If I try to use my cambly aap.it says you don't have more minutes to practice.but i have already taken a subscription for a month.in one week 30 minutes per day.i am not getting use my minutes.so please help me.i don't know what should I do in this situation.please help me.

I have already tested AI Cam by asking some scientific queries related to my issue and I got valuable answers. So, May I ask kindly to use AI Cam in my scientific article for this purpose? I paid twice, but the system shows payment failed
I used CIMB BANK CARD to pay twice, but the system showed failure. However, my bank has deducted RM352. Then, the staff at the bank also called to tell me about the situation. Please help me return my RM352 back. Thank you.

Requesting support from Cambly, as I have not been paid again into my PayPal account. No response me from email, as of yet therefore I am requesting a call back. Tutoring since September 2022 and I am paid every Tuesday usually. However, this is the 3rd time that the money has not been sent to my PayPal account. Waiting to be paid for the tutored hours.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent payment as a teacher at Cambly. I have noticed that on my pay day, an amount of $5 was withheld from my total payment. I am reaching out to seek clarification on this matter, as it appears to be an error or an incentive mechanism to encourage me to teach again in the following week. I understand that Cambly has certain policies and requirements for teachers, including the minimum withdrawal amount of $20. I believe that it is unfair to withhold a portion of the amount owed as a means to enforce participation. The reason being is that this kind of mind game, is a bad treatment of the ones who are the face of cambly. We should be honoured, the students look up to us for their language help and I already enjoy teaching and working with your company. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to receiving a satisfactory resolution.

Hello, Kevin Brennan here. Ive been successfully tutoring with Cambly for three months (rating of 4.83) and have many students reserving time with me. This past Saturday, without preamble, you disabled my account. I had several students cued up and, because of your action, could not contact them to inform them that my absence was through no fault of my own. Several questions: 1. What happened to cause my account to be disabled? 2. Can I be reinstated to the exact point where I was to allow me to contact my regulars? 3. Why is there no customer service representative to speak to in matters such as this? I have enjoyed my time with Cambly and would like to continue but what frustrates me immensely is my inability to contact my students to apologize for missing the appointments and offer an explanation.
