I canceled my subscription the same day that I started it I want my money back immediately. Theres no reason for me not getting my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible company!
I am a caretaker and there is no way to edit my personal information on this site. I moved an needed to update my address and it says i have exceeded my limit to edit- How strange! I then proceeded to find customer service but since I have a basic account you basically are unable to contact them. I looked up their customer service number but now its just a bot stating to go on your premium account to chat with a bot or find the email. I am still a paying client of care.com and deserve customer service as well! I finally found an email address. I'm waiting to see if they ever contact me back with my issue solved. I do not recommend signing up with this company, sign up with a local company where you can call and speak to people. If I can't get my problem solved I will be calling my credit card company letting them know it's a scam.

For some reason my account was flagged. Now I am not able to set up an account at all. I have emailed numerous times, received no response. The phone number will hang up on you, there is no live person at all! When I tried to us the chat under the "help/contact us"... You have to have an account. So that does me no good as I cannot create an account!! I have never even used this service before, so there was no reason to flag my account in the first place. There should definitely be more customer service care for this site!!! I would like to use this site but this issue is really leaving a bad impression to begin with. ... Still have not even received one email smh

NI would give 0 if I could because I paid and never received services. Then, I thought I had cancelled my membership in the app, but apparently not seeing the money is still being withdrawn. I had to reinstall the app once I got the first false withdrawal. I couldnt do anything in there because I had deleted my account thinking I wouldnt need this kind of service for a while now. Then, I call to talk to Customer Service and got hung up on. Please cancel my subscription or membership or whatever you call it.

Care. Com is completely in reachable and does not respond to their contact us system. It is completely unacceptable that they have no form of contact for such and important network of caring for people and care givers. This site needs to be taken down immediately as it is not safe. I have reached them about an issue several times and received no response.

I PAID $38.95 for an account. Your system is asking me to upgrade? I cannot access my account. I cannot reply to my applicants You have my money. I cannot cancel because I cannot access my sccount. I will cancel my card before I pay for another month. PLEASE Resolve this issue. The $38.95 was withdrawn from my bank account. I do not have an order number. FiX this.

Money taken and cannot log into my account
I signed up for care.com and made a whole profile and paid for my subscription which was pulled from my bank account and then I had to put my social security number in and it was not taking it saying there was an error. Now I cannot access my account it says my email or password is incorrect and when I try to email myself a password recovery it wont email it. In order for me to get any help I have to login to my account which I cannot do and if I cant log in i cant resolve my social security either. It took my money and now is completely blocking me off of everything and Im very upset.
