I've been trying to collect my rewards for over a week now and I have emailed over and over and still haven't heard from them at all

I earned 16.05 and tried to redeem it put it my phone number for verification and it says can't verify at this time and there's nothing wrong with my number I'm not trying to bad mouth them but I earned the money it's mine and I want it I believe that is fair I should not have to go through all this drama to collect 15 dollars it's getting ridiculous everything on the app worked perfectly until it was Time for InboxDollars to pay up for my work then the app was having issues and it's ridiculous I'm one pissed consumer I use 3 or 4 survey apps and InboxDollars and cash karma both ridiculous I've been waiting for a month on a 10 dollar Google play card from cash karma they gave me one but can't redeem on Google play keeps saying need more information and I am still waiting to hear back from them I've emailed them 20 times at least so sorry for rambling on but these 2 apps need to get their *** straight so until they make it right with me they are rated a 1/2 star out of 5 and that's being more generous than I should be. So folks remember InboxDollars and cash karma surveys sights seem to have a problem paying what they owe folks...
