Canceling service

Backgroundd music
Every show I watch except one is on CBS' Over the years the back ground music has gotten so loud you can hardly hear the actors talk, Several times it has gotten so loud that I have turned the show off. Please lower the background music. I am sure that I am not the only viewer that feels this way. Thank you

Pissed off not able to access no refund offered
No access to paramount plus was not able to launch for days at a time. When finally access was gained picture froze up every five minutes throughout entire episode over and over

Turned off my comments made by on air Personalities I stopped watching Cabs after many years when Gayle King was bragging about her new grand baby stating"that is what life. Is about" it turned me off cuz I am not able to have children or grand children. It made me feel my life is meaningless. Tried to watch again this morning. First words out of the mouth of one of the hosts...that is what life is all about. This time referring to New Year's and love. I'm single and would love to find love but guess my life has no meaning because I have been unsuccessful. Guess my point is..if you want to keep viewers, stop making statements about life's meanings when there are people like me who haven't been so lucky.

Hijacked account
My account has been hijacked. I no longer am able to get into my account. My email address is g.rhock58@***.com. i used the service all day yesterday, 12/19/2022. I tried getting in today, 12/20/2022 and my password doesn't work and i used the forgot password link and i never get the email. The last payment you took off my credit card was 12/13/2022. HELP!

Shows being pulled from Netflix is bs
The fact that cbs is pulling there shows from Netflix is totally bs it's not enough that they make you watch commercials but now the fact that they bought paramount and making you pay for the service to watch there shows whilst also making you watch ads is totally bull personality I think everyone should boycott there apps and channels

Disturbing content on cbs this morning.
Yes thImayConcern ,I was really apauled when I was watching CBS mornings on either the 5 or 6th of December am when I saw a story about the ongoing conflict in Ukraine .The reason I got almost more than disturbed n/a was they actually showed a dead solder or resident with a white sheet laying on top of this poor soul, on the the ground . Thank to my support team I was able to manage . Now here's the not good part, you see we or us USA war veterans with ptsd and way more chronic illnesses and psychological, life disorders have triggers and flashbacks. I hope you understand and will immediately hold yourselves to a/an higher standard. In closing please please don't take this email out of context-- as a warning or sensitive material alert about what follows would have helped. Please and thank you , I really don't watch TV or any other morning news because you all have great informative and useful towards giving correct news and entertainment and health news . Hunter Biden’s lap top
I am just going to say Walter Cronkite, if he were alive today, would be ashamed of CBS over their reporting on the accuracy the information on Hunters Bidens lap top. I wont go into the many way this lap too could have been hacked without leaving a trace, but you can bet in a court of law your reporting would be torn apart upon examination of the facts. I am hoping zHunter Biden sues the *** out if you. I know if it were me I would be looking at getting a good lawyer right now.

Taking Cowboys game off the air!
I am having a Cowboys watching party. 34 people over to watch the Cowboys football game. The Cowboys were winning by 34 points in the 3rd quarter. CBS decides to change games. You do NOT take in consideration of who might be watching!! I feel CBS should help pay for this party as you ruined it!
