Complaint

I am string in the Carrabas on Belair rd in Maryland. It is miserably hot in the restaurant. The customers are very hot as well as the workers. Theres no air conditioning or ceiling fans. It reached 95 degrees today. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Its immoral to have the employees work in this condition. The health department should be called as well as inspection of air system. Im calling corporate as soon as theyre open. This is insane. FIX IT NOW!!!

Service

Very poor service!! Not enough help Long wait Waitress laying her head on the counter where food was placed for pick up. Leaving dirty dishes on our table when our main meal was brought out. Waited a very long time for our bill to be given to us when we were ready to cash out. Ordered 2 Pork Chops and one of the 2 was 90% fat. VERY POOR SERVICE AND Attitude of our server.

Disappointed

Been eating at Carrabbas in the Villages, Fl for over 15 years. For about 34 years now, the service has been awful. I never hear about specials, I never get asked if I want another round of drinks, AFTER my order is taken... I have to search for ANYONE to bring over a spoon, another napkin or to refill my water. I never get asked if I want dessert. It's like they take the order, and they disappear until they bring the bill. I mentioned all of this to the so-called manager at the door, who was more interested in flirting than he was in hearing any complaints or in doing a better job. I only go there now because I get sent gift cards.

The Hunt Valley Carrabba's staff Kristin needs to have traing to handel the phone and place a phone call on hold. I called twice to ask for speak the manager and got hung up on the 2 times I called.

Keep getting hung up when being transferred to the manager to schedule a late lunch for 30 people after a funeral on Sat 29th, 2023. Since you don't want my business I will go some where else. I will take my business somewhere else.

Horrible food horrible manager

Overcooked tough steak, watered down sauces. No taste spaghetti. No pasta w chicken parm although shown on n menu.

Terrible Food in Winston Salem North Carolina

I had Chicken Parm. The chicken was tough and had grizzle. There was no sauce on the chicken. I ordered Alfredo and there were only a couple tablespoons on the bottom. Cheese sticks were hard and missing the sauce. I'm done with Carrabas!! Never again will I eat at this place.

Fish was raw

Got severely sick from the Mahi Wulfe. Was way undercooked!!! See photo below. They also forgot other items in our order. Just unacceptable!

Left an item in the restaurant and can't get through

I cant get through to the restaurant on bald hill in Warwick ri and corporate customer service isnt answering either. I love the food but this is frustrating! My number is +140********

Horrible service

I went to the Carabbas in Orlando, had the worst service Ive ever received in my life. My wife loves that restaurant. The food was sub par. They said they had no spices for our olive oil but when we left, we saw other people having it I talked to Steven and the store manager on Sunday a week ago. Had a lengthy conversation with him. Talk to him again that Monday he said he was going to send me a refund my check and take care of me Never received anything. I called back Monday of this week will not take my call hangs up. I am disgusted. Trust me I will tell everyone I know how horrible your service is at that location. Carabbas is my wifes favorite restaurant we used to go once a week never going back , my phone number is 407-448-****. I cannot believe Ive been told something and nothing happens. I hate a liar with a passion because if you lie to me, you will steal, so Stephen must be a thief because he lied to me and said he was gonna put me a gift card in the mail to pay for my bad experience . Nothing as of todays date. This is Thursday afternoon at 5:25. Ill try calling tomorrow and see what happens. I just dont think you dont care.

It's so hard to get anything done through y'all's company I got racially discriminated by your company I got fired wrongfully because of your company when I had the flu and had doctor notes and now I can't even get my W-2 for because I can't get in touch with anybody

Still haven’t received the $20 bonus cards

I purchased two $50 gift cards for a total of $100 and I was supposed to get $20 gift cards for each $50 or total of $40 gift cards back

Lasagna were burt. Could not cut with a knife. No attempt to fix the problem.

Jan. 13, 2023 I ordered 2 Lasagna meals online to pick up curbside. I received the food. Took it to a friend's at a bordering town. Both lasagnas were burnt and could not be cut with a knife. I called and explained to the girl that answered how the food was and she kept asking me the same question "what is wrong with the food" I finally asked for her name. She said "Lilly" (?) After she suggested that I drive back and take the food. Knowing they use GrubHub etc. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN that I shouldn't have to drive back to get food that should not have been sent out. I asked to speak to a mgr. She said she was the mgr. She continued asking me what was wrong with the food. She heard me or she wouldn't have been able to answer the other questions. I asked about the Corp #. She hung the phone up. Frustrated and bad customer service.

$40 Bonus cards never came I purchased $100 gift card

As indicated, I never received the $20 bonus for the $50 gift card. I purchased two $50 gift cards and never received the bonus $20 bonus for each gift card.

Complant about food

I eat 5 times a month,there. This is the last draw. 4 weeks ago they gave spaghetti I stead of linguini Dried bread. No butter least week I got 6 bowls of soup, that macaroni was crunchy. No taste.not surenot This are meals over 75.00. So I ordered chicken Marcela the chick was crunchy. I order extra Marseille sauce, to pay. I got exactually 2 mushroom that is with x. Terrible service .. again

This is the 3rd time at the same Carrabbas in Stockbridge Georgia. All terrible service. 1st time. I was severved my appetizer AFTER my main course was on the table for 10 mins and the appetizer was cold. Sent it back, check came either appetizer on it, I had to have manager take off. 2nd time there was a line, I asked how long was the wait. After waiting 15 minutes just for the answer. , I had to ask again another five minutes later I left and went down the street to Olive Garden, no problems there. 3rd time. No line , seated immediately and waited in 15 minutes no one came to our table. No drinks. No bread nothing in those 25 minutes 2 couples were seated nearby and immediately were greeted and orders taken and bread and oil brought to them I asked a waitress for some bread her reply was not her table got up went to front to talk to a manager. But no one was at front desk, and another couple was waiting to be seated, they were not busy, had to have someone get the manager. When he finally came he had no explanation and no apologyso I went to Olive Garden again.
