Need my mileage correct to get my car fixed.
I have a child that has been burned first and third degree. We have to travel to Charleston and Augusta they will not honor my warranty because precision tune put the miles in wrong. Need it corrected to get my car fixed at pep boys.

I paid for a single CarFax report, my bank account was charged. When I went to open my CarFax account no report was present. The website kept asking me to enter VIN nbr and to repurchase a report. I tried a live chat, the agent disregarded what I was asking and sent me to another company website.

False report on my truck and you would take care of it need a number to call a real person
Poor customer service when there is something wrong they dont take the time to call you and make a decision on there own they suck

Simply debit from VISA without a service
Hello, I know CARFAX from the 90th. I've been looking for a vehicle that hasn't been in the US for 13 years. I received no data. They charged my VISA card by 27.57 even though I didn't have any received data because they no longer exist. I want a refund of this amount. We just bought a Ford f-350 at a dealer that confirmed and guaranteed that all there cars been going through many inspections points and previous issues with their vehicles even gave us a 90 days guarantee base on Carfax, we got the truck and the same week the truck cought on fire lucky someone driving behind us with a fire extinguisher stopped and help us turned it off on time, we brought the truck back to the dealer and they don't want to be responsible for the situation, Orlando Pre-owned dealer shouldn't promote Carfax guarantee on any of their vehicles. Now I'm stuck with this problem

I called last week Friday June 23rd, about an accident I have on my report that I was never in, never got a call back. Still waiting to hear from carfax regarding this issue.

Odometer discrepancy
Took car in for service with 82k. Somehow app reported service at another shop but had mileage listed at 156k. Have tried to correct this online and submitted copy of repairs. Only response I can get is a B.S. email is being researched. If I want or need to sell the car I can't because of odometer discrepancy. Here is a way I can get them to correct this Contact an attorney! Hope the folks at Carfax see this.

I was sold bad car by dealership
I buy a Subaru outback 42 miles from my house I was 10 minutes form my house and the car start giving trouble I contacted the dealer they say everything is ok, I got home o park it until the to to have my inspection done by a Subaru dealer I got there Monday they did the inspection the told me the car has oil leaking all out it new gasket etc none of these things was disclosed to me before I bought it are none of this was posted with the car. When I got to the dealer they told me it only needed a motor mount not that it needed all that work els I would not buy it. I had it 14 days now I only drive it 4 day I took it to another inspection place to get a second opinion they told me the same thing that this shouldve come up when they did there inspection so now and have a car payment a car that dont work and need 3759.20 to fix the problem.
