My xbox live code i purchased is not working
Hi good afternoon i purchased a xbox live code jyst a few days ago and now that i tried to utilize it doesn't work unfortunately but i paid for it can u please help me immediately. Ive purchased on your site previously and never had any issues like this one before.

Impossible to get correct code or money back
I purchased yearly subscription to play plus spent 60 dollars twice just not to receive working code.tried getting a new code or get them to fix the one they have however they emailed back with ridiculous unreasonable requirements anything to not fix their issue and keep your money also no quick real response and don't bother calling constant busy signal really disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if I could.I used many other sites like this one,but never encountered anything like this.First time purchasing from this company,I ordered 2x 3 months of Xbox Live Gold,I didn't receive any email about my order,but the money was taken from my card (I paid with ApplePay).When I check my account, and go to "my orders" it says I didn't order anything yet. I tried reaching out to the customer service, they are unreachable on Facebook and Instagram,and barely respond to emails.They asked for the last 4 digits of my card,and before that told me,that no email like mine was used for transaction.I sent them screenshots of everything I could,including my balance,where it clearly says that the company charged me for the transaction.Didn't heard from them since.I will have to call my bank,because this seems like fraud.

They don't reply to emails
I have been a customer of theirs for years, they have never done anything wrong, except recently. I had bought the remake of Resident Evil 4 on a different payment method. However, a few days later I went to go check the monthly payment option that I knew I selected turns out that was completely bugged out, and I was charged the full amount. I contacted them and answering their questions about what the situation was and how their payment option was bugged I asked them another serious questions VIA email, but that was 3 days ago and no one has responded to me since.

Phone number no longer works!
Used the number on this site and it just hung me up. I don't have strong feelings on their normal support through the ticket requests, but disappointed I couldn't just call and get it immediately over with. They usually have a great working program and I consistently get my product in good time and quality; I just wish they had a phone number still.

Redeemed incorrect code
My younger sister had bought Hogwarts Legacy for me, the Ultimate Edition, but had bought it for the series x/s, instead of the pre order for Xbox One, I redeemed the code at the start not knowing it hadnt come out on Xbox One yet, it wasnt until an error message popped up stating the game wasnt compatible with my device that I had noticed she had purchased the wrong version.
