Complaint

I made a hotel reservation thru the website of CCI reservations. I put all my info in and waited for a confirmation. I never got a confirmation. So I started over and it was then declined, then after my 3rd try, I got an immediate confirmation number. After my stay, I saw they had charged me twice for the same reservation. I have worked in hotels for many years and the common practice is to check for duplicates before arrival. CCI nor the hotel did not check for this obvious error. The hotel also, did not say anything to me upon arrival. I called CCI and they said they will not give me a refund. If CCI needs my small amount of money that bad to not correct an obvious error, then I will never use this dishonest company again. I travel a lot and will choose other options.

Rip off

Charged my credit card and NEVER sent the hotel the credit for it. Doubled charged and no one wants to listen to reason even though we provided all supporting documentation. Good luck getting anyone to assist!! They are horrible!!

CCI charges

I would NEVER USE THIS company. My advice to others is the same! I think they misrepresent themselves and charges. Hope the U S government bans this company to protect consumers!

They are a rip off and you can find cheaper rates at other sites

Booked a reservation and less than 10 minutes later I cancelled it. They charged me any way. There was no talking to them about the matter. They cited a no cancellation clause. Which was not hidden in small print. I felt they hadnt even had time to run my card before I cancelled.

We were told by phone that we were booking directly through the hotel guest reservation. We were lied to since it was C C I who charge us $90.00 to book on a &130.00 Hotel room in Loveland Colorado. The CCI took our money but didnt pay the hotel room. He could not make a second reservation on a hotel room and CCI refused to pay for the hotel room even though they took our money. It was straightened out after several hours on the phone. CCI will tell you that they are the hotel direct line and then charge you an exorbitant amount to reserve. Total scam!!!

Double billing, nobody answers phone to reverse false charge.

billed twice for a single night at hotel. can't get anyone to answer phone. Their billing system does not seem to include humans.

Company cheats you

I tried to check on a price for a room. Before I could get a price it said the room was booked. I called within 1 minute to cancel and they said I couldn't cancel. I wasn't even going to be able to be in town to use the room and they said there was nothing I could do. This company sucks. They scam you into paying for a room while just checking and then say there is nothing you can do. I hope someone can do something to get this company out of business. I worked with the BBB and still got nowhere.

Rip off company

Quoted a price of $233.39 for a room then added $108.00 service fee after I approved the reservation with no way to back out. Very shady operation I may have been hijacked from Trip advisor site will not use any online services again for reservations.

I have no record of using CCI to make a hotel reservation thru them,

i have no record of using CCI to make a hotel reservation thru them, yet i have a $550 charge on my card. Chase Fraud /disputes wont refund me because they say CCI provided all my personal info proving that i made a reservation. CCI recording says we can book, cancel or change , but verbally they say the case is a guaranteed no refund case. Chas says to call 800-468-**** and there is no option to speak with a representative, and the system disconnects the call. What am I supposed to do?never connect with CCI. call the hotel directly to book your stay

Scam company! Will sell your info

I accidentally booked with them when I thought I was calling the hotel direct. ALWAYS call the hotel direct!! The room I booked was not available when we got there. The hotel would have refunded me but they couldn't do anything as I booked thru the third party. The third party has no customer support. They just say "sorry no refunds" EVEN if they didn't give you the room you paid for. Also after 24 hours of your reservation they make it IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a real human. AND on top of that they sold all my info overnight!!. Daily I deal with spam texts and emails now. Honestly this company is the *** of the earth. Tried to dispute the charge and it didn't go thru because "sorry no refunds" always book with the hotel directly. This company is so good at making you think you're booking direct.

Company is a thief.

Website does not initially disclose fee's nor that booking is non-refundable. It charges 3x what it shows initially. I booked 2 nights which gave me a rate of $164 for both nights. It didn't state per night. After made my payment, confirmation shows a charge of $484 and non-refundable. Contacted customer service and rep stated he would not refund me. Class action lawsuit is coming!!!

Shocked

Hotel charge $229 Service fee $179!!! Learn from me... I searched for a hotel and very smoothly was guided to a site where I thought I was booking on the hotel website directly. Turns out I unknowingly was booking on Booking.com. I was shocked when it appeared on my cc and shame on me for not catching it sooner.

Horrible

Booked a Room, went to hotel check in room 335, bathroom flooded, report it, moved to room 447, there's a spider in the sink. GO back. I tell them, I can't stay here. They tell me they can't refund me... Now, booking & going to this hotel, Quality Inn Central, 3207 N Ashe Blvd. Richmond, VA, in less than 1hr. And yawl can't refund Me. DON'T USE THEM... AND DEFINITELY DON'T STAY AT THAT HOTEL
