I'm having a terrible time starting it unless it's perfectly level.

I pulled off the road Onto a trail that wasn't level. I couldn't get the P to show on the dash so it wouldn't start no matter how hard I tried to rock it. I'm 85 and I was stuck until I had my son find me and pulled me ahead until the P showed and I was able to start it. It also makes a lot of noise when it starts, like muffler noise. This is a 2023 machine and It SUCKS. I miss my Rhino.

This machine has flipped over on two different drivers and it has less than 300 miles on it. The first accident happened within the first 30 miles on July 30th 2022. I finally got it on may 29th 2023. That is crazy as well. This unit is not capable of what you advertise for it to do when were not doing anything excessive or beyond what this machine should be able to do I dont feel safe to put my family in ever again and if I drive it again. It would just be a matter of time before this machine flips again, I dont know if it is a lemon or if your whole entire product line is just completely unsafe. I got turned onto the sport by hanging out with friends that had razors they did some crazy things and I cant even do remotely anything close to what they have done in the razor. You guys advertise that this thing is made for speed and the razor is for a conservative person and that is not my findings. I am dumbfounded with my whole entire experience with this machine, and with the way it went with the first time it had to be repaired I wouldnt expect that it will get fixed anytime soon this time either, I feel catfished when it is put that on the driver. I really feel like this machine needs looked at.

Bad experience

I bought a new x3 and it came out defective with the smart shock sensors on the agency says they have to fix it but they only give me lies I will never recommend anyone to buy this side by side

Very disappointing

Brand new Can-Am Maverick, sport max noticed a real bad, rattling at the end of the day. It was the driveshaft on a brand new machine dealer has had it for two months. I only rode for an hour. Theyve had it in Long Lane I have.

Discriminatory treatment

Hello, my name is James Wilding-White. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Recently I went to a Can Am dealer. It was R&S Powersports 10012 Coors Blvd. NW Albuquerque, NM 87114 phone 505-896-****. I called the dealer March 29, 2023 and spoke to Jasmine. I told her I wanted to come in the next day to buy a 4wheeler. I went in the next day. Jasmine recognized me and was helping me. I was looking at four wheelers. I decided I wanted to buy a Can Am. The next thing I know, she disappeared and was helping other customers. I went over and told her I was here first, I called in the day before and I was ready to buy. There was another employee there as well (another sales staff). They said they would be with me shortly. I waited 30 minutes why they argued with with the other customers repeatedly about why they could not finance without a bank account or drivers liscense. After waiting 30 min, I became upset and repeated that I was being helped first. They ignored me. I got upset and said that they just l lost a sale and could not believe that I was being blown off over illegal immigrants considering I was there first was being helped and was ready to buy. I got mad and left, but first I I asked to be contacted by the general manager. A month went by with no contact. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the general manager. I think her name is Christine. I was connected with her. She told me that she was there and witnessed the entire ordeal and that is why she did not contact me. She also threatened to throw me out if I ever came into the store again. I used no profanity, made no threats, did not do anything violent. I went to Arizona and purchased a Can Am outlander max 1000. My concern is the way that I was treated and then threatened. This is the only authorized can am service center near me in Albuquerque New Mexico. If she was the manager and witnessed everything,then why didnt she interviene and try to help me? I feal that I was discriminated against because I am disabled. I dont want legal recourse. I just want her to be held accountable and to feel safe with the reassurance that if I take my machine in for service I wont be harrassed. Can you please help me to rectify this egregious malfeasance? Is this the way Can Am wants dealers to treat their disabled customers? Please pass this email to the appropriate personell if you are unable to help me.

2022 Can Am Lemons 2nd TIME Same Issue

I purchased a brand New 2022 Can-Ryker 900 June 30th 2022. July 14,2022 It was a recall on the steering bolt so I go that fixed. Next October 31, 2022 Another Recall:Front Fender Electrical Harness. 12/06/22 I took my bike in bc the VSS mode,Limp mode, ABS, Engine,Flashing and the Brake Light staying on. I am Upset and I paid $12,972.32 and I cant ride my bike this problem has NOT been solved. PLEASE HELP BRP I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE. I GOT A LEMON Bennettareynolds @***.com

Purchased a new can am commander will not go into drive just grinds

purchased a new commander, will not go into drive, it just grinds. took it back to the stealership got a complete run around. no customer service whatsoever at all. just bs and told to bring it back if it continues to get worse. we are talking a new machine with 4.9 miles on it. customer service is a total and complete joke..

2022 can am ds 90 sticker issues

Only had the 4 wheeler few months. My son has rode it twice and now stickers are coming off after washing just with a water hose. Chain came off also.

2018 maverick x3 gas tank cracked on seam. Factory defect.

Hi i have a maverick x3 the gas tank is cracked at the factory seam. It is leaking gas onto wiring and on my feet. Very dangerous, fire hazard. I need canam to replace. Thank you

BRAND NEW X3 JUST OVER 30DAYS OLD

I AM HAVING WIRING HARNESS PROBLEMS IT HAS BEEN REPLACE ON JAN 12TH 2023 AND IS NOW BACK IN THE SHOP FOR THE SAME THING AGAIN BUT ALSO NEEDS A TAIL LIGHT HARNESS ALL I WANT IS A BIKE I CAN RIDE WITH OUT HAVING TO TAKE IT TO THE SHOP EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR 35 K I WOULD THINK THIS WOULD BE A GOOD BIKE BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG WHAT AND WHERE DO I GO NOW DEALER THAT IS FIXING WONT DO ANYTHING BUT KEEP FIXING IT DEREK HINDLE 321-223-****

Need parts

They discontinued to make sprockets for my 2015 ds450 xc can am . Im pissed because they are a part that wears out and needs to be replaced . Can am is supposed to be one of the best quads out there .

Fails to start

I purchased a new Can Am Outlander 1000R ATV in summer of 2021 after I was unable to purchase a Polaris (6 month wait). However, though the machine is fuel injected, it would routinely die immediately after being started ! I was informed this was the nature of Can Am due to their key fob ignition!! I was advised to hit the green start button, let off it and let the fuel pump chargeso as not to burn up the starter..! If it continues to die repeat this process over until it stays running!!! That did help however, now in the winter it simply wont start !! Sometimes it cranks and cranks until it shuts itself down !!! Yesterday it took literally 8 attempts and nearly 4 minutes to get it to start ! I walked over to my 1996 Polaris Sportsman 500 ( carbureted bike!) choked it and it fired right up !!! Its 27 years old !! I paid $13,000.00 for this Can Am that I cant get to start !! Power ? Once the bike is started and stays running, it will flat out run. Very strong motor . It has HP in spades and could probably out run a jet if thats what you want..But good luck getting it to start ! I now see their are several complaints regarding this problem. I wish Can Am would have resolved this issue before sending them out the door. It appears its been a issue for some time now. Its performance is good. But the fact is this bike is not reliable...

2022 can am commander xmr

I purchased a 2022 can am commander xmr 1000 in January of this year, 2022. The first ride I took it out on was Memorial Day weekend. Just trails, roads and Highways, The bike did great till the bearing went out in the primary clutch and destroyed the secondary when decelerating driving on the gravel road. The bike has less than 230 miles on it when this happened. Took it to my hometown dealer, still under factory warranty. The dealer let the bike sit in the back of the lot till I went and got it 46 days later and carried it to the dealer I purchased it from, Which is over 4 hours from me. The bike sat at this dealer from mid-July till mid-November 2022 waiting on parts, supposedly I pick up the bike and have to pay $2200 to get their faulty factory clutches repaired. While talking to the service guy with the machine running before loading on the trailer. The bike starts to roll forward, and then the clutches started squawking. The primary one way bearing went out again right out of the shop before it got loaded on the trailer. They pulled the bike back into the shop and replaced it again. I loaded the bike and drove 4 hours home. Took the bike for a spin and when decelerating the clutches and transmission sounds like it's stripping itself out. The dealer picked the bike up this week and carried it back to the shop. Well, the transmission is F$&*ed now. Can AM needs to recall the issues with their new P-drive Clutches and take care of their customers. All the hype about their products etc. Well, NOT IMPRESSED! .BRAND-NEW BIKE, GOT TO RIDE ONE TIME. Been in the shop ever since, still paying notes for something not in my possession.

Maverick 2022 clutch

We purchased a 2022 Maverick x3 Turbo RR in May 2022. The primary and secondary clutches are both spinning in park and neutral and will not disengage. Its been at the dealership 3x for this problem. This is the 3rd time and its been in the shop since AUGUST. Thats us paying for a unit we dont have because Can Am claims there isnt a parts kit to fix the problem yet. I am ready to bring pur lawyer in on this issue and sue Can Am for selling us a lemon. We cant get any answers as to when the parts will be in for it to be fixed or anything.
