Refusal for exchange

Refused to exchange a dented mattress. No phone number, and impossible to reach to solve this issue. Never buying at casper again!!

Refusal to exchange mattress

I was promised that this mattress would not dent! Indeed it started to dent within the year and got worse and worse. I fell and injured my back so the dent really bothered me and made it impossible to get a good nights rest. I contacted casper multiple times and they refused to exchange it bc there was no manufacturers tag on it. It possibly got torn off! I dont know! But i offered a note from my dr showing my back issue, pictures of the dent, i even offered to show them a reciept from the casper store i bought it from. They still refused me! I am beyond pissed! Especially since i referred few of my family members to buy from casper too!

Ripped bed sheets

Hello, my casper bed sheets have ripped. When I went to lay in bed at night I saw a nice big rip in the middle of the bed in the sheets. Im not sure if casper does anything about this but I assumed these were good sheets for the price I paid. After noticing this rip, i pinched another spot in the sheets to see if they would rip as easy, and sue enough they did. Im disappointed these bed sheets rip so easily. They seemed to be very nice quality but now Im unsure if I can attest to that.

Brand new Casper glow light won’t turn on

Hello, I ordered the Casper glow light on Amazon with same day shipping because I was excited to use this product tonight and use it as my daily wake up method. As soon as I received the product I went straight to opening it reading the booklet and setting up my charger. But unfortunately thats where the excitement ended and the disappointment began. After the 15 minutes of advertised charge time it did not turn on or respond in any way. I decided to leave it to charge for an hour and try again but to my surprise it didnt still didnt work. At this point I started troubleshooting, I tried with multiple outlets, adjusted the light on the charge pad, tried charging on the other side, even rebooted and factory reset the device with no luck. By now the light has been on the charger for several long hours without any signs of light and contacted Amazon support. Amazon support told me that it is under warranty with the manufacturer and that they would send me a functioning unit, and gave me this link. I am hoping to receive good news and a speedy delivery on a functional unit, especially since I ordered with same day delivery for a reason. Very disappointed with the turn of events as I watched many YouTube reviews before making my purchase and was excited to try out this product as soon as possible ie tonight. (I did try to send this message once before but couldnt find the verification code in time refreshed the page and got bounced out, I did end up finding it in my spam folder but by that point it was too late. Im not sure if the first one went through but I had to open a private tab and had to type it all out again because it claimed I couldnt try again for 24 hours which was just icing on the cake.) I hope to hear back soon with good news, added below is my information and Amazon order number. Thanks in advance for your help.

My light not working (I have 2)

Absolutely NOTHING happened. The representative suggested I purchase a new light. Then she said my warranty had expired. I explained to her I wasnt worried about the warranty I just wanted a replacement charger and she said they didnt sell them.

Broken bed frame/sagging mattress 2 years old

I paid a pretty penny for my King size Casper bed and frame. After 1 year the mattress sags on one side and after 2 years the bed frame broke. What can we do to make this right?

Warranty refund claim

I will attach below my latest email to your U.K. customer services which should be self explanatory. Hi there Back in February 2022 I raised a warranty claim which was accepted. I was advised on 21/02/22 that I would receive a refund of £880 for the two mattresses. I supplied the necessary bank details and on 25/04/22 received £440. I am still waiting the second payment of £440. Can you advise me when I might receive this second payment please Kind Regards. I have all the communications on file be then I anticipate you also have file copies of our correspondence. Id appreciate an early resolution as we are now at the start of June so this business has been ongoing for about 4 months Kind Regards David Mee

Refund

Im a U.K. resident who naught two mattresses in 2021. I contacted U.K. customer services because both mattresses failed. In February the refund claim was agreed and a refund of £880 was approved. I supplied banking details however so far I have only received £440 in April. I have tried to contact U.K. customer services but have received no response.

Very bad service and policies

Casper - Give us A Chance to Ghost You There are a lot of mattress companies out there. My experience says pick any of them other than Casper. I could write a lot but will be brief. First experience: ordered from Casper but ONLY after being assured they would be able to do a delivery combined with removal of the old mattress and debris. Note: this is especially important b/c I'm a senior citizen with a physical disability that makes it impossible for me to do this myself. Did Casper Care? Wait and see. Second experience: I get a delivery message informing me of the day and time. There's no mention of setup and removal so I call Casper. Now managing the situation myself, we arrange a new day and time. Third experience: the day comes and the mattress is unceremoniously dropped on my porch. I'm never asked to formally accept delivery or to sign anything. The box just appears. Fourth experience: I call to pin down setup and delivery (for which I paid an extra $145). The agent at XPO is confused and has trouble finding my order, then OK I'm all set. Fifth experience: XPO calls and the rep literally has no idea what they're supposed to do. Casper didn't send directions she explained. I clarify, she tells me set up will be tomorrow. I'll get a call with a window for the service. I wait and wait. No call, no set up. I call Casper's favorite shipper and XPO tells me, oh that call was canceled due to a road closure. I explained there was no closure and even if there were - what professional shipper would not take an alternate route? Crickets. I write support@***r. All said More crickets. I write and tell them to take this unopened box back. The entire transaction was based on Delivery, Setup and Removal. No longer having any faith in Casper or XPO I write support@***.com that I'll dispute my C.C. Transaction with my bank. Crickets. I'll write every consumer site I know. Still the crickets. Last experience: the box sits on my porch, Casper's property remains subject to the elements. I tell them of pending rain and snow. Nothing. I mention small claims court. Casper remains silent. The situation has a quick fix - refund my money take back your unopened box. Casper is unwilling and has no alternative to suggest. When it's time to shop remember Casper means crickets.

Deceptive Practices

Advertised bundles (matt, protector, foundation and frame). Bought for daughter as gift. All that arrived was protector. NO WHERE DID it as all shipped separately. Sent email, NO RESPONSE. Notified of 2nd shipment, called to see if it was everything and told no it all ships separately! Now have to take more time off UNPAID. Spoke to Cut Svc Supervisor JOSH who basically said "Tough SH_T" not his problem.DdoDdonD

Best Mattress Topper EVER

I tried 3 different stores with GREAT reviews for mattress toppers. Casper wasn't reviewed as well. Perhaps people pay for reviews as the ones from other company were: 1) Dirty. Dirty. Dirty and didn't look like a mattress pad. 2) A pad that was rubbery like the stuff in car seats from the 60s 3) Alternative down: flattened like a pancake I was expecting the same from Casper. Just about had given up. But this was 3 inches, w layer, first layer Dunlop latex, second layer memory foam and 3rd layer, not sure. Made a rock hard HORRIBLE mattress purchase a dream of comfort. Enough support and memory without any of that memory foam sink in. Ever grateful. Not cheap, but not as expensive as others. And no smell out of the box and no waiting for it to expand. Just poof and time for bed. Yay. Sleep.

Misinformation

I filed a greatly abbreviated version of my complaint a few days ago. My concern now stems from the "Pissed Consumer" website, specifically their legal notice that they may change or modify complaints. Therefore, I am not sure if they are a paid consulting firm to de-escalate problems and protect corporations such as casper. Reaching the front office of this corporation is not possible and indicates that firewalls are in place to protect the company. I am not sure if this complaint system is such a firewall.

Misinformation regarding King Mattress Foundation Back-log

I purchased a King Wave mattress and paid for the mattress and foundation at the store. I took the 150 lb. mattress home in my vehicle and was promised that the king foundation would be delivered within the week. Later we received a message of a back-log and that they will begin shipping those foundations on February 19, 2021!. Today, January 27, 2021, I learned from the company that the back-log was over 800 nationwide. I would have selected a different mattress company had this foundation delivery date not been misrepresented.

One of the adjustable beds has stopped working

Hi My order number was R05127**** One of the adjustable beds has stopped working, it will not do anything. I have 2 of the beds and pressed the reset button. This is under the bed on the power lead. I have changed the battery's on the remote and used another socket that i know works. The bed isnt responding to any of the remotes buttons. The bed has a label with NU202U 127780C180038

Beware

I received a charge to my credit card from Casper. com for 29.50 which I did not make. This charge came through from TECHOMNI HONGKONG. When I called customer service they could not take any information from me over the phone. Said I had to screen print the charge and all info to them. I am not computer savvy so I am trying to figure this out. I always thought customer service was all about making things easy for the customer. So much for that line of crap.
