Staff break in, rude residents, hubris
You are better off not. They are experts th-i-e-v-e-s and li-ar-s. I live in a Catholic charities home and the staff dress nice, seem very boss, but they break into people's room quick and easy. I think it incentivizes them and emboldened them. The residents even look the other way if "you look different." Just manage on your own if you can. Customize everything so it's in easy reach. Never mind the dust. That's how 100 yr olds live during their 90s alone. Vote those rats out too.

I have been trying to get a homemaker for a year . I've been trying to get in touch with them for a year. I've had a stroke and can't get around. I got to the point where someone from their office was supposed to come out and interview me. No show and no call. I can't even get in contact. What's going on?Don

I need assistance with a government program
I need assistance getting some government grants but I would never ever use Catholic charities I feel youre a front and youre a fraud you act like your helping people and when people call you tell them a whole bunch of foolishness its sad . I waited like a week nobody never called me back then youll send me the stupid text message asking me a bunch of dumb stuff about do I need help do you know everybody that comes to yall need help

Unprofessional psychiatrist
I had a horrible experience with their psychiatrist, Dr. Stancov. It was my first meeting with her and I was in a bad mood (a symptom of the reason I was there). She asked me a question I did not want to answer but because she continued to press, I relented and answered her question. After I answered her question she continued to escalate the confrontation. I asked her if she really wanted to continue escalating the argument and she continued with her barrage of incendiary comments. I pointed out that I had answered her question and that should have ended what was ultimately a power struggle of her creation. Furthermore rather than seeing me as a symptomatic patient, she played the ultimate power move and threatened not to treat me. I wish I had left, because what ensued during the rest of the visit was as damaging as the violence with which she acted. Adding to my unease was her physical presentation. Her hair appeared matted and her clothing was disheveled. This did nothing to inspire confidence.

Won't stop harassing five years later
Catholic Charities is one of the worst Charities in the world. I donated $25 after the Philippines typhoon in 2012 or 2013. Since that time, CC has been calling or mailing me nonstop, spending much more than the $25 I gave them on fundraising. After I donated, they called me every other month for two years and sent me mail ever other month. I have actually screamed at the people who call and demand that they remove me from their list to no avail. More than half a decade later, Catholic Charities relentlessly harasses me every 30 days. {{REDACTED}}

Cashing my check
I tried to cash my paycheck from Catholic charities at a check cashing place and was told that there was a block on Catholic Charities because Catholic Charities owed them money....I went to a second check cashing place and was told the same thing they said there was too many bounced checks from Catholic Charities...Thats embarrassing and a shame .I thought the bible said we are to be good stewards with our money . I would think that this institution should be a good example .Also the law says if you work 8 hours somewhere you are intittled to anon working half hour break .. the do not provide for this.

Really bad counselors older male a
I went to catholic charities in Orlando fl on 1819 semoran blvd some years ago for counseling. There was a terrible older male there he had white hair thin and was such a bad counselor and rude person. Not sure why that sicko is even working as a counselor. Wanted to warn people about him he's abusive to women.
