Terrible Service

Ordered Christmas cards. They are great but no envelopes were sent. I called 4 times and they promised to send them. It is December 16 and they still have not arrived. I am unable to send cards this year due to this bunch of liars. They supposedly issued a refund but i wanted t send cards. I will never order from them again.

Don't support.

I have been a customer of Café Press but no more. I cannot support a company that sells items with "Jesus is coming. Look busy." Such disrespect!!!

Don't Buy Their "Rugs"

I purchased two plaid, I thought "rugs" from them and the first arrived. It's NOT a rug, not even a rag throw rug, it's close to a heavy picnic blanket and not even close to being worth what I paid. They need to not list these as rugs in the future

Be wary of this company. they will find excuses not to pay you

10+ years ago i started putting my designs on CafePress. apparently my designs generated over $1000 in sales for them. i recall getting one (possibly 2) checks from CafePress (about $25 per). since that time major life events kept me from returning to their site. a few months back i was notified (by another company--not CafePress!) about the security breach that probably gave my data to a hacker. when i called CafePress to get more information about the *** i was told they would have someone call me back with whatever info they had. no one ever called. i was also told CafePress owed me about $200 for my sales. about a month later (i called them) i was told those checks were mailed to me and cashed (i never received them), but they still had 2 checks to send me (about $25 each). the next time i called--because they NEVER call back, no matter what they say, i was told they can't release those 2 checks because of some minimum of sales to meet before they issue checks. meanwhile, because of inactivity, my 'store' was closed, so there is no chance of meeting those minimums. so basically, i generated over $1000 of income for their company and so far have received between $25 and $50 for my efforts. and perhaps the most annoying thing about CafePiss; when i asked to speak with a supervisor (getting nowhere with the operators), i was told 'they are too busy, and will call you back.' i mentioned no one has ever called me back after being told 3 times they would. guess what? no call back. and apparently no intention of paying me. it wouldn't surprise me if they're still making money from my designs

Flaky libtards

Ordered coffee mugs with graphic. Tried to order more. Order cancelled because they said my "Yosemite Sam" type cartoon graphic violated their guidelines. Stupid people. Probably same types who call police on children making "finger guns". Libtards. Will not support people who suppress civil rights. Look it up, its in the ammendments to the constitution right along with the others. Bye.

Angry at check out process

will not let me put in my phone number so therefore I can't check out

Security alert notice

I received a letter from cafe press stating that there was a data incident involving my information. There was a phone number given which only tried to sell items to the caller. At the end of that call a new number was given where a computer asked for personal information. Don’t use this company.

FALSE ADVERTISING compared to website pics

My boyfriend ordered for me the Better Call Saul travel mug for a Christmas gift - which was based on what he saw it looked like on cafepress' website (which looked great on the website). The first mug that arrived looked like a preschooler did it (see pics on the post I left on their Facebook page). Words were cut off, margins didn't match so that words read correctly, and the entire font of it was way too large to go in that mug (which is why it looked as awful as it did). We called to request an exchange, but my comment to that customer service rep was that I hope whatever the replacement was that gets sent out looks nothing like the one originally received. Received the exchange today and looks exactly as horrible as the first one. It is an absolute joke and looks like a 3 year old assembled it. AGAIN. Called their customer service line to explain the situation, and I told her I would like to be able to send the original as well as the replacement back to then so that their "Production Dept" can see how totally horrible these two mugs look. And she said that they would prefer that they just be "donated to a local charity", "given to someone", or "thrown out". ???? ( WHY WOULD I GIVE THESE TO PEOPLE OR DONATE PRODUCTS THAT LOOK AWFUL???) I told the rep (who sounded like she could care less) that she's completely missing the point, and that their product needs to be taken off of the website if that is how they are going to send them to people who actually *want* the product as it ACTUALLY appears on their website. She could not provide any other answer for me other than to either "throw them out" or "give them away". What an absolute joke this company is. Just a heads up for anybody who wants to order products from what they see on their website versus what they may actually receive in the mail.
