Received a e gift card and manager does not accept

I went twice to Gastonia NC location and they said they do not accept e gift cards. I had it printed out so to make i easy. I received this as a gift for my medical issues and was looking forward to using it. Have called customer service number numerous times with no response. It has a 50.00 value so would appreciate getting what was paid for

I started working for captain Ds fall of 2022 I should have received a pay card from the day I started, still don't know why I never received a pay card, Tried to get Information but no success, No HR to be found , ! Undercook3d fish

First thing the fish was half the size than usually had no crackling in the box. The fish was really soft was not cooked hard enough. Discrimination for my hearing

This is the thrid message i sent on june23 2023 at approximately 1250pm i left at 105pm i am a vet an i wear an hearing aide i was in an explosion. Okay at first they gave me the wrong order an i informed them the manager or at least she the one who took the money what was going on with my hearing and she told her staff she not going servee neither are they i get discriminate because i am a vet and wear a hearing aid she needs more training how to treat vets because her safety could have been in trouble i work at a hospital not even i can talk to people like that i contacted the better business beura and a discriminate attorney i called your complaint number also but i dont think it went nowhere. Bad service and made me feel not wanted

Bad service had to wait over 20 mines just for breadstick, then the lobby was open per your site and the door display but they had them locked walking around

Macon Ga facility is trash

This is the third review i have left on this place. I did a phne in order said it would be ready before 5., the lobby is locked. ..it is 523..the phoe number said its discintinued...i had to walk up to drivethru window..(which is dangerous in itself) they have a line halfway around store..they donot have my food ready...i cant cancel it...guy just brought my food...well psrt of it..said they are out of large cups and out of fried oysters...i am sure yall werent out of charging me for them...i never cared for long john silvers but i wish they were back in town. They never gave me the honey mustard sauce which was also on the order. The guy that brought it out (he did not ha e a name tag on) anyway, He was rhe only good thing about this experience. He actually sounded like he gave a crap unlike the girl ar the drivethru.also my girlfriend call one of the other Captain D's and they didnt have a good phone number for them either. The number they gave her said they no longer own Captain D's or Chedders. What has happened to your company. I have always loved CaptainD's but I am about done. Please do not send me your default sorry...please call us to discuss. If yall really cae call my girlfriend, Christy Rozier, she originallyplaced the order and i will be working. Unbelievable experience.

Blatant and absolute disrespect and laziness. The girl working the drive-thru at the Captain D's in Hinesville Georgia at 9:50 p.m. actually came to the speaker and asked me to hold on then came back a couple minutes later and told me that they were out of everything. When I asked her to repeat herself she did not respond. A little bit later she said hello? I said hello could you please repeat what you said. She did not respond. As I drove by the drive-thru she was standing in the window. Peering At me out the side of her head. What the *** is this world coming to?

They theatren me harassed me and the food is not good

They have threatened to fire me numerous times in the past, present, and probably future they are very insane in the head if they think they can hire someone of my caliber to do their pathetic excuse for a job again. They will also bully you at this job but don't let it. Now that probably won't happen if you're a manager. If you're a manager, they will force you to work 12 hr days with no break. There's also a strong smell of favoritism and the same day I got hired they hired an incompetent girl to work the registers. This individual openly insulted corporate and claimed to be working there to start their own business (probably lying) but long story short they got an attitude with me along with the shift leader by saying I need to work faster while the catfish was still cooking in the greaser. They along with the female shift leader not older than 30 insulted me and called me an *** while the food was still cooking and saying it was cold. Then the incompetent nut claimed I was harassing her by asking for her number and told the general manager. The manager then wanted to talk to me 4 weeks after it happened he confronted me and tried me. That's what they do, set you up so you lose your job. They try me everyday here. I'm in fear of my safety and mental health dealing with such idiocy I can't fathom how they allow such crooks to work there in 2023. Also, there's a high turnover rate. Half the staff is not there anymore the female shift leader same age as me is not there anymore and I've only been there 2 months lmao. She threatened to quit in the middle of my shift and I had to work the drive through all by myself with no help and no training. That's what they'll do. You get no training and the food is constantly out of stock putting you and your coworkers at risk for complaints by the customers. I'm only here because I couldn't get a job at Kroger got fired from there 4 days later because I didn't pass the background check. Captain Ds was a huge downgrade of a job. This job sucks why would I want to work here when I can work at construction and make double or go to a grocery store and earn the same amount, no grease, no rude customers, no incompetent managers, better hours, ect. Also there is no loyalty amongst the coworkers. A gay dude was harassing me here and saying he wanted to date me because I'm young. The employees talk bad about each other and there's no trust here. It's fake af and this woman who worked here yelled at me with her boyfriend and made me feel unsafe working there. I'm probably gonna quit in two weeks

Allergic reaction to child

On Sunday April 23RD 2023 approximately 9:15/9:20pm I went to captain ds FAIRFIELD Al location I ordered my son an Chicken tender combomy son and I got home I asked my son was that fish because it smelled like fish to me so I observed the meal and it was chicken tenders like I ordered well on Monday APRIL 24TH that morning I went to wake my kid up for school and his face was swollen and eye kinda shut this same morning my son had an appointment with his asthma and allergy doctor she asked did he eat anything he was allergic to so I told her no he ate chicken tenders from captain ds so she and I had the same thought which was someone must have dropped the chicken tenders in the fish grease which is cross contamination but my son is allergic to all fish!!! My son face is still swollen even though his doctor gave him medicine for the allergic reaction

Bad food and wrong food.

I was in captain ds Saturday the 11th of March at 11:51 i ordered the salmon it was not good my mom said it tasted fishy. I ordered the fish with the crunchy's cole slaw an broccoli the broccoli was cold the fish was not what i asked for it was 2 little strps and thats not the right fish it had no crunchy's the fish i get is big pieces these wete very little. I also waited 20 minutes for the food. I have tried to call since12:50 but noone will answer i am very pissed

I ordered Uber eats today from Captain Ds and they forgot my chicken tenders inside the box so I called them to ask about it and she said that the chicken tenders are right here. Im sorry you can come and get them next time. Well I asked Im hungry now but I dont have a ride, so can you put a female on that? She told me to call Will eats to get my money back. Im thinking that thats very up affectional and she was rude on the phone so I told her I will call your corporate office and your boss and she said OK do that Im like where is the customer service? Just rude. If this is not the first time that this is happened I went there months ago and they forgot something in my bag which is no problem that happens sometimes but she wanted to give me argument about it. I know its the same lady that yall had working for yall and the Ashley phosphate North Charleston, Captain Ds for a long time.

Bad customer service

I placed an order through drivethru on Wednesday Jan 4,2023 at 12:43 for a kids meal. I got to the window to get my order and ask the person by the name of Nytashia (by my receipt her name) for some condiments (ketchup and tartar). She told me in a rudely manner that I didnt say I wanted some condiments when I ordered. I told her that she didnt ask me did I want any condiments. She said yes she did ask me. I told her no that she ask me did I want the 1.99 deal for the scrimps and I told her no I dont want that. She rudely again said I ask you did want any condiments when u order. She gave me the condiments and a rude was I told her she was rude and dont need to be in customer service with an attitude.she said I ask you and I told her no she didnt again and then I said it doesnt really matter if you ask or not. I just wanted some condiments.I told her to let me speak to her manager and she got her manager for me and I explained to the manager my situation but Nytasia was still arguing to the manager about me not saying I want any condiments at the drive thru. So Natasia handed me the receipt and my debit card. So I took the card and then she going to tell me to not jack the card. I told her I didnt not jack the card and going to say yes you did. I told her no I did not. The manager was just standing there not saying anything the whole time. Then The manager told her something but I dont know what it was. Then Nytasha close the drive thru window with me still sitting in the drive thru. So after I drove off. The manager didnt not say anything to me at all about the whole situation. She didnt apologize or anything about the situation. This could have been avoided if she just gave me the condiments and I could have gone on without any issues. This was unsatisfactory, rude customer service and was not professional at all for a place of business. The manager didnt have nothing to say about any of it. I was very unsatisfied about the whole situation.

The lady in the kitchen was very rude. Waited 20 minutes for my order. And then when I asked about the order she got an attitude.

The employee in the kitchen at the Normandy location in Jacksonville fla needs an attitude adjustment. When I asked about my order she got an attitude and told the cashier it didnt come on her screen. But when the cashier pulled the orders back up it was on screen. She was very rude and no one wants to spend $40 and get an attitude. Its your job do it without an attitude
