Did not provide services advertised. As a result, my credit is ruined and am out $4,500,00 not to mention the money involved in the time shares themselves and foreclosure costs.

Timeshare Help

Does anyone know how to contact them? Or Judson Phillips? I was told my timeshare was released and now I'm being sued by the timeshare. I paid them over $3,000 dollars and cannot find a soul. All emails and calls are not connecting. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Charles and Janice Washburn

On 01/13/2017 we contracted with Castle Law Group to cancel four(4) time shares at a cost of $9,600. There was two(2) time shares with Inverness at Walden and two with the developer Vacation Villages called Vacation village at Parkway and Berkshire Mountain Lodge. They did get me out of the two at Inverness at Walden. However, it cost me $1,947 each for them to take them back. As far as I'm concerned they fulfilled the contract for the Inverness at Walden contract for $4800, but not the Vacation Villages contract. It has been more than 18 months and I want my $4800 returned if they cannot perform. The last time I spoke to them they said that they were in the process of suing Vacation Villages. Now it seems as if they have disappeared. All the contact number just make fax sounds.

Not Happy

I was contacted by phone and asked if I wanted to get rid of my time share by Mike Erhardt of Vacation Consulting. We met with him at a hotel in Raleigh N.C On the night of the presentation, we were sold the services of Castle Law Group for $5,000 and in the same presentation were sold a points + plan with RCI. I was not happy with Castle Law Group because they would never correspond back with me. I felt that since Vacation Consulting sold me the services of the law group on Vacation Consulting letterhead stationary, they were the ones responsible to pay back the $5,000 I had paid for their selected attorney who was in breach of contract. After numerous phone calls, Vacation Consulting did reimburse the $5, 000 attorney fee. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Attorney General's Office in Missouri for a refund of the RCI Points + money I spent with Vacation Consulting. I hold Vacation Consulting accountable for all the mess I am in now.

Burned

I have a similar experience. I signed up with Castle Law in 2016 with promises of a timeshare cancellation within 18 months of the contract, or my money would be refunded. Once I paid my money and sent in the requested client documentation, I was the primary instigator of contact. A few phone calls by me during 2017 and an email from the "Support Team" in late 2017, then silence. The prior contact phone numbers do not answer. An email sent 7/25/17 returned the following response, verbatim, "Effective immediately - Castle Law Group, PC has ceased operation." As next steps, you should: 1. Find another way of resolving your timeshare issues. One suggestion I received was to contact the state bar association in the state where your personal time share is located, and ask the state bar for a recommendation of practitioners who are experienced in resolving time shares. 2. Contact your timeshare company directly and see what you can negotiate. 3. Consider contacting the TN Board of Professional Responsibility and file a complaint against counsel. As of July 2018, the TN Board of Professional Responsibility [http://www.tbpr.org ] has 100 pending complaints against Castle Law Firm. Twice Burned

Timeshare cancellations

We joined others in 2017 to cancel our timeshare. Until last month everything was ok, but still getting bills from Capital Resorts / Surrey. Then suddenly we got a collection notice, so I scan and sent to them as we are were not to communicate with them. Always refer to Castle they said. Now I cannot reach them and my e-mails come back saying they are no longer in business. How can you shut down and not let your clients know the outcome of their case? And you could have at lease contacted us and let us know who they had been talking with. I really don't know where to start. Anyone else have any better luck? I really would like to get out of this timeshare without hurting my credit.

Rip off ?

They did not mis lead us on what they could do. But, they didn't do much. After getting our last payment it was hard to get a hold of them. They then told us us everything had been resolved. But, we really don't know...especially since they closed the law firm.

Took my money and did nothing!

I started the process with Castle Law Group in October 2016. I heard from them, here and there for a while, then nothing at all. I reached out to them last year and received an email stating that the the email address had changed. I reached out using the new email and got a response. I recently received a letter from a collection agency, stating I needed to respond to them in 30 days if disputing the debt. I forwarded the info to the email address I was given previously and immediately received an email stating that Castle Law Group has ceased to exist! No other information, whatsoever! I had not received any notification of this, by email, mail or phone, prior to my sending the email. Now what am I supposed to do? I think we need to sue as a group, to get our money back. However, what do I do about the letter from the Collection Agency? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss at this point!

Unable to contact the Castle law firm

I started the process in march of 2017 to cancel my timeshare with Lando corporation in Florida but have not heard anything from them in the past 6-9 months. I would LOVE to start the process to sue them but don't even know where or how to start. I am out about 7,000 and not happy. I sent emails to every address that was on any paperwork but not going to hold my breathe that someone will be contacting me. Its a shame people feel this an okay thing to do other human beings just trying to make it through life. If anyone wants to start a lawsuit against them please contact me so I can help. karma baby!! c. martin california

Promises not meet

I started working with Castle in Apr 16. We were trying to get rid of our Bluegreen Timeshare. They took may case and promised that the would get my time share canceled with no impact on my credit. After about 1 1/2 years, I received an email congratulating me for successfully canceling my Timeshare. As soon as i got that letter i checked my credit report and sure enough, there it was on both my wife's and my report a charge off for my Bluegreen timeshare. I have tried to contact them with no response, and the ph # simply says there is no one there to take my call and hangs up. As far as I am concerned they failed to accomplish what I paid them to do. On the one hand I am out of my timeshare; could have likely done that for free by just not paying and ending up with it as a charge off on my credit report and saved myself $2500.00. They need to be sued.

Steal from the elderly and get away with it!!!

Two years ago we bought a timeshare from Bluegreen while in Las Vegas. The very next day, I was given a doctor's report of not being in good health and no more traveling. My partner went back to the office and said we want to cancel. The clerk told us to send all our papers to a Florida address. We thought we were done. No way. So I got on the internet to see what we could do. I hired Castle law firm there in Nashville, TN I had to pay $3,000 to have them take care of our situation. I was told NO PROBLEM!! That was 2 years ago. Since then they have moved twice and now so sign of them. I wish I could sue them for fraud, etc.No word at all from them I have since then had open- heart surgery and have Syncope. I am 85 and have so many health issues and bills to boot. Please tell me if I have a single chance of getting my money back? Margaret M. Smith 2580 Peachwood Ct. Sutherlin, Or 97479 541-459-**** mikpegs@***.com

Got money and haven't heard anything more from them been bou

We saw their advertise online about they could get people out of their time share so we call the number and what we took to be a lawyer explained how they could get us out of our timeshare and he said it would probably take around six months told us where we had to send the money so we send a cashiers check they called us one time after that and when 7 months rolled around we thought we would call just to check how it was going left messages left messages online we have called everybody that we knew to call so we are thinking they have skipped town with our money and alot of other people's money so if you thinking about using them to help you get rid of your timeshare don't do it you might as well to pay your timeshare maintenance because we out of all that money we paid them and we still got to pay our maintenance LORD behold

Resort Relief and Castle Law Group- FRAUDS

I really can't believe the situation we are in. We hired Resort Relieft who connected us with Castle Law Group to get us out of our timeshare with Silverleaf Resorts. We JUST found out this past Friday that Castle is out of business. NoONE bothered to notify us. I am even more upset that Resort Relieft who has a money back guarantee is not offering their guarantee. I am trying to file a complain with the bar association but who is the attorney to file again from Castle? Does anyone know? I've already filed a complaint against Resort Relief and will be filing a suit against them as well. Probably won't get any of our losses recovered but they need to be put out of business as well!
