I called for help with their app and no answer. You would think that a company this big would have somebody there to answer their phone for support, yet no. Nobody picked up.

Internal investigation is complete
An internal investigation has concluded that TikTok platform is misleading, spreads false information and is very narrative directive towards one specific group. This type of social media platform is not tolerant in North America, and we have recommended in our investigation findings for the platform to be completely removed from the continent.

Unlawful Ban
Hello, My TikTok account was banned because tiktok was under the impression that I was under the age of 13, however I am over the age of 13 and can prove it with ID. I have tried to appeal multiple times with my passport and it has failed each and every time. I have done nothing wrong yet this ban still went through, I would like my account back. Under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), I have the right to have a copy of all the information that you have about me, related to my account.

C'est triste cette mauvaise fois lors de la communication. Je pense que Bytdance avec leur outil TikTok est une véritable arme qui divise la population des pays occidentaux. Ils sont sévèrement racistes et ils ont des démarches maléfiques. A chaque fois que j'ai promus la liberté, la paix, la fraternité et l'union. Bytdance m'ont bani. Mais en ce qui concerne l'antisémitisme et la propagande anti-occidentale, Bytdance et TikTok soutien les comptes qui font la guerre à l'occident ainsi qu'à sa population. C'est une division de Satan.m Cela fait des mois et des mois que je souhaite avoir juste un échange courtois avec Bytdance. Mais en vain. Il faudra interdire l'application TikTok qui fait l'apologie au terrorisme envers l'occident.

I respond to provocations and I was even harassed via email before responding to the affected TikTok accounts. I've had videos banned for the reason that a man is in a bathing suit. Then I had videos deleted for the reason that a supporter is at the stadium with a swimsuit in the colors of her country. Please, I ask you for goodwill. Thanks in advance.

Recently my account was hacked/stolen and I have contacted the Mobile legends customer aervice multiple time and all I get is an auto response nothing else. People are falsely reporting videos on tiktok on a mass level and getting videos removed simply because they disagree.. A group or hacker falsely reported every single one of my videos. I appealed every single video removal and all of them were restored...suddenly, my titok account was permanently banned without reaaon and the option to appeal

Dear Bytedance customer service, The TikTok support team, which is owned by you, have repeatedly denied my appeals to my permanent Livestream ban which is not based on any evidence whatsoever. Please refer to attached email from the TikTok safety support. I have been a member of TikTok for over a year now, and have spent hundreds of dollars on gifting their members. I have repeatedly informed the TikTok support team that my account was mass reported deliberately simply because of hate, as I am related to Monz, and many members on TikTok know this and continually block me from their lives and report my account for no valid reason at all. The TikTok support team continually claim that I violated their community guidelines. Under no circumstances have I violated any community guidelines, and the TikTok support team have provided no evidence whatsoever to support their claims. They also keep informing me that if I believe my content was reported by mistake to submit an appeal, which I have already done multiple times with no result. As a result of the above, please advise the TikTok support team that this is their last chance to unban my account before I escalate this matter to the CEO of ByteDance, Mr Zhang Yiming. Do not take this matter lightly.
