Reward credits

Everytime for 2 weeks I tried redeeming my reward credits and everytime it says that their has been a technical issue please try again. Still to this day says technical issue everytime. Also every time I try depositing with card it says not accepting cards due to technical issue. Play+ even told me when I asked why I kept getting rejected for Caesars play+ card and they said and I quote "Caesars is having technical issues and u can't even get a play+ card right now" and u can't receive any promotions using pay near me. Come on you guys your running a billion dollar business. Straighten up Caesars u won't go broke to be honest and legit.

Called contact number on website and got fax machine modem

My money hasn't been returned

I talked to customer service once. Everything else has been done by email.I live in ga and couldn't play. Had deposited money. They say it was returned. Has not hit bank yet. Been close to a month. I will not recommend anyone. I will be that way in three weeks. Was planning on playing but it will be somewhere else now.

I spent 20$ my first time opening my account and I won 1000$ they then waited 8 days to approve my account so I would ultimately spend the money so I've spent over 500$ in the game trying to win it back but they made it impossible they say they use RNG how is that possible when I play every 15 20 min and cont win nothing no they do it to show what u could've won make u want it then they make u spend because they want u to think it's possible again when ultimately they are trying to get rich off of poor people this company isn't fair at all don't lose ur money I recommend aging a lotto ticket u got better chance at it!!!

you have phone support that says phone support is available from 8am to 12 am and after you hear that message the call is disconnected except 1 time someone answered and that person was not very friendly.

Complaint

I was mocked by a customer service agent for asking for a bonus. No agent seems to care or is willing to hear from. Conversely, when I contacted Caesars outside of chat, I received good customer service. I recommend calling them directly, but the number is hard to find. The pissed consumer number leads to a fax.

Bonus issue

Never received my $80 200% bonus for my first $40 deposit. Somehow my first deposit was on the PA app instead of Michigan. Idk how that happened but I spoke to customer service twice now and was promised that it would be placed on the proper account. The $40 on the PA account was refunded but the credit once again never appeared. I have also spent a couple hundred dollars since and would like original bonus as advertised and promised.

Winnings

I still havent received an email regarding the bonus that my balance stayed i won that i didnt receive. When i went into withdraw instead of there being $999.06. There was $20. And some odd cents. The First Lady i spoke with was down rite rude. She repeated the same answer over and over she spoke to me as i was a child in a demeaning tone. The second woman i spoke with was very helpful and said she needed to escalate the problem and they would look into it and email me. Very nice. As of right now i havent received an email or anything regarding the problem at hand. Very disappointed in Caesars on line casino. I feel the balance after winning several bonus rounds was a certain amount and then was completely let down that i havent received that amount yet. I play this site all the time every week. A ton of times. And Ive not been so let down since Ive been on this site playing slots.
