Billing problems

The mistake was on my part. Canvas on demand was able to help me figure it out and everything is all good. I actually only came to this site because I was looking for a phone number. Turns out they dont do phone communication (which is my only real detractor). They did work with me through emailed messages.

My order

I placed an order and tried to change the order tried different methods to communicate, finally spoke to someone who said I didnt have an order, it must ave not gone through, then in 2 days I got an email my order is shipped too late to change my order. Not satisfied with this company

Can't get help via email or phone for an order I still have not received

Receiving my whole order. I only revived 1 of 2 packages and can't seem to get anyone to respond to help me.

I am requesting the order canceled because photos are not edited correctly.O do not want pictures until photos are correctly edited.

I tried to change the status of my order, but could not do it and I would like to re-order my photos again

The problem I have with y’all is there’s no way to contact anyone on the phone and talk to them.

I just had my two packages delivered that I ordered from yall thrown in my yard and the second one in my driveway. It wouldve been nice if someone had put them up on the porch. One was nearly completely covered with snow.

Cancel order never emailed back

They dont supply a phone number for customer service. I wanted to get a hold of a person right away to change a picture and you could not get a hold of them. Terrible customer service

Late no communication

I tried to add to my order, no response. Tried to cancel my order, no response. I paid a hefty shipping price and its still LATE. I am a pissed off consumer

Cancel order

Yes, I've sent several messages regarding my order. I need to know if it was cancelled. I needed to change that at file. I don't want to be charged twice. Has my order been cancelled or placed on hold. Please advise ASAP so I know how to proceed. Thank you!

No help horrible customer service will never order from again

Horrible customer service ridiculous there is no number to call and absolutely no help need the phone number to call someone needs to be there to answer it they need more customer service skills just all in all not a good company fielder is better out there more willing to help with issues so I will not be ordering again

Because you refuse to answer my emails about shipping address

They don't answer any emails and there is no way to contact them at all. I payed through PayPal and some how my old address came up as the shipping address. I have tried to contact them within minutes of placing my order. And have sent several forms to them to have this corrected. No response or communication from them at all and then I get an email telling me my items have shipped. But of course to the wrong address. So irritated

You sent me a canvas I ordered with a promotional banner at the top of my picture. Can’t even use it now

Order status

Numerous emails sent, chat done, no answer. Ticket # 149184. 2 Canvas pictures in my order came back blurred and too dark. I talked to Angela and she said she would give me a voucher and I would need to pay for shipping! I sent the pictures to replace those that were bad in an email on Sunday, September 18th and have not heard a word back? Please help

Undelivered product

Still have not received my original product. Shipping costs are almost the cost of an 8x10 print. Customer service has declined as have turn around and delivery times. I have used this company for years but will be looking for another one for my canvas prints.

You are a completely fraudulent operation that placed fraudalwnt charges on my credit card. Get off the internet you thieves!! I sincerely regret ever having any contact with you
