After 3 phone calls and being told i have to wait 5 business days after ordering and after 5 business days passed now I have to wait 7 business days still no product! The tracking number says still awaiting pickup after 7 days. Absolutely awful service! Was to be a gift. Ugh!

Double charged for free 16 x 20
The balance on my account was taken under the balance required. Therefore I now have an additional $35 NSF. That feels like fraud to me.

Very upset with my order
Not an entire screen shot of picture I wanted to order. Very disappointed. Not what I had intended this canvas to look like. My first order was perfect not sure what went wrong with this order. Please help. I am not able to use this for anything. Very unhappy

Price gauging and false advertising
In December and last night January 29, 2023, Canvas People conveyed a price of $.99 per canvas. In combination, close to 8 hours of my life that I will never get back was spent adding and designing my purchases. Each time, the prices went from .99 to much higher. Last night, I started with A cost of about $20 to $200, then $400, then $518.97, then high $600s until I was at $732 for the EXACT SAME ITEMS. This looks like fraud and is certainly false advertising. I am waiting to hear back from the company to make this right. Thank you!

False advertising
In December 2022 and again tonight, I received e-mails quote a price of $.99 per canvas and when went to order, the price was showing up as $.99. As I was checking out, the price changed to $7.95 per canvas. I want the difference returned to me. I called to discuss the matter and the business was closed.

Broken mug that was shipped to me
Canvas People are sending me an email to attach photos to prove that it was broken. And they asked me if I wanted it replaced and or a credit. I am taking the credit as soon as I get the email from them to show the broken mug. I did not have a problem with that at all.

About a canvas
I would very much appreciate it if you could redo the canvas. Theres a guy in the background when my granddaughter opened it for the holidays. She was scared. It could be partially my fault too because I didnt see the guy in the background. Very much would appreciate if they could redo it and take the guy out of there otherwise she loved it. And I would love to order a lot more of them for their rooms.

Disgusted with your quality!!!
Ordered an 11x24 canvas They developed it is so dark I can't even see the subject's face, Bonnie told me its my problem. The photo does not look like that on my phone, it is not my problem! Then today I received an 18 x 24 landscape Canvas and they glued the top board together right by the sawtooth hanger and it is bowed. Bonnie is ignoring my email to her about it! Does anyone know a corporate. # I can call?
