Had my vehicle not even 70 days and had to pay for a diagnostic and part that should of been covered in the warranty
Car broke down told em it was the fuel pump.After diagnostic twice and being charged for one of the diagnostic . Come to find out if was the fuel pump but I was charged for a part that I didnt even need. Also my check engine light stay on wich it didnt before.

bought a car said was 147000 miles . day after bad cat chk ing light . replaced cat . on the way home rusted out under carage bolt went through back tire replaced tire 150 new cat 180 . checked onboard compuiter for check ingn codes computer says roll back to 00 at 250000 miles . i aint cool with that no re neg no payment not like its gonna hurt my credit .. tom and jerry time..

I PAID $13,000 for a car worth $1,500
They take advantage of people who need a car they sold me a 2005 jeep liberty over 150,000 miles transmission problems piece of junk for $13,000 and it was worth $1,500 I was already upside down in this piece of junk my friends told me not to buy from there wish I listened to them don't buy from car hop all cars are overpriced junky cars Do not buy here

Carhop has not contacted me at all they don't about their customers they sell overpriced cars over 150,000 miles junk cars to people who are desparate and need a car they steal from you and say oh well so they added this to my credit report as a negative and they move on. So now they have not contacted me they just don't care

Please do not buy a car from Car Hop Sacramento They sold me a 2005 Jeep Liberty over 150 ,000 miles worth only $1,500 for over $13,000 I am upside down already it is a piece of junk I was only two payments behind they wouldn't wait two days for payment so they reposted it. They do not care what they sell you and they don't care about customers at all. This place sells cars that are not safe to desperate people please do not buy from Car Hop

Warrenty questions
I am still having issues with car hop. They have actually refused to honor their warranty. So I am forced to contact a lawyer and try to resolve this problem with Carhop.. They claimed that my damage to the car was not covered under warranty. Although their own mechanic said the damage to the car was cause by major rust.

Selling lemon theres a law gonna report if not anserd.angers. my sister has two kid with her to go get a car cause they need one they tell her to comeback in two weeks so she does come back they give a car take test drive not even two block car dies the lady in office is a blank they tell her they'll fix so she say ok a week lader my sister calls to see if car ready no so she gets uppset the lady tells her bring car back if u dont like it ?? My sister went in to see if she could get a car they first went in they were like come back in to weeks so she did then they had a car she goes to her test drive it didnt even make it two blocks they tell her they'll fix it so she like ok still a week later and no car she calls them the lady there is rude and tells her she could just bring the car back what car ? Sold me a broken car
Also exchanged the car for another broken car made my credit drop 100 points also cant refund my money for 5 to 7 business days never offered a rental so I had to pay for Ubers so much that I am broke because of it the only mechanic they have cant fix the problem either also customer service is terrible Ben in side the office is lazy and offers no help because I returned the car theyre saying Im defaulting on payments whole thing is a scam

Misleading
I am a current customer that is just about done paying the loan off. I have received many emails saying I was a VIP and eligible to trade or buy a new car from them. Very low down payment the first time around, perfect payment history, and then when it came time to do this, they required a very high down payment. Very misleading company, and it doesn't matter how your history is with them.

My car broke down
My engine seized in November I think. It was under warrantee and it was replaced. I have put maybe 2000 miles on that engine and it is now dead and won't start. I have kept up on maintenance and don't need an oil change for 2000 more miles. I'm pretty pissed that I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car back and now it is broke again. Please advise. I

My wife and I bought a 2008 kia sorento with what was to be a 18000 mile or 18 months whatever comes first warranty. Car hop covers the motor transmission and drive train the starter engages after the car has been started and does it when being driven if the motor is covered so should the starter it's the main thing that makes the engine run but they told me it's not covered it's just BS.
