Have not recieved my orders been almost three weeks now waiting.

I have two orders with Canadian pharmacy. It has been three weeks waiting now. They do not return phone calls and my tracking status hasn't changed either. I believe they are corrupt. I want a refund and I am getting stonewalled all the way. do not use this company. Fair warning.do not use.do notd

Process easy. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Confusing at first, but response was quick. Actually received a phone call to clarify information. Did not understand I had to place the whole order, get a customer number, order number and that had to be on the prescription my doctor sent before they took my credit card information Shipping took almost a month. No tracking on the shipment.

Received my order.

No complaints. Ordering was awkward as I kept having to provide additional information that had not been previously described. Once that had been accomplished, all went well.

Not upfront about requirements

I would have preferred at the outset to have a clear concise list of documents that would ultimately be required of U.S. customers. It seemed to be, oh yes we need this, and oh yeh we need that. It would have been easier to scan everything at once and have them ready to go. It almost seemed like a test to see if I was really interested enough to go find yet another document.

Happy with service

Canada pharmacy was always honest about when I could expect my delivery. Though it took some time to receive it, I am pleased with service.

Received my medication

I got my medication about 15 days after it shipped. I have overall good experience. It would be nice to pay with a credit card in full. I did not want pay installments when I did not need to. I called customer service and they able to enter my banking information. The price of medication could not be beat.

Recieved order

I received my order like I was supposed to I only wish that I couldve made one payment for the product with my credit card instead of three individual payments in order to receive it. Other than that I have no reason to complain

Dear Sir or Madam, Please be advised that an application for a British Court Summons has been applied for to take action against your company for failure in your duty of care by virtue of invasion of privacy. Our evidence bundle will consist of copies of the dated, constant barrage of advertisement emails sent to this address. These were and still are being sent in-spite of our completion of your Unsubscribe Procedure being followed on each occasion. They disguise as other pharmacies with websites and divert their customers.

I buy my medications from Northwest Pharmacy Canada. When you try to go their website their appears a pharmacy " Northwest Pharmacy -North pharmacy" This site will take you to Canada pharmacy. They are trying to steal customers from that site. They advertise in US as they have big discounts. Their prices are very high, compared to other online pharmacies in Canada. So beware, where you order from. Also check prices at other sites too. These guys are bad.

Hounded to death

I one ordered a product from Canadian Pharmacy. Since then I have had calls from them at least 3 times a week for the past 3 years. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their mailing list but they will not do that and keep calling me. My advice to all customers is NEVER buy anything from this company. They have no respect for the people that have purchased from them and will never leave you alone no matter how many times you ask to be removed from their list.

Still waiting for my Inhalers

I ordered my inhalers March 1st. I paid the extra money to have it moved to the front of the line, so Id get it quicker. I asked if there would be any delays due to COVID 19, was told no. I have had communication with them and keep getting asked to wait longer. I was told it was shipped on March 18th, then no April 1st. Talked to them on May 13th, said they would talk to shipping and get back to me on Friday. Didnt get a phone call. Its been over 2 1/2 months since my order, thats already been paid for, and no inhalers. Ive ordered from them before and didnt have this big of an issue. The first time was great, the second time were off by a week or so. This is totally ridiculous that I cannot get any answers as to when Ill get my inhalers. Will be calling on Monday to see if I can talk with Management.

Poor Customer Relationship / Interpretation of validity of Prescription.

No plans to follow up. Since there are other pharmacies in Canada that are easy to deal with I get medications from them.

None of them have any of the stupid requirements like this company. Its a waste of time as I am concerned.

I have already ordered my medications from other pharmacy and I got them also. So goodbye to these guys.

I have dealt with other Canadian Pharmacies, they are good. This one is the worst I have dealt. Their interpretation of validity of a prescription is weird. All over the world the prescriptions have a validity of one year. This company was given a prescription that was written three months prior to the first order. We did it because we had enough medications to last three months, So in January we placed an order. They made us sign all sorts of unwanted paperwork that none of the Canadian pharmacies had ever asked. The only attraction to this pharmacy was they would match the prices of their own competition. We called for the refill and now they want a new prescription. Even though they filled the prescription only the first time. They got a guy who thinks he is the pharmacist and the policy maker and the owner and doctor. He refused with the argument that he needs a new script, even though the original one had a refill.

Pharmacy Mall Review

I'm angry at myself for trusting frausters hidden under "Pharmacy Mall. They took my money and got away with such mastery wayof stealing from *** people like me. Don't trust those bastards.
