Food poisoning

Last night I ordered a Supreme Pizza in Gaylord, MN. Ive had the pizza before and found it good, however when I opened the box it didnt look the same. Very little toppings for a supreme but I figured maybe someone new had made it and I had 2 slices. Within 1 hr my stomach was churning and I was sick with the runs and vomiting. I paid over 18.00 and would like a store credit if possible. I am throwing the rest out this morning. Also you might want to check on the store itself as far as cleanliness, etc. Thank you for your time Ann LaMarr

Person I talked to on phome from corporate was rude, hateful and extremely unfriendly

Complaint about manager

Don't have Why does she say we have to move around? She told me not to come back because ai wasn't gonna let her talk to me any type of way. We even helped a few times cleaning the backlog. Where not stealing or damaging property. Why does she have the right to usher people off the property she only does it to the people that have back parks. I sat down next to a friend to say a few words.Am I banned from the store because she has attitude problem? My name is Sean Hess an this incident happened about 3:40 pm. An even when I left after she asked us to move around she kept on talking *** Black lady manager. Not kind to people that actually buy an don't steal.

I want to inform you that the caseys in Garden city Ks has major issues a manager that wont help employees if they have issues working because shes at her other job...almost everyone in the store is smoking pot on company time outside..so they are working high...drug deals on store property by employees...

I absolutely loved my job. My coworkers that are still there will tell you how much I am missed. We were family. I saw them daily and knew about their personal lives. My customers, my regulars, they would tell you how much they adore me. I had so many friendships develop overtime with them, so many I will miss because I grew quite fond of them, especially some of the elderly that it just made their day coming in and to see their smile was priceless. This was more than just a job to me. I was dedicated. I did go above and beyond. However, I was unappreciated, never a hey good job, or a thank-you. Well, not a sincere thank-you. No recognition. Nothing. I dealt with a manager who does not deserve to be running that business. If corporate knew the real picture, she wouldn't be sitting in her favorite place, the office. She is rude, she lies, she is a drama starter, she is childish, unprofessional, lacks compassion, self-worth, respect. Doesn't even attempt to know who you are. She's miserable, and really it drags the entire store down, and I am not the only one. I lost my job because I stood up for myself against harassment. I filed a complaint, so I thought. I was done there, arrangements for a transfer were made, I have the texts, to be told the next day by HR I was terminated and was asked if I personally turned in the report? Because they didn't have one. My district manager, has it? My 1st asst took it from me?? But you, HR, know about this complaint how? And are saying you have nothing on record? You have to let me go, I'm just not eligible for employment at that particular location? Hold on, what?! I lost my home, my job, because of them covering this up for this *** manager who had been harassing me, as you can see, or I would not have been terminated the day after I decided to quit, but didn't because we agreed on a transfer, and this very complaint wouldn't have vanished, and I know my DM had it, she had spoken with me after reading it, said her and the gal from HR were working very closely together on it. Huh. Were you? I went above my DM and that is what made them mad after knowing I did, and that is when I got the phone call saying I was terminated, very rude lady too on the phone. So what I took away from this work experience is don't put your all into a job that doesn't respect, appreciate, or value you. Learn its best to walk away, people such as my boss will never be happy. Especially when my boss had the audacity to smile in my face and say good when I told her I was done. This is how my store was ran. Roll the tapes if you need more. I have nothing to lose, I got fired, for that. Honesty. Respect. Dignity. Pride. I stand behind everything to this day. I did no wrong. I stood up for myself. I left because I knew my worth. That is below me, I chose what was right because everything going on was wrong. Where is that complaint? There's clearly video to show I wrote it inside the store and I have that exact day and who took it with them, my mandatory reporter took it to my DM, then I have no idea what her next step would be or why it stopped there with her. Well friends, be kind. Just be kind!

4 mos ago me and my daughter swere employed with casey . I worked 3-11 most shifts alone as front counter help. Management was aware that there were no evening help besides myself and they worked me six days a week about two weeks ago. One of the dayshift managers came to me with an incident about my daughter not being very verbal about some affairs were going on in the kitchen area. every day her and I would come to work there was a high tension in the air. I fell like they new i was not a quitter so they need an reason to let me go. They fired me July 7, 2023 around 3:10 in the afternoon. My shift starts 3-11. I have been in that company for the last four months, giving them all I have working they front nearly by myself and closing the with myself and my daughter long conditions with massive crowds. one thing I could say about my, customers they were super patient very understanding and also very concerned about why I was always working by myself. They reported it but nothing was ever done. the day I was fired. The store hasnt been open since the stores now running from 5:30 AM to four or 5:30 in the evening and closed all night otherwise the store needs to be investigated because of how the upper management is treating the lower staff what I was employed with Caseys I treated the company as though we were family. All of my coworkers on my shift had the best report our shift was really made for everybody. We all got along well work together well, and they kept up until they fired every last one of us on that shift, I believe that I want to address this as a discrimination awareness because I have witnesses as customers they will tell you they saw me working by myself most times. I was told that i was giving away discounts to my friends and family members and thats why I was let go And I understand that a job dont have a good reason or any reason to fire anyone . but I was misled because I also asked to movie up in the company to change my position by becoming shift leader because I handle second shift so well a lot of my customers assumed when I had issues that I was the manager of that shift And I was not the manager of the shift. I was a team member. I am really disappointed in how things went with the district manager, I thought we had a relationship as far as coworker to supervisor but I had nobody to support what was going on in the store . I had a mother and a daughter who was supervisors against me at work and I just need someone to please contact me about this issue because this store is struggling , they have no help in the evenings and I was there holding the store together for the last four months with my daughter working in the kitchen as one of the kitchen cooks 17 year old girl, who ran that kitchen like nobodys business I was very proud of her worth ethics, and how she conducted herself as an employer. My daughter was disappointed in how things went, and she felt that she could not work there with the things that were happening within the workplace without me because I helped her keep it together , I told her how to be strong and work through your issues and never to quit. We didnt quit. We were throw it out we were pushed out and thats why Im a disappointment because I love my job and I love what I did and I definitely love my customers and they love me as well and thats on camera. They didnt mention anything about those things. They only mention what they thought I was doing was giving away discounts so they fired me for that . Its very imperative that I speak to someone about this issue Kelly MUHAMMAD thank you

No thin crust, Online wouldn't accept my payments

A couple weeks ago I tried to order a pizza online, and then thru your app. I went through the whole process up to submitting payment over and over again for 40 minutes. I tried 4 different cards (all of which are good) It got to the order submission and told me "OOPS! We can't process your payment". I called my local store and tried to tell them the problem. Their answer was"Well ...I guess I could try to enter the order here." I was so angry I hung up. Then I check my credit cards and find I have 12 pending charges for this one transaction. Over $27.00 each. Then...2nd complaint...tried to order a thin crust from this same store this past Monday 7/1 for delivery. Site says thin crust out of stock. Tried the other location that delivers to my area, same story...out of stock not available. I call and someone tells me the whole city of Wichita, Ks...Casey's are out of thin crust. MEANWHILE..your thin crust advertising continues on tv. Now I know why the little kid in p.j.'s in the ad doesn't actually open his door to get a thin crust from his dad till he's in his 20's! It probably took him that long to order one and pay for it!! Very disappointed that your company didn't prepare for the influx of orders before they started pushing ads.

Burnt pizza (cheese)

We order 2 pizzas on Sunday night the 25th one was awesome, the supreme,and the one for grandsons ,the cheese pizza was all cheddar cheese no mozzarella at all and it was burnt ...we called the store once we noticed and got hung up on...called Monday morning got told no was there to talk to , called this morning and was told it was to late to complain, I am not looking for a refund but someone messed up, we had 2 upset grandson which we had to go get them McDonald's because they couldn't eat the burnt pizza...need to watch how you make pizzas this is the first time we ever had a bad pizza from your place...

I was not satisfied with the food and the employee was rude and disrespectful and didn't take my order correctly I didnt order thin crust and I wanted extra sauce I got hardly no cheese it tasted like cardboard I called him and wasnt going to fix the problem

Problem with pizza maker and manager

I ordered a taco pizza online last night around 6 PM 615 ordered it without lettuce and tomato. It was delivered with lettuce and tomato and no sauce packets I Collett there the pizza maker boy says on his end it says with lettuce and tomato and I also told him on my end it shows no that is new tomato, so Im not sure what happened and why its showing different and I asked him About the sauce packets not being in the box he did not comment so I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. He said they left already. Youre have to wait till tomorrow so I said youre telling me theres no manager or supervisor there she says hold on yeah but theyre busy. I said thats OK. Ill wait , the manager gets on very shortly I explain he says yes thats what it says on their end to bring the pizza and I told him Id have my husband bring the pizza in in just a few minutes my husband takes it up there theyre giving him the same problem. I had also asked the manager if they werent putting sauce packets in the boxes anymore and he said yeah we are I said well I didnt have any, so he blames it on the delivery guy which the delivery guy does not have access to behind the counter Where the pizza maker is supposed to put them in the box yet the manager tried blaming the delivery guy so they gave my husband a run around my husband calls me and says they want a screenshot. Its already 730 I said you know what screw it Im done and so my husband left pizza there they did not refund him offered to make a new one nothing I turned in 2600 points had to pay for delivery and the tip yet all this no refund no nothing. And I did a review about the situation and that review number is 472-****. Plus my husband left the pizza there with them.!

Problem with order pizza maker and manager

Ordered a taco pizza without lettuce and tomato. Pizza was delivered with lettuce and tomato and no sauce packets. I called up there. The pizza guy tells me on his screen. It says with lettuce and tomato. I told him well online it says no lettuce no tomato and there was no sauce which he wouldnt comment on the sauce packets so I asked to speak to a manager he told me he went home already. I have to wait till tomorrow so I said so youre telling me theres no supervisor or manager there and he says hold on. Yeah theyre busy though I said Ill wait so he lied to me trade line manager gets on the phone I explain he says. Bring it in I told him my husband would be bringing the pizza up which he did about 45 minutes later they never redid the pizza didnt refund my money back and my husband left the pizza there with them.

Bad customer services

Ordered pizza on Thursday 06-08-2023 about 530pm. Ordered it online said going to be done @ 550pm well didn't get done till after 6pm, not only that we Ordered breakfast pizza 2 of them, both where bacon, but one didn't even have barely any bacon more egg then bacon, the other was bacon as well half green paper & mushrooms other half regular bacon and egg, well that was wrong, mushrooms and paper on hole pizza

Because casey’s sucks now

went into caseys in sycamore illinois at 8am today and there was absolutely nothing made in kitchen and i mean nothing and there was line of people checking out with only one cashier . the other 2 were in the cooler laughing and talking until i yelled at them that they might want to help out up front !! . At which case they came out slowly and had attitude cuz they were going to have to work . At that point i walked along with a couple of other customers . i dont know what has happened with caseys but it has definitely going downhill with customer service . Perfect example is this complaint form . i cant even talk to a damn human . At this point i will no longer be a caseys customer !!! There are plenty of other convenient stores with better customer service such as kwik star or quick trip!!

Clerk issues

I have gone to this store for 5 years , since the purchase of my home. Today I was told by the female clerk you can't read. Do to the fact I asked her name. She was the worst person to have handle your cash. She has attached a I am better then you look and attitude. I had a my own glass. And filled it with water, even my own ice from the house. Payed for a fountain drink so I used a Casey's cup and put water in my own, instead of just walking out with both I let her know that I put water in it that's, when she said I charged you for a medium and not a large you should have spoke to me before you feeled a Casey's glass with soda. I said yes ma'am, I just didn't want you to think I was walking out with both glasses of soda. Then she printed the receipt and stared at it and said what you paid $20 for gas I said, no ma'am. I paid $15 for gas and a dollar 40 plus tax for a soda. Well then she just looked at me and said you should have asked me first and I said yes ma'am, okay would you prefer me to pour it out and you refund my money I'll take the gas she said no. and as I went to walk away I said what is your name is? ma'am, just like that and she said I'm not going to tell you. I said you're not going to tell me your name, so I walked back to the counter and she put her finger over her name tag and said my name is Casey's. That's when I said okay I won't come back, she said good don't come back. Well my kids, say that not going back to your store doesn't teach her how to have customer service, so I guess, I'll go back and get gas just won't touch anything else in the store. Also, going to go speak with the manager of the store tomorrow this was a very uncalled for, and very rude,. I'm a security guard. I'm the person that drives around at 3:00 a.m. getting gas. And I would like to also say, I'm a resident next to your store, so I'm going to be here a lot longer than your clerk. I have seen so many people go in and out you place. I know how to be nice to persons. And I can say that as a clerk, and, not just a security guard I'm a clerk at Patricia's on Reno and council. I know the city pretty well. I would have been fired, I hope she has some kind of something. To learn ,so she can't speak to people in this way. It is at the store on Britton and Northwest expressway across the street from the McDonald's. The time of purchase was 12:23 p.m. older women clerk, long brown hair , flat ironed, brown eyes, dark black in skin color, weighs about probably 170. And was working a shift with two one other male employee, second male employee was walking into shift from the neighborhood I live in. Ask him what the lady's name was, and he said, ma'am I don't want to get into it. I haven't even clocked in yet. After I feel the customer complaint online I called the customer service number but unfortunately Sunday no one's there to talk with. Pretty disappointed in people right at this moment.
