No order is showing but took money and my gift card balances

Processed the payment took my gift cards money and I still haven't heard anything or got any payments to my account

Gift card didn’t work?

The giftcard I have been trying to use is not working and I have not recieved my money. The gift card is now saying it has been redeemed and is not useable. I just need to be issued a new gift card . That would resolve my issue that has been going on since February 9th 2023.

Haven't gotten my money

I contacted the company and the stated that when they checked the balance of the card it only had 19 cents on it...Wich is an outright lie they stole my gift card money as they have done to many others...

I haven't received my money yet and it's been over 3 months

Every time I follow the procedure it doesn't take my card that it's asking for a dollar I've tried all my credit cards and bank cards and it does not go through what is going onI sold you a gift card that was $200 and you still have it total $160 but I didn't have not received my money,

I am trying to use card.

I am on extended stay here in the Philippines. I am the sole provider for the household. I time out my available funds to last the time here financially. I am trying to move funds to money gram at this time. The old entry information used in the past won't allow. Is there a new problem. Do I need to call again. Wm Scott

Can't use my card

Getting a call in and out of here this year is hard. I can't seem to get anything to connect.

That may be why I can't get the card to go as well. The card says international.

I have used another similar card in the past. All went fine but for extra fees.

On vacation and trying to use my card. It won't cooperate. I usually call the company ahead of time cause I know there will be an issue. I forgot and I have one.

They give nothing on them because they get people that keep the numbers and use them ! Horrible people that sell to them they use numbers !

This site said my card was declined twice. But it took the money off my card both times! The first time was on October 6th, 2022. The next time was today, the 10th of October. Both are saying "processing".

Sold me an "in-valid" Groupon e-gift card

Bought e-gift card for Groupon. Tried balance check immediately. Groupon said it was invalid. It was on Saturday. Found out that hours are 9-5 M-F. Used email to contact, as required by Card Cash. Waited until 2pm Monday for an email response back. Called and was told to wait for email response, that supervisor was not available. The representative insisted I had to wait for an email response, 2-3 business days. Lousy! This was supposed to be for a Christmas gift.

Awful customer service

Bought a gc and when tried to use the site said it was INVALID. Immediately contacted cardcash asking for a refund. 3 emails and 2 calls later( been 2 weeks) they keep saying give it 24 hours. No refund. No FC. Out almost $100!!!

Sent gift cards and had to request them back

negotiated online for a payment for each of 4 gift cards for jared jewelers came up with a payment of 310.00 for each of 4 cards. mailed cards per instructions and email said will pay out within 1 to 2 days of receipt of cards. instead i got another email requesting now drivers license front and back and bank account with address and utility bill with address and PROOF!! PROOF!! of where i got the gift cards. this is all fine and dandy but they now have my gift cards and after the fact changed the contract to sell these cards. by the way i am totally legit its just that my drivers license does not match my address but the change of address card on my dr. lic. does and i am not sending my bank account statement to them or my utility bill. and gift card implies that it was a gift and a person would not necessarily have a proof of ownership unless you purchased it yourself with then having a receipt. just for you all to know though i did purchase these gift cards myself over 3 years ago for my son to purchase his girlfriend a engagement ring but he is not going to get married so cards are mine now but 3 years ???? i do not have a receipt and they want PROOF!!! now i have to wait til they mail them back i am at their mercy lets see if i get them back.

Release my funds!!

Waste of time. I have tried multiple debits cards, and each time my order gets processed, a pending charge and... Then they cancel it. "Sorry we can't tell you why"... I buy gift cards online all the time from raise and egifter, never a single problem. These guys are the worst, no explanation, I've tried 5 separate times over a 6 month period with 5 different bank issued debit cards, my real cell phone number, and a valid address/email address. Every order gets cancelled by them after holding up funds on my debit card for 10 days. Thanks for nothing!!

Further Action

You have agreed to buy my gift cards for an amount of $890.00. The order number is 199****. I just called customer service to see what is the next step. I waited for thirty-four minutes to speak to an agent and the system hung up on me. I have also contacted PayPal and they have asked me to send them a transaction ID. So, I really need to receive a phone call at 315-699-**** or an email with the indicated information. Thank you. Frederick ***

Didn't get my card

asked me to contact Top Golf to obtain the transaction history, but I have no response.

I sold my gift card (top golf) $50 value and was to get a Lowes card, $40.31 in value remaining in exchange. The Lowes card never arrived. I went on the card cash website to see what happened thinking maybe the card was lost. It says the transaction was canceled. So I email them to find out why and I get an email back saying the top golf card had no value. That card was new, just got it as a gift. I had checked the value before I went on there and so did they. So somehow they sold and used the card and then didn't send anything in exchange. Never ever trust these people.
