Haven't received my order

Haven't received my order. No one to speak with and had an email saying my order will ship then11th of August and still nothing

I haven't received my order

I ordered covers on 4/21 and was told estimated ship date was 5/10. After contacting them today,I received an email saying shipping date is now 5/19. Wish to cancel order.It seems they have no one who can talk over the phone!!! Crazy

Miss parts

Missing clips and string ties. Also disappointed the there is no hole for the VW emblem. Other than those two issues I like my new car bra.

1.8 stars is 1.8 stars too many! Beware! You've been warned! Stay as far away as you can. Horrible, deceptive, incompetent. disrespectful, dishonest and will steal from you and harrass you.

Dissatisfied

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. My order was late, didnt fit, and the quality was poor. I returned my item and they said I would get a confirmation for refund within 7 to 10 days. When I checked back after 2 weeks (4 total emails to them) they continued with awful customer service saying should be done soon and then completely stopped responding to me so I filed a claim with my bank and wrote a negative review on BBB. ONLY after they saw my review (which they completely denied my remarks and said I never contacted them) did they finally return my money but it wasnt even the correct amount! They owed me $71.99 and only refunded me $56. Do not order from this company! Save your money!

I order a car cover last week and still have not recieved it and i paid over night shipping

I ordered a car cover last week and paid for A over NIGHT delivery and still have NOT RECIEVED IT !! WHERES MY ORDER ?? AND CAN I GET MY NEXT DAY $$ BACK THAT I PAID?? CUZ ITS BEEN A WEEK TODAY AND STILL HAVE NOT GET MY CAR COVER !! WHY PAY FOR NEX DAY SHIPPING AND PEOPLE DO NOT GET IT THE NEXT DAY.. THATS $60 THAT I PAID AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PACKAGE A WEEK LATER !

I accidentally ordered 2 seat covers for the back seat and I meant to order 1 for the front and 1 for the rear and I'm trying to get a hold of them before it ships so I can get my order right, I didn't order the seat cover for the front but I ordered 2 for the back which I obviously don't need 2 of them for the back.

Terrible Service

Very Poor Customer service which appears to be broken. I ordered ( 4XX866) front and back seat covers for RAV4 ( Quality was very good ) but straight after the order ( Same Day) - I asked them to cancel the back seat ones . CCU responded via their sales email ( CarCoverUSA sales at carcoverusa.com>) on Wednesday, Jul 27, 3:33 PM the following."Ok we cancelled the rears thank you" . When the package arrived - only the FRONT t seat covers arrived as expected however they did not refund my credit card for the Rear Seat cover charge. I contacted them and AMEX and said that I am not paying for something that I did not receive so I challenged the payment with AMEX and requested a partial refund. Instead of contacting me to discuss the issue - CCU has now threatened to call the collectors for none payment for the REAR car sear covers that I NEVER received and had cancelled on the day of the order and CCU Approved . Contact NAPA napaonline.com and get your car seat covers from them much friendlier customer service.

Read the below and call me at 760-468-****. I don’t know how you stay in business with a person like that is the face of your company; it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Trying to talk to a customer mgr,as high a supervisor as possible to discuss a terrible conversation with a supervisor who told me there is no one higher than him when I asked for one. I want someone to listen to that conversation

Well I tried calling the number listed and it is a non working number however when going through this website to call it rings then answered my a voicemail.. so to me this is just another scam

So I ordered a Le bra Cover for my car. I paid it in full. According to my bank the transaction was completed and paid for. I received an email from Car cove rUSA stating the transaction wasn't paid in full. Car cover USA responding saying I requested the money back and my account wasn't paid. They threaten to have me pay the amount again or the amount will be sent to collections. I provided my bank statements and transaction document from my bank stating the action was completed. But they're still accusing me of taking the amount back. This is Ridiculous. I've never had this problem with any company. Also I didn't received the package until 6 weeks later. 2 weeks later than the delivery date.
