Most of the time I used Careem to booked for a taxi. But several times also the driver didnt showed up saying that the location is wrong, he is new and he cant find the location and just cancelled directly the booking without informing or calling me first, then charging me for cancellation charges. Then you need to call customer service to waive the cancellation! This is really awful service!

I got charged on my phone from my bank and then the driver said that he didnt charge me anything or end the ride, so I had to pay again for the ride which is unacceptable, I would appreciate if you can help refund.

The captain was rude and unprofessional and decided to cancel the trip, I would appreciate if you waive The cancellation fees to anable me use The app, I shouldnt be charged because The captain refuse to picik my client and was rude .

Careem rider hit my car with is bike
I was hit by careem delivery guy with his bike from back side of my car and that guy behaving very rudely with us not cooperating for reporting accident in Dubai Police application we needed is driving license and phone number he was very uncooperative he was showing his fist to hit us shouting very loudly in the public finally he ran away from the accident spot,

Complain about captain, he canceled the ride.
I booked a taxi through careem app and waited for a taxi. When I get the captain number I contact the captain and explained my location to make sure he reaches me on time. I saw the taxi moving towards me and after done time it says captain reached your destination. But I can't find the taxi, when I called the captain he didn't pick my call. When I checked the careem it says captain canceled the cab. And I need to pay for that even though I didn't cancel. Instant of that waited for a long time. Pls explain me what is tha problem from my side ?if I make any mistake ? And I want to know why captain canceled the drive with out informing us?. Your cream deleivry guys came in the mall sometime he is sitting in chair in front of restuarant that chair made for just only customer but this guy when i told him please dont sit there if u have oreder sit in your deleivry room but he just rude reply this is made for sleeping i will not move do what u want to do even restuarant staff told him he told do your work please teach him some manners speak politly security also human being as per mall menagement its not allowed deleivry guy sitting on those chair this guys name is mohammad Faisal 050439****

Complain Regarding yesterday delivery I booked Ride for Ras Al Khor to Pick up the delivery from my supplier which is Al Nazir Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC but when i was booking its was on wrong location which was Allied star General Trading LLC so thats why i choose contact via WhatsApp so that i can send him a correct location as i was book a ride i choose 400 AED amount value so that rider give money to supplier and take that battery Now as you can see in attachment that rider arrive on location asked me for the shop name i send him Rider went to the shop asked for the battery supplier gave him the battery But Rider did not gave the money to supplier and run to the bike Supplier Call me that call that delivery guy he didnt gave me the money so i gave Rider number He called & rider said i am driving call to the Receiver 12:05pm Rider Came to my shop With Battery i asked him how much Charges for Careem Fare He Said 43 AED & He said Give me Battery Amount Also so i will Pass By & Give His Amount Which is 285 AED So the total was 328AED i gave him 330 AED 5:00 Pm My Supplier call me he did not came yet my message him on whatsapp he did not reply i call him 7-10 times he didnt answer untill not he did not attend my call no reply on whatsapp which Mean he is Lier & faulty Then my First call to Careem was at 5:30 i registered the complain CSR Name Shahroz i explain all this problem he said we note down your complain we will call you back soon he called me that we talk to captain he said that he went to supplier shop and already paid him money 6:00 Pm i call Again CSR Mariyam Attend the call I explained him she said we will take action on your complain ASAP but she Did Not gave me Specific Time 8:00 PM CSR Noah Same Story he told me i requested him that i want to talk to your manager i talked to his manager he said i will personally take action on this complain don't worry and all that but nothing happened no call back no feedback Today morning Again i call CSR Mariyam Same story your complaint has been registered we are working on it i talk to his manager Abdul Rahman He said i will get back to you he called Rider He said i don't have Enough cash i was picking up the delivery so i gave supplier my Emirates ID and after receiving the cash i go to that shop took my id back and gave supplier his amount manager Abdul Rahman told me this story i said did you confirm with supplier that is that happen he call supplier asked him for this situation he replied he is lying Up till now this is the situation No ONE CALL ME NO EMAIL NO CONTACT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT MY SUPPLIER CONSISTENTLY CALLING ME FOR THE MONEY NOW I AM GIVING YOU 48HR TO GET MY MONEY BACK RESOLVE THIS ISSUE Order No 5395**** SUPPLIER NAME : 00971 5* *** 37 38 RIDER Name Ahmed Mobile No 0971 50 *** *490 MY NUMBER 00971 5* *** 3312
