My experience was exceptional. I bought a best buy card on the best buy website.
I had to call customer service as I was confused about something. Calling best buy was no help at all and a huge waste of time and energy. I finally called cashstar. My questions were answered immediately and the young man I spoke with was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Great experience! Would use them again!

Numerous unauthorized transactions for services from CASHSTAR
The following dates and amounts are being taken from my bank account to purchase whatever from cashstar. i did not authorize these purchases and i want my money refunded. i have received 1 refund. you guys know how many more should have refunded back as well but have played me for an idiot hoping that i wouldn't catch them, but i did. and i want my money back. here are the dates and amounts that i did not authorize. FEB 27. 2023= $15 X2 $30 X1 $20 X1 $14.01 X1 MARCH 2. 2023= $15 X1 MARCH 1 2023= $ 15 X2 MARCH 9- REVERSAL FOR $15. APRIL 18. $15 X1 APRIL 19. 1 X REVERSAL. and 1 x purchase. MAY 1. 1 X $15 and 1 X $20. Card ending 8184. Visa debit. PAIGE KOSTYNIUK. I did not purchase anything and I want my refund. all of it this time. And stop charging my card. Thanks.

Someone is using my debit card to buy cards from you. each time i get a new card he gets the number.
this guy Wayne ingram has my debit card number. each time i get a new card he steals it. i don't have account with you. it would take a long time to type all the facts out. plus i don't like the IT company you use. yes they charge $1.00 but then you got to cancel the member ship before the $50.00 a month kicks in and charges you credit card. tried to call number 1 800 *759*204 and 1 88*-***-**** and the call would not go through.

Money was paid to Cashstrar for a gift card, but no money on the card when we went to use it. Money was taken from paypal which was taken from citi credit card. but no money on the gift card.
