I am so sorry. I was never a pissed customer. I reached the wrong dept.

I have not had any complaints. when I looked you up on my phone the number I called was the only one listed and I did not see that I was contacting the "Pissed Customer" dept. Please accept my apoligies,

Fraud! They allow fraud and do not have a dept that will support your investigation.

They allowed my identity to be stolen - specifically the use of my credit and social without checking that it was a different name, address, bday, and even completely different state. Their customer support and fraud team was completely worthless and offered no help or path to resolution. My advice - if you care about your finances - do not use this company.

Horrible phone automation

When you call care credit, you are met with an automated voice that wont shut the heck up. It rambles on telling me everything I didnt ask to hear. To get to a live person is not easy and you have to get around this damn chatty Cathy automated voice. Then, they took a double payment and have the nerve to say it will take up to 15 days to get it back. That means I have to go 15 days without my money for my other bills. How damn arrogant of them. They need to return the money back to the account they took it from.

You have a couple of rude agents there. Maybe you need to reach out to providers that offer care credit brochures. Dental office was unable to help get the policy and terms for application. I called a number of times and was told II could not apply by phone. False advertising. I wouldntIi

To remove an authorized user from my card

They said I had to send the request in writing, They said I could not do it over the phone.I do not understand why they. Have to make things so difficult? Its ridiculous!!

Make payment

Set up acct sand then only wanted routing info and checking acct wanted to use bank card and wouldnt accept so I called and used your auto payment on phone

About my care credit account

I was told that my bill will be wave for this month, until I get my new card .my cash app was hacked. I don't know when the card will be here, I will be looking every day

Bogus interest charge

Got charged interest on new purchases. Was lied to by customer rep Micha and manager Kevin Young. Both were very rude and would not reverse bogus interest fee. Closing this account ASAP. They are not BBB accredited and it shows. You have to call after every payment to make sure funds are allocated properly between promotional and nonpromotional balances. No where on their bill does it state how much to pay to avoid interest. Not convenient or modern at all. Please avoid if possible, there are better credit card companies that are more upfront and less deceptive.

When I spoke to representative, he could not give me answers of what I needed

I dont understand if I closed the account because I paid off the balance why theyre using it against me now. If my account is closed, it shouldnt be affiliated with my Social Security number. The representative could not give me any answers. If apply again a closed account should not still be connected to my social security # if my balances was paid immediately.

I was treated unfairly, and my account was closed causing extreme hardship.

Despite never missing a payment. My account was closed under the guise of submitting "bad" payments. I was diligent and proactive assuring that when alerted I made prompt additional payments to rectify technical issues. Despite all my pleas my account was closed. Causing the hardship that will not only adversely affect my credit rating, but I will also not be able to get medical attention I desperately need since I need the CareCredit account to cover my out-of-pocket expenses.

Disputed unauthorized additional charge!

I disputed a charge with CareCredit aka Synchrony Financial last year that I didn't authorize with a merchant and only authorized a different dental service. Even though I didn't need the dental service on the agreement I was still charged still for another dental service in which I never authorized. CareCredit denied my dispute twice and was for the merchant in which I have been doing business with CareCredit for years, however, never again will I do business with CareCredit after last year and just paying off my CareCredit card this yea
