I could not disagree more! After the hurricane a fews years ago they were in the neighborhood and noticed that I had damage (I had no idea). They offered a free inspection and recommended I call my insurance company for a second look,.The insurance adjustor agreed with Capital's assessment. I contacted them and told them I needed a new roof - they worked with the insurance company to go over the estimate, told me when they could start the job, and kept their appointment. All I did was endorrse the check from the insurance company - they even called back after the fact to see if I noticed any debris in the yard and needed them to come back and clean it up (I didn't). They even left a package of shingles in case I had any future problems. Very professional and a job well done.

Bad company do not hire
In one word leak .. My roof has leaked since they put it on that was in 2010. The company refuses to fix the leak or fix any issue I have with the instalation . I guess in there eyes it's to much trouble come back and fix it !!! I was so disappointed with the craftsmanship and the whole sales experience. My salesman told me it was going to be fine and I was under warranty. Well what the *** does that mean . I now drywall coming down in section of my home . When I told them it was dripping down they said it was a minor problem that would fix itself once the shingles sealed. It's been two years and it has not I can guarantee that . The company is a joke , shady contractors ..

Had a new roof put on
I had capital restoration come out to my home and put a new roof on and when we got home from work today all the workers were standing around and my yard was filthy with water bottles all over the place and had discovered they damaged my front porch roof and my back awning roof and I decided I wasn't going to pay the remainder of my deductible until they came out to fix the problem. we called and had the big guy come out and he took a look at the roof and said they would come out and redo all of the shingles on my front porch and my back porch and or put a drop ceiling .we wanted to go with the drop ceiling and then he the big guy said since you haven't paid your other half of the deductible we will call it even .so I wasn't planning on paying anymore out of my pocket to this company they were very unprofessional and I am very pissed about the work they did .now I finding leaks throughout my house and I don't know what to do .so if anyone is wanting a new roof stay away from this company very unprofessional

Capital restoration roofing company in columbus ohio is a bad company. There is not a person that acts like they know what they are doing. We hired them to put a roof on our house and to fix a leaking ceiling on the back porch They fixed the roof and made another hole in the roof. The hole was in my bathroom We went through *** to get them to come fix that after they were finshed they did not clean up very well. We had to make them come out again to clean up better.They left a mess in our yard from taking the sunroof off. We had to make them clean that off. We are still waiting on them to fix the ceiling on the back porch where the roof is still leaking and now has fallen and driwall is on the furniture we have out there They started in Nov 09 and it is now Feb 2010 they still have not finished. So if you are in Columbus Ohio do not hire Capital Rrestoration to do your roof or anything else because they are ripoffs and only want your money
