I applied a loan on June 25 and received it on July 3, 2023. Got a message that my due date is July 24 and since my salary not yet come I spoke to them that i will pay on 28 once my salary credit to my account and WILLING to pay for penalty. But I received so many calls and messages and threatening from them as well. I only need to pay 605 AED, yet they keep on threatening me and even saying I'm STUPID and UNEDUCATED person.

I borrowed 600 Dirhams last June 16, 2023 and my due date is on July 11, 2023. This borrowed money i paid last July 01, 2023. Why my payment is still on process As of now July 06, 2023. Its mentioned and you mentioned that after payment through bank transfer it take 1 business day to process only. I contacted already your 2 email addresses but still not fixing and not solving my case. And in your application, you ask if its helpful. Well, its not helpful because you didnt do anything about the payments.

احتاج الي تغير الاميل حيث اني لااستطيع سحب الدفعه الثالثه لي من السلفه بعد تمزقنا بسداد الدفعتين السابقتين وتحدثت معكم ولكن لم يرد احد حتي الان ماذا عليا انا افعل هل من المممكن ان يساعدني احد انا لايوجد عندي الوقت لتحدث في الصباح حيث اني بكون في العمل هل ممكن ان ينفعني اخد بمساعده لقد قيل لي غير الاميل وكيف لي انا افعل ذلك
