Horrible service

A class action lawsuit is needed against this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their timelines are whenever they feel like it. They do NOT live up to any expectation of working with you or assisting in any way.

I have been trying to speak to someone to update my racords , and change the payment method in sending me my payments.

I have been trying to speak to a customer service or account payable person. With no luck, or anyone getting back to me.. I want to change the payment method to have it directly mailed to my listed address. 202 York Street #1H, Brooklyn NY 11201. The reason being I have not received any payments to my account and over eight years or more.. thats a Problem.

No answer ad customer support

No answer after several emails, phonecalls to place my order correctly! I'm trying to figure out what the best price is for my CD to sell. CD Baby doesn't answer after several tries! Please contact me asap. Thank you Come on! I have a CD to release!

Copyright Strikes On My Own Music

To whom this may concern, I have been getting copyright strikes, from YouTube, on my own music, and that is only distributed through cd baby. There are others on the YT platform having the same issues and it is always through cd baby. Is there a way we can rectify this error? Best Regards, Misha Bodnar (Bela Lugosi Band)

Not good seevices

Because your service is stressful, depressive and very worrisome. Because of the one time payment to keep a song live on stores, i thought i should change from my old distributor( Tunecore) to CDbaby. I was informed to repay for all my releases, provide same Tracks, same artworks, which i did and yet my song( Trouble) is been over a month and still under review by your team. the album that i submited also is been duplicated in stores instead of me to have the same album and not different uploads since i provided the same tracks, same artwork and same UPC codes. wWhy am i now having different uploads of same project in my profiles. the old uploads by my old distributors already gatheres streams and these ones you uploaded is fresh, if i should inform my old distributors that i have changed to a new distributor and they decide to delete my songs from my their page, that will make me lose streams. And this is why i am yet to inform them, and for that, they are still charging me for my releases after i have paid you guys so i could conveniently switch but your services are unfortunately very ineffective! And again, i wrote my songs, but i keep getting messages that i must provide additional song writers and their information. Just don't know what to do about these. Unlike my previous Distributor, when a customer is worried, you can email and at most 4 to 5 working days you will get a response,. but your email address, i have emailed and email and i never got a response. And the Robot programmed chat on your page is only limited to some questions and anything above it's programming, it will reply by saying: Even my self don't know the answer to that. I really tired of your services...

CD baby is obviously a Scam

Why is it so difficult to reach someone at CDbaby by phone or on line. CD baby is obviously a scam and since I am A Federal Agent with Homeland Security. I will be contacting one of our lawyers to find how to launch an investigation into the criminal activity of CD baby. I will also spread the word pertaining CDbaby tactics.

Poor customer service ! Strange behaviour concerning submissions

I am very upset. There are always stupid change orders in terms of cover design or metadata. The CDs are then not offered on Amazon or digital albums are frozen and you lose valuable time or money. There isn't really any customer service and if there is, you usually have a know-it-all who is anything but friendly. Pity!
