Did not get my refund yet

my name is lois scarvers , the order number is 218******** i was told by myra dacuno in august 2020 that my refund of 107.00 would be sent back to my card co. but i STILL have NOT received the money. Nor have not received any of my merchandise. my card co. have not received a refund for me. so i will appreciate my refund asap. thanks in advance for recifying this matter. regards L Scarvers.

They refused to give me my money back for 5 months now

I placed an order late December and canceled 2days after when they didnt ship it yet. It was $206. They refunded $137 a week after and since then I never received the balance. I dont know why they didnt give me full refund? They kept apologizing saying their accounts department is processing the refund. They copy paste the same message to me using different rep names. They are terrible scammers.

They never contacted me. I sent several more emails to messages and the still copy paste the same message to me. Sooo annoying.

Its 5 months am asking for my refund! Each time its the same *** from all the reps. Your refund is in process? I canceled the order before it was even mailed out. Why are you guys holding on to my money then??? Thats always my question Why was half returned and the other half kept for 5 months??? Why didnt I get my full refund??? Is this how they treat customers??? I need my money back ok? Am tired of this back n forth emails Get Outlook for iOS

Still waiting for my order. I ordered a dress Feb 9. As of April 8 I have not received my dress!

I placed and paid for a dress Feb. 9,2020. I did not get a tracking number so I contacted the service department via email . I received an email validating my order and assuring that it was being processed. April 4 I sent another email and have not received a response. As of April 8 I have not received my order nor a response to my email!

Wanted to provide an update to this experience. Since I last posted I had several more email correspondences claiming that the refund had processed and that I needed to check with my bank, some claiming that it was still processing.

I requested documentation of the refund showing date, amount, and the name of the bank to which they posted the refund. Two messages from them indicated that their finance department could not provide the documents. Then FINALLY, after almost six months, the refund was posted on November 5th!

I am happy that it has been resolved, but not at all happy with the process. I will not use this company again.

5/11/19- Ordered merchandise 5/17/19-Received notice on that order was shipping 6/7/19- Reach out to inquire on delivery status 6/11/19- Receive response that they are looking into it 6/17/19-Reach out again for status update 6/18/19 - Receive response that my order "has been lost on the far international shipping way", offered to resend order. 6/18/19- I reply that I do not want to reorder. Request to cancel the order and refund my payment. 6/19/19 - Receive the following response, "This is to inform you that the refund USD 76.03 in your order has been submitted successfully. For the refund, it will take about 10 to 15 days for our financial department to deal with. You will be informed once the refund is issued. After we processed your refund, it usually needs 5 to 7 days to be success-ed, the arrival time is about one month, depending on the bank and card type. 7/6/19- Reach out for update on refund status 7/6/19 - REceived this reply, "Thanks for contacting us. Hope you are doing well. Please accept my deepest sorry for inconvenience caused to you. We did update your refund and we told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority. To be honest, our refund system is really so slow but we can sure we never scam anyone and refund you finally. I will keep eyes on your refund and inform you once it finished, we do hope it will be finished on time, would you forgive us about this and give us more days? A thousand thanks for your kindly understanding and patience. :)" Please note that I never mentioned scam in my inquiry on 7/6/19. 8/23/19 - I sent the following: "It is now August 23, 2019, a full seven weeks since you claimed that my refund was processing. I cannot begin to tell you how angry, upset and disappointed I am. I feel that your company has scammed and stolen my hard earned money. I will never, ever recommend that anyone buy anything from you." 8/24/19 - Received the following response: "We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and assure you that we are constantly evolving to better suit your needs. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and delay, I would like to inform you that your refund request is approved already by are financial management but it will have a couple of days to be process and transfer In your account so i hope that you will wait for this patiently or if you want you can contact your bank to update the status of your refund. It takes 7-10 days processing time to transfer in your account. Thank you for your cooperation with us and have a nice day" 8/26/19- I responded: " I don't believe you." 8/27/19 - REceived the following reply: "Thank you for contacting us. I have checked with our financial department, your refund has been issued on 2019-07-10. After we operate the refund, the refund will be successful after business days, and there will be approximately one month of arrival time, depending on the type of bank card. Please contact the bank for status. If you have other concerns, feel free to ask." 10/25/19 - I reply: "Still waiting on this refund. " 10/26/19 - Recived the following: Thank you for your email, I hope this can helps you a lot. As per checking in our system, your account has been successfully refunded. Would you mind double checking your account or please do contact your bank for this matter? I'm so sorry for the inconvenience that has caused you this. But thank you so much for your wonderful cooperation in advance! Will wait for your update." 10/27/19 My angry reply - "I have checked my account everyday since you promised to refund my money and NOTHING has been refunded! You have consistently misled me and shamelessly taken advantage of my patience. No good will come of this. My mission now is to tell everyone how dishonest and dishonorable your company is. You have proven yourselves to be scam artists and thieves. I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE AND WILL WARN EVERYONE I CAN." I'm so frustrated! This is intolerable that there is no recourse and no accountability. AND STILL NO REFUND! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Possible FRAUD!!!

On September 03, 2019, I placed an order with this online store. I placed the order in plenty of time to get my items in time for my honeymoon (I got married September 21), but they didnt arrive until I got back. I contacted them after a couple of weeks and they emailed me back reassuring me not to worry, my package would arrive in plenty of time. When I received the package, one of the items was out of stock, which they provided refund for. But one item I have been trying to exchange for a couple of weeks and, although they respond to my emails, they will not address or provide resolution for my issue. How can I get my money back or at least an exchange for that one item?
