of the plane having mechanical failures, which I could accept had that very same plane, that was supposedly unfit to fly due to mechanical failures, not miraculously departed just two hours later to another destination. I was violently furious. This flight being delayed made me miss my flight from Manila to LA and from LA to Orlando. This created a cascading effect that cost me upwards of $1000 in order to secure another flight when I finally arrived to Manila, as I had missed my connecting flight. Moreover, I wasted HOURS in the airport, waiting for these flights. I hate this airline so much that it has tarnished my perception of the Philippines as a whole. I can't imagine stepping foot there again and not remembering this experience. But you know the worst part of it all? When I got to Manila and talked to customer service to book a new flight to America, they already knew, without me even mentioning it, that my previous flight was with Cebu Pacific Airlines. This speaks volumes to the reputation that Cebu Pacific has earned for itself - a reputation of unreliability, mismanagement, and disappointment. I strongly advise anyone considering flying with this airline to think twice and explore other options. God knows I wish I did. Save yourself the frustration, the financial loss, and the wasted time. Trust me, you'll be better off spending a bit more money upfront and just avoiding this airline.
