I have received an email that they refunded a card at Affirm. Now trying to contact Affirm to make sure this has happened Both companies are extremely hard to get in contact with. Extremely bad cusv

I have received an email that my membership was cancelled and today i got the strarter kit.. My doctor has given me a prescription for this and I want to cancel out of calibrate and finding it very frustrating to do this Please cancel as now i have to cancel the Affirm loans as well and can't do it until i get your cancelation. This seems like a scam as there is no way to phone and cancel Patte Thompson

Scam company stealing your money

Do not fall for this. Its a bs company and they will take your money and never give you the glp meds run away they wont answer messages or email and you cant call on the phone

Refund

Yes! There absolutely is still a problem with Calibrate, they refuse to send me my refund eventho I am well within my rights to receive one. Calibrate should not be in business, they are a bunch of charlatans and thieves.

Cancellation

I am still waiting for confirmation of my cancelation and refund from Calibrate, Order placed July 22nd. Orcer canceled July 22nd No refund or cancelation to date and yet i keep on receiving emails about all kinds of Calibrate nonsense. I want my refund. This is unacceptable. I haven’t received my Ozempic Rx and I’ve sent Calibrate 3 emails and I’m being ignored

I have been a calibrate member since Feb/March 2023. I paid in full and have had a great experience this far with my coach and meds. My recent rx was suppose to arrive over a week ago- Ozempic 2mg. I have not received it. I contacted Amazon PillPack (selected by Calibrate) and was told they dont know when they will have it. I have contacted multiple pharmacies and sent calibrate FIVE emails. I was suppose to take my last dose last Thursday - Ive now missed my second dose. Im pleading with this company to help me and no one is helping me. Theres no number to call. If I dont hear from someone immediately Im reporting this company. Ive further spoken to other calibrate members who appear to be experiencing the same thing, paid in full and are being ignored and not getting their medication. We are now looking into a class action lawsuit. This is medically unethical. Christina S.

No response for cancellation

I spent 1 1/2 hours on website trying to reach someone to make sure this was cancelled. And today received welcome package. I have not opened and will send back but want to make sure I don't get charged. I feel like if this was a legitimate company there would be someone to speak to. Very disappointed

Medication

They do not respond to any inquiries and I have been without medication for 3 months. They do not respond to refill requests or requests to talk to a doctor. Everything is painfully slow .

I've sent them 2 emails in the past 48 hours and have yet to receive an acknowledgement

They have no phone number. They don't respond to emails.it seems absolutely impossible to get thru to a human being.

Horrible customer service.

Foolishly I signed up for Calibrate before researching them as a company. BBB recommends being cautious due to a concerning trend of complaints. Most of the complaints listed on BBBs site are in regard to poor, or nonexistent, communication. That much I can confirm. Since joining and almost immediately requesting cancelation, Ive received nothing more than automated responses acknowledging that Ive made an effort to communicate with them. 9 days after repeated requests for cancelation and refund, I received a response saying that they would honor my refund request and that I should expect to see it within 10 business days. As of today, 11 days later, I still have no refund, and have received no further communications from them.

Extremely POOR service

For a results driven company, even when they tell you up front that it could take 90 days to get medicine for the weight loss, that right there in itself is a problem. after my second denial and reading from my provider that they reached out for 15 days to speak with the doctor about the script, with ZERO response, i am DONE! and the fact they keep no one in the loop my coach was great though! thats the one thing that is gonna suck. she was like my twin and ready to work

Horrible Customer Service

Nothing has changed. I have tried to contact Calibrate through email, messenger, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkdin and have yet to get a response.

I am considering filing a class action lawsuit against the company as I am not the only customer that is having the same issues.

I'm hoping to get a refund before they declare bankruptcy. I feel that this company is predatory and is taking advantage of those of us who are desperate to lose weight.

I joined in April of 2023. So far I have gotten labs and seen the doctor but I'm unable to schedule a coaching session which means I can't go any further in the learning module. I have tried to contact the company through every channel possible with no response. I have asked for a refund several times but have not gotten any response on that either but they have almost 2K of my money. I've filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot. At this point, I am considering filing a class action lawsuit. This is the worst experience I've had with any kind of membership!

Dont use them. They are non responsive and have no way for consumers to speak with a person. They should not be allowed to continue

They won't respond to me! I 'm canceling!

The app won't work! They don't respond to my questions! The scale I was sent doesn't work.It flashes all different numbers from 50 lbs to 75 lbs. Incorrect! Withings won't help me, saying Calibrate only wants to deal with this problem, but they don't! I have canceled Calibrate and want my money back, but they still never reply and don't send my money back! The worst company I have ever had to deal with! Lousy company!
