Good morning, a mail was sent to me by Aisha carbon offering me a 30% discount of my long due loan of N35,129 Naira. That when I paid, they would clear my debts and remove my name from the blacklist. The 30% discount will be N24,590. I made a payment of N17600 on 21/07/203 and N7000 on the 23/07/2023 which has completed the 30% discount. But up till now the money is yet to be confirmed, and the loan is yet to be cleared. Attached below are the receipts of my payment and the screenshot of the mail sent to me by Aisha carbon.

Letter of Non-indebtedness
I am writing this with dissatisfaction over the treatment of my request for letter of Non-indebtedness after repaying my loan, payment of 2000 charges fee for the letter. This I have done since on Monday and I was assured the letter will be available within 48hours but today is 72hours gone. Kindly clear my records with Bureau the Credit and issue me the letter. Your irresponsiveness has affected me and caused me so many inconvenience. I don't know why it's difficult with you as compared to other platform
