Complaint car rental Reservation PT 68120****

Dear sir/ Madam , I made this Reservation PT 68120**** for Yesterday 17.7. at 21 PM. Due to the delay of our flight we could Not be at the Meeting Point on time. The Nummer you gave us per Email in the confirmation was Out of Order and it ist a number in spain. We Had No Chance to contact the car station in lisbon. We we're at the Meeting Point at 21.40 PM and No one showed Up and No contact possible. Today we went to the counter okmobolity and they Tell us our Reservation ist canceled. We Had to pay 367 more to get the car. I called your Office and explain this Problem, but no solution from your Side was Made. I ASK you to send me a confirmation that you get this Mail and want a refund as quickly as possible. We are Not rich and can Not afford such extra costs. Please contact us AS soon as possibly, to solve this Situation quickly. Thank you for your understanding, greetings Michael Rademacher

I understand your frustration that the vehicle was no longer available when you arrived at the rental desk. However from the details of your flight that you provided us with, I can see that it would not have been possible for you to arrive at the rental counter at the time specified on your rental voucher: 23:00. While we make every effort to accommodate changing pick up times, the Car Rental Agent may not be in a position to hold the vehicle for you after the pick-up time has passed or to keep the rental desk open. Therefore, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund on this occasion. We do advise this on your car hire voucher: Please note that if you collect or return your vehicle outside the pick-up/drop-off time and date booked, additional charges may be applicable. Please also note that the vehicle may not be available if you arrive late to rental desk. If the vehicle is not released due to a late arrival no funds will be reimbursed. Hello, I made a Big mistake. I wrote La Palma in Grand Canaria instead of Palma Mallorca. That means I had to rent another in the airport. That why I would like to hear if I Can get the whole money back. Especially because you have no Office in Majorca. Please, let me know. Good Afternoon, After several emails SINCE MID JUNE to Green Motion, see their latest reply below, They say I booked through your site, therefore may I point out the it states BASIC (in RED) for 9 days inn your ad as booked... this would implicate that at least Basic insurance is included with this Rental via Green Motion for 9 days . I have corresponded with Green Motion, who insist that I did not book with them direct, I upgraded a few times since my original booking but they insist it is your site not theirs... At pick-up I was forced to buy CDW as they said it has zero insurance... I usually use my credit card to cover CDW. They wouldn't allow this as they said it needs Basic cover at least, which your website shows as included, but they insisted it wasn't. No other choice but to purchase as it was late around 8:00pm on a trading site somewhere near Gatwick Airport. I'm therefore, "under false advertising' on your part" - no warning of any kind re NO insurance and implicating that basic insurance was included for 9 days, looking to you to reimburse me accordingly... 235 UK POUNDS. You have my Visa number on file to reimburse me. I await your earliest reply... We have spoken with our technical team and looked into the background of the booking. We can see that from your original booking on the 17th April, you have cancelled and re-booked a total of 3 times each. Each of these bookings were all made through Car Trawler/E-Dreams website. Your screen shots prove this. Both of these sites are third party booking companies. Each booking was made through Cat Trawler ultimately and the reference numbers for your information are below 17th April CTR(B)-389916*-***75 cancelled on the 21st April 21st April CTR(B)-390788*-***63 Cancelled on the 27th May 27th May CTR(B)-399147*-***00 Cancelled on the 2nd June 2nd June CTR(B)-400520*-***37 Each of these bookings were for the same period and included the same flight number We understand this happens often as customers are shopping around for the best deal. However, we can confirm whereas you may have visited the greenmotion.com site you did not make a booking direct with us We can also confirm we do not have the platform to be able to combine third party bookings with our site. When a booking is made through a third party, green Motion are not aware of any extras you may have purchased, including and cover or policy. This is simply because, until you arrive at our counter, you are the third parties customer and we will only receive the basic details. Please see your booking confirmation attached. This is the only information we receive In regards to the booking reference, yes we understand that customers are not expected to understand what the numbers mean, our point was showing you that the (B) is CDW exclusive bookings, this is what it stands for, and we were merely showing you this so you could match it with your confirmations. You will also need this to raise this further with Car Trawler should you wish to The rates and booking packages available will differ depending on the country you are viewing them from. We can advise there is no way to simply upgrade a broker booking on our site. This is not possible. It is also not possible to "Upgrade" a third party booking, CDW excluded, to a Basic package for Green Motion. The package must be the premium to ensure the liability is low. You may have, during your shopping for value, been onto Green Motions website to check out the offers, but we can assure you no booking was made direct with us. You definitely did have contact with our reservations team as you advised and made them aware of flight delays, so they could assist you. Car rental problems. I did not get the car i had rented.

Not good all my money was lost. They could not help me. My flyght was late and when i Got to the car rental there was no car for me.

The problem is still that I had rent a car and paid by Car Trawler Nederland, but unfortunately my plane from Brussel had a delay off 5,5 hours and I arrived very late in the airport Carthago in Tunis. There was nobody by the counter and somebody else call the lady of Car Trawler, it was very late and she didnt came to the counter. But i paid for this car but i didnt receive it. So can you refund my money. 244,57 as soon as possible. I sent by this mail all information. Waiting for answer. Kindly Regards, Zacharias Vink

NO REFUND

The company, didn't accept my credit card. I never collect the car, but they don't won't to refund me. I pay they service and I never collect the car, I call the custom service and they say to me that there is nothing to do, and they don't want to refund me. They take my money and never give me the service. So bad experience. So bad company!

Hello, I am sending the reservation and confirmation number below. I made a 3-day car rental and car insurance payment between April 22-25 via Pegasus. At the airport, the person in charge at the front desk told me that he could not withdraw the 500 euros that should be blocked from my credit card and that I had to provide another credit card. She kept us waiting for about 2 hours. Although I increased the limits of 2 different credit cards, transactions could not be made on these cards. She insistently refused to use my existing card and told me that she could use this card on condition that I buy a new insurance for 85 or 100 euros. I told her that since I had already purchased insurance for the vehicle at an extra cost, I could not pay for new insurance. Since I refused to buy extra insurance, she refused to use my existing credit card and did not deliver the car. I waited at the airport for hours and finally had to go to the hotel by taxi. I was very victimized by paying taxi fees for 3 days. I rented a car from your company for the first time and I was very victimized. I request your support in refunding the fees I paid to eliminate the problems and my victimization. I think that big companies like you will show the necessary sensitivity to customer satisfaction.
