They advertise ankle boots as leather and they are plastic. They barely fit. And appearance of these boots are not the same as advertised. I am 7.5 suze and ordered an 8 and they still are too small. I can't find details for returns.

Change delivery address request
I have a problem with a parcel from Aliexpress. The system suggested that I combine shipping and send it to a postal machine for pickup. I agreed, however, when the package reached my city, my local delivery service told me that they could not deliver the package because it indicated a non-existent address. I spoke with many support services, but in the end they told me that only you can unlock the package by changing the delivery address. I ordered something through AliExpress on 15th May, I wrote this review on 10th July (when I didn't receive yet my product) and it arrived on 13th July. It was supposed to arrive on 26th June, and the delay reason was "stuck in Malta customs office". No one from Cainiao answered me to tell me the situation of my order, whose tracking number is UL51521****BE. I completely ignored the reason of the stuck product in Maltese customs office, no clarification was given to me.

Ho i want a refund beacause the packages never arrive at destination. It said on the app the packages it delivered but it totally false. We want a refund because fixocargo miami never received the packaged like it wrote on the app. Or we want the items because we need it but a refund will be more simple i think. Hello dear, i am from Germany and i am so dissapointed about how Cainiao logistic tracking works. And how Hermes logistic handle unsuccessful delivery. While the tracking on the system Will be showing goods is at custom center in your country, in the next minute the tracking Will show your delivery was unsuccessful. And the next minute, Hermes will return your parcel once they don't get to deliver to you and report that you refuser delivery, while I was home the whole Day. Hermes tracking Number: H102817****38910**** please do not return this parcel, I need Hermes to deliver again. And their customer service can not help either. They lied when they report i that i refused delivery. They give false report as to why they are returning my parcel. This is not the first time they have done this to me and thats why i am complainning. Please cantact Hermes logistiks and stop them from returning this parcel.
