Rude bias sales womem

I do so much business with this company I called 12 minutes before closing the two young hispanic females refused to get the manager on the phone she passed it to the other girl...we expressed our long time business purchases with them which didnt seem to matter to them she literally placed us on hold and not knowing we had pulled in and she looked directly at my husband locking door while walking off laughing and than the other girl busted out laughing as we called back and asked them to get the young man whom is the manager and she lied said he waa off and than we said no he isnt we literally just watched him walk up to office window than she stumbled on her words and refused to give him the phone so we was mistreated and than locked out before closing and lied to bluntly and repeatedly with no remorse to knowing our business relationship with the company...Its sad how these companies hire these ill mannered youth who rather walk around and get paid to do nothing not kmowing its customers like myseld who will push until the problem is taken care of no one should have to experience what we just went through.

Horrible/Rude/Bad Customer Service

Worker came to the door with a gun in her hand, had very bad attitude horrible tone,and there was customers in the store,they let 1 man out and told me and a woman to wait outside,I thought it was 1 in and 1 out

Concerns /workers behavior

I'm not happy with Cash America, I spoke to the area manager and that was a waste of time. She was doing everything else except listening to my complaint. I then called back to corporate if I could speak to someone else and was told due to company policy they could not divulge the person's name or help me any further.

Bad customer service

8844 an pacific ave tacoma Washington lady had dumped my tool set all over the counter now im missing a socket i made a big deal about it she got her manager after i had put my tools an floor jack back in the manager said ok ill except your items brought floor jack back in an tools she then proceeded with what happen why she thought i was giving attitude when all i was doing is exaining why her wormer dumped my tool set all over the counter i suspect her worker took my socket an did something with it i had no sockets missing when i brought it in so on th3 count she thought i was throwing attitude so in all in all i felt she purposely made me bring all my items in just to get turned away again me or my family will never step foot in this business again count on that .

At your location off of Air Depot Midwest City? One of your employees this day of July 24th two of your employees said and bar of gold that's about 80 years old with a platinum Center was fake? Noting it past the acid test for 24 karat gold and they said because it was attracted to the Platinum that the acid test was overruled by the magnets? It's more gold is a German war heirloom you have insulted me as well as Europeans?

Complaint of non services

I went to cash America on 4933 s Peoria Tulsa Oklahoma I purchased silver bracelet for about $80.00 took it back to get loan manager and Vince , would not take the bracelet back because it was not real the manager refused me service told me to leave her store after accusing of something she knew nothing about I was treated unfairly and talked to disrespectful, I have been customer over 35 yrs and spent a lot of money I feel jociki and Vince need be iinvestigate crueltycustomer

I’m calling to file a serious complaint

I arrived at 6:59pm -7:00pm to get an item out of layaway a you lady refused to help us with getting our item out of layaway and young man was standing next to her and they refused to help us and we're very rude and disrespectful they have already notified us that today April 20th was the final day to make a payment or get our things out of layaway I hope that we don't lose the money that we have invested in the item and we have a chance to get it out of layaway it is a lot of money for one item I hope you're able to help us resolve this issue thank you very much my name is Rudolph Garcia Jr the name of God on the item and Dora Barrera Rivera and my phone number is 832-231-**** thank you very much have a nice day

Poor customer service

We have previously worked with own shop before for gun service and layaway and NEVER have we felt more disgusted by the customer service both times weve gone in and dealt with a newer lady named Esmeralda she very rude doesnt greet customers and takes personal calls in front of you while doing business very unprofessional and will never return to this location on 50th and the loop in Lubbock Tx

Completely horrible work ethic and job skillz...

hello i recently purchased a item from the store at jacksonville florida on cassat avenue and the workers on shift INCLUDING your in store manager picked on me for my mental disability and the way i looked.. on top of that they refused to give me my refund for my unsatisfascoty product . whice i happened to have purchased the insurance on the purchase aswell.... they were swearing laughing and cutting up.. makeing others in the store cause me to feel very embaresed.. they werent wearing there covid masks. either.. upon requesting there names i was simply told to *** retard.. till i finnaly got the names.. carlos and brittany i think but i think the manager named carlos was the only real name.. this happend at 3:00 pm on monday march 8,th. please and thank you for hearing me out, c

My fire arm and not being able to contact corporate

We pawned our fire arm back in september 2 weeks later went to get it out they told us we could not because we had a arizona id not nevada but we had pawned it with a arizona id and do not live in nevada the lady who has now been permoated to supervisor was very rude and unprofessional she said oh well you cant have it if you dont have a nevada id so i asked her are you telling me i have to pack up and leave my home start over move to nevada and establish residency to obtain a nevada id so i can have what belongs to me. She said she dont care what i do but were not getting our gun without a nevada id . i asked why was i allowed to pawn it with my az id and why i was not informed before nor was it on the pawn agreement that i could not get it with out a nev id she said i dont know i wasnt there i said it was the gentalman right behind her that pawned it to us can we speak to him and she said no im telling you you are not getting you gun without a nevada id. Mind you i called before we drove the 175 miles to get there so it would not be a waisted trip and money. And was told yes come on in. So all those miles and 200$ in exspences to get there after being told to come on in we are being tolld to leave the store and not come nack with out a nevada id. Well fineally a littke ober a month later we got a hold of corporate and the said sorry they thought we lived in nevada witch i said 3 times we lived in arizona hence the arizona id. So tjat was a bunch of bull but they said to go ahead and pick it up we will have to sign for a backgroind check should only take a hr or two. So we drive another 175 miles and waist another 200$ to be told that tjey dont call them in it will have to be faxed and it takes 3 to 10 days to come back that was on December 17th i called januarary 2ond and have been calling every other day since then to hear the same thing no not yet. It is now 2 months later and they tell me today that i have to come and pay to have another o e sent in because there only good for 30days. What i have been calling 3 times a week for 7 weeks and they are telling me this now. And ive been calling the coustomer cervice number 3 times a week for 6 weeks and they keep saying someone from corporate will call me witch they have not. This is crazy i want my property and not have to pay abother 400$ getting it i now have to paw anther 200$ to get there to sign the same form i did ,2 months ago for the third time kmowing i have to go back once again pay another 200$ plus the 100.00 plus late fees and extra holding fees that should not be there. And i still have not herd from coroprate even though im told once a week someone is goibg to be calling with in 24 hrs in witch they do not.
