Custom was nowhere near accurate
Ordered a full set of custom mats for my 06 toyota tundra. Once they arrived, I took them out to my truck to install them and found out there measurements appeared to be for a different toyota, not my 2006 Tundra. I contacted Custom Car Mats and a lady by the name of Jane responded. I told her the issue and provided pictures demonstrating these mats not fitting my truck. She said she would look into it and get back with me. A couple weeks go by and did not here back from her so sent another email. She said she was waiting to hear from the person that makes the mats. So I waited another 2 weeks and still, I had to email them to find out what was going on. This went on for a couple months, which I believe they did on purpose for the warranty part. Anyway, Jane did finally contact me and told me they do not have the measurements for my truck. Told me I could ship them back at MY DIME, which meant paying export tax, meaning I wouldn't get enough refund to even are it worth while. I CAUTION ANYONE ORDERING CUSTOM MATS FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is in Denmark. They will not honor returns unless you pay to return them

Like other reviewers they sent mats that totally dont fit and then the customer service completely failed. Total scam do not buy from them

Terrible Experience - Product Doesn't Fit and No Refund
5 months ago, I purchased a car mattress from "Car Mats Customs, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the company's customer service. Firstly, the mattress they sent me was completely incompatible with my car, despite providing them with accurate details about my car's make and model. When I reached out to their customer support for assistance and a possible refund, they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue. Their response was dismissive, and they refused to accept any responsibility for sending me the wrong product. Not only did I waste my money on an item that doesn't fit, but I also received no support or resolution from the company. I highly caution potential buyers against dealing with "carmatscustoms.com" Their lack of professionalism and refusal to acknowledge their mistakes is unacceptable. Save your time and money by choosing a reputable and reliable car mattress producer instead.

Worst product I've ever purchased
It's as if Wish made custom car mats. They are made of cheap pleather and stuffing and look like they were sewn by a 5-year old. They aren't custom...it's like they kinda sorta knew what my car make and model were and then took a chance on getting the openings or seams in the right place.

I submitted an order giving the car and model. I was sent the wrong product and after sending photo evidence this company wouldnt send out a replacement. They offered a refund but at my expense. Numerous emails were exchanged with excuses to avaoid a refund. I supplied my bank details and they reverted to their website policy even though they produced something not fit for service.

Cheap product
I waited 2 months to get the mats. They finally arrived, and they are flimsy and thin. Not worth even $50.00. DO NOT BUY. Good luck trying to write a negative review on their site - not possible.

Extremely perturbed
The cargo mat does NOT cover the sides of the cargo area as advertised. I tried piecing it together. THEN the velcro adhesive pieces just kept falling off. Total piece of junk. I am the told I have to earn it in the original packaging. It was a super thin black plastic! I did not save that. It would not have held up through another shipment. Do NOT do business with these people.

Car Mats Customs messed up delivery
Placed an order for 2 cars and paid over $600.00. Received the package after a month, was willing to wait as had heard good reviews. When I received the package I only got it for one of my car and received 2 orders that belonged to other customers. Tried contacting customer service, they had me send multiple snaps, but no resolution. Asking for a refund. After paying premium price on product, the customer service is lacking and there is no accountability.

Fraud Website
Order my custom mats on November 22 and received the wrong custom mats for my order in January 2023. Emailed customer service about the wrong order and requested for a replacement. I have provided all the details needed for them to custom my mini minivan replacement mats and have been back and forth with the customer service rep Jane regarding the replacement from January 2023 till now with no word on when they'll send me the replacement. While on their return policies, it stated that after 45 days if they haven't replaced your order, the buyer is entitled for a full refund. I'm still waiting for this issue on hand to be resolved either way. Customer service is terrible, I don't know if Jane is an actual person or if they are using AI to respond back to customers emails. I have expressed my frustration and concerns, and still nothing has been done. I've been ripped off, considered the amount of money I paid for my minivan mats.

Mats are not even close
You have to enter all your cars details on their drop down questionaire before ordering. My 2nd and 3rd row mats were not even close! After 2 months of back and forth waiting on the designer to make correct ones, I asked for refund. No problem as long as I pay shipping to Denmark and pay a 35% restock fee. This place is a scam. Pictured are my weather tech mats next to the wrong ones they custom made.

Item never received
Ordered item in January 2023. Kept getting emails that item in shipping, tracking never showed item moving past China. Item never received after 6 weeks. Possibly a fake site. Would completely avoid this.

Horrible customer service and shipping
I ordered custom mats in November. Site said 3 weeks. Didn't have in time for Xmas gift AND they sent wrong tracking number which showed item had never shipped. I contacted customer service and cancelled. THEN they shipped it. I refused delivery as now it was January and I had assumed I wasn't getting them so ordered elsewhere. Bad communication and they refused to refund me. Terrible company

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY
Absolutely horrible. One year to resolve incorrect mats sent to my house. Still one year later I do not have any Matts. They said I can wait for new ones or send back the defective ones and pay a designer fee and shipping. I wish I had more space to write the horrible experience.

DONT BUY SCAM!
Ordered mats Sept 2022. They were horrible. I sent email got a response saying to send pictures and they will send it to a team for review. I have sent email every three months asking and all I get is its being reviewed. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING. I have realized after a year I have lost over 200 dollars.

They steal your money by sending wrong items an request you ship it back with your money and pay them almost the amount to restock. You lose both ways. They scammed so many people. It's a shady business to send people wrong items and then charge them again to return it. Some customers don't even get their money back. They are in Denmark, the laws there must be easy on them. Just report them as much you canal over the internet. Their website provider as well for their domain can be found on www.whois.com Report them there hopefully they will delete their domain name for fraud and bad business practice.

Scam false advertising no refund
Do not buy here !!! The company falsely sells you mats that don't fit an are very very very cheap made. They are dangerous to use and advise u to use them. Contact a lawyer immediately if you purchase here your entitled to a claim. They will not refund unless you spend 50 percent of the price you spent. Takes over a month to receive. Horrible customer service. Contacted a lawyer. Tear this company down
