Fraud. Don't waste your time or money.
They advertise the actual dress on their website, then they ask for measurements. I told them I want a normal size 8, nothing custom. I order it in Plum and got the dress. The dress is HORRIBLE material, poorly made and NOT plum color. I showed them the difference (ordered the real plum dress from davids bridal) and they said that was the plum they had.. They state on the website that they give 100% refund if the color is wrong, the color is CLEARLY wrong. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they are expecting me to pay for the return cost. Not going to happen so in the process of taking legal actions. DO NOT waste your time with this company. They are basically taking images from other REAL sites, making these dress and claiming they are custom made. They even offer to refund me 60% and told me I could sell it on another site. I laughed.... see the difference on the image below. What a joke.

Won't refund for defective dress
I purchased this dress for my mom for my wedding and sent her exact measurements. The dress is sewn HORRIBLY!!! We took it too a seamstress and she said she will never be able to make this dress look the way it is supposed to. it doesn't cover one entire *** The lining is so tight it makes a ripping sound when she sits down but the outside of the dress needs to be taken in. The should needs pulled up but she would have to remove it and reattached it lower down. The waist is 8 inches too low. There is a HUGE buldge in the front between the thighs like it should fit other body parts. I sent them photos of the defects and they said they will only refund me 60% if I return the dress AND pay the very high shipping costs (their words, not mine). Their website says they will refund you for defective dresses but this is NOT true. We can't find anyone who says they can fix this dress.

I ordered a Vera *** v neck halter as a bridesmaid dress. The delivery was quick and customer service seemed to be nice and polite. I have been going back and forth since April to return this dress and get a full refund. I ordered the dress in a size 16 on purpose. I was fitted at David's Bridal and that's where I got the measurements from. The measurements actually were for a size 14 but I still ordered a 16 to be safe. I even re-measured myself currently after losing weight. I am currently a size 12. I was asked to email photos of me in the dress from this company along with giving my measurements from when I ordered. I also sent pics of myself in the size 16 at David's bridal. The dress that was shipped is not the same material, it is TOO BIG and TOO small at the same time. It does not zip. The sash is a different material and has clasp that are pulling and are visible. I ended up buying through DB and sending more pics in the same size 16 dress. If I ordered a dress that should be 1 size bigger and I am smaller than I was, why doesn't the dress zip up. I was attempting to save $$ and ended up having put out an extra $200. I'm waiting on the next email requesting for me to do more things...I have tons of photos and emails as proof. SKU NUMBERS AND PICS FOR DESIGNER DRESSES SHOULDN'T BE USED IF THAT'S NOT WHAT THE CONSUMER IS GETTING. I shouldn't have to search through the faqs section to learn that what I ordered is not what I got.

Dress came packaged great. Have been recommending Ca-Dress.com to everyone for their wedding needs! It is worth mentioning that the order of every step I have get the alerts, and there is a very quick reply email experience, this is a great online shopping experience, let me restore confidence to buy the dress from online. Unsatisfied: the price is still expensive; the delivery time was long, I waited for 15 days,it exceeded what I thought was a reasonable delivery time;last , the custom size is a charge service.

First and foremost, there is no telephone number to actually speak to someone via phone, my mistake for not looking for that info prior to ordering. To make a long story short I had 2 of the girls in my bridal party order from here because David’s Bridal no longer had the color They needed in stock. The dresses never came, via email a lady said she shipped the dress 2 months ago and it never came. My girls ended up having to get completely new dresses and no refunds were giving because the lady via email stopped responding. LESSON learned. I should have trusted the reviews but decided to give them a chance.

Do NOT buy from this site! They promised me a reimbursement after the sizing was WRONG. Then ignored me when I sent them an invoice! They’re liars and will cheat you out of your money! My dress was custom sized to my exact**** size (a 4) I got it and it was like a size 12. It was entirely too close to the wedding date, so I had to take it to the local tailor (which their site says they reimburse your for—-lie) and she charged me $60 to fix it. The hem came crooked. Also the dress was entirely TOO LONG! I have never been so PISSED in my life. They lied and told me to send them an invoice and they would reimburse me for my troubles.... LIE. Now they are ignoring me and won’t respond to my emails! NEVER again!!!!!

The sizing was COMPLETELY WRONG. I Ordered a 4 and they sent me the measurements which were my exact size-came to me looking like a size 10. I am having to get it taken in the month before the wedding(hoping) it fits and looks good... also the seam was completely crooked and it was unusually tight in the legs! Never buying from them again. It doesn’t even come with a sizing tag-receipt or anything in the bag...

Satisfaction guaranteed-I don't think so
I thought this was a Canadian company but later found out it's a China based company. They said order your usual size. I am a US14. I bought an empire waist bust size 39.25. i am a 38. When I received the dress, I could not zip it up because the torso of the dress was tiny. The only person who would be able to fit it is Jessica Rabbit. I asked for a refund and got the run around. They told me to take a picture of me wearing it and send it to them. Alternatively, i could stuff it with pillows and measure it to send them. I refusef. They told me to ask my neighbor for help to take the pictur. I refused again Who is the customer and who is the seller? After 8 emails I gave up. They basically ignore everything you say. Also if anybody sees good reviews on their site, Sitejabber, or Trustpilot, based on the broken English and poor grammar, I would predict that they are fake. Also these sites have Gorton into trouble be for for posting fake reviews. I am a Chinese boen Canadian and I am ashamed that Chinese companies like this exist.

If you are looking at gorgeous wedding dresses online that cost a fraction of the regular price, and there is no physical address and/or phone number for the store, you can be sure you are getting cheap goods made in China, likely by underpaid women and children. Please don't support these manufacturers.

Complete Rip Off
Ordered a dress with my measurements. When I received the dress it was 2 sizes too big as well the quality of the dress was no where near what they advertised. I contacted them via email since that was the only way of contact and they wanted a picture of the dress. I sent them a picture and they then gave me the run around saying if they feel it's their mistake they will refund the dress. I then received an email stating they did not feel it was their mistake. I then sent pictures of me in the dress with me holding the dress out with a meauring tape around showing how big the dress was and it definitely was not the measurement I ordered. They responded a day later stating I needed a bigger size? What? It was already 2 sizes too big! They continued to blow me off. I sent another picture showing how I'm drowning in the dress, they offered me 2 days later to have it altered. Again an out of pocket expense and are they going to reimburse me? We buy online to seek a reasonable price. I might as well have bought the dress in store. A horrible company scam as far as I can see...they do not back up their policy nor is their quality what they advertised and measurements are completely off. Please do not purchase through them you will not be satisfied nor will it fit!

TERRIBLE product and service!!!
The dress was nothing like requested. Wrong color. It was supposed to be ivory. It was stark white. A listed reason for full refund, return. All I've gotten is the run around. Offered to sell me anther dress, for only 30.00. What am i supposed to do with the 100.00 dress i already have? NO THANKS !

Do not buy from them, I bought a dress for myself and my daughter, first they sent me the wrong dress for my daughter, and the dress for me only has the zipper down to the back of my neck, can hardly get my head through the dress. I emailed to complain for a refund. should have known , there's No contact numbers anywhere on the web, that’s s red flag right there. The customer service Mary asked me to keep the dresses, I said no, If they cannot refund me, at least wanted send the correct dresses, they refused to send mine, with a proper zipper, only my daughter’s flower girl dress, because was clearly the wrong dress they sent initially. By the time I received the correct flower girl dress, another 2 weeks have passed, and they charged me again and refused the reimburse me for the wrong dresses sent in the first place. No no no! Basically it’s a hit and miss, you are lucky if you get the right dresses and case closed, otherwise prepare a train wreck of headaches and worst nightmares for the next months! Always check if they have s contact number and call just to make sure!

HORRIBLE buyers beware of scam!
I ordered a US size bridesmaid dress and thankfully only ordered one to try it out. When I received the dress, i had to pay for customs as well which was not advised. so there goes more money out the window. I tried on the dress and the dress did not fit. I gave it to my sister who is a size smaller and it didn't fit her either!!! I reached out to them requesting a return and they replied back saying take a picture of the dress...... what???!!! The dress doesn't fit... why will I take a picture and send it to a random person. I emailed back and i got another reply that said you ordered this size and we sent you that size so no return. OUT OF MONEY AND OUT OF DRESS. I got really annoyed with them so send them another emailing letting them know of their horrible service which I'm aware they know too well. Finally i get another email indicating I'll get a refund and i don't have to return the dress... great right???? Return amount was $30 ...I spent $130 plus custom fee and all I was getting was $30?? Whats more, they never returned that small amount of money either and told me they did and my bank is holding it! What an excuse! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ALL MADE UP BY THE COMPANY TO FOOL PEOPLE INTO GIVING THEM MORE MONEY!
