Installation not Finished or Up to Code
On August 28, 2021 we had a central AC unit and Furnace installed. The Owner of this one man small company gave us a discount to have my Husband help (knowing my Husband does certain things but is NOT HVAC licensed). The job was rushed. No furnace burn off was completed because "it was too hot in the house". Although two other companies have mentioned this should have been done. The unit is also not up to code and we have to pay another company to come fix it. The Owner DID refund us some of our labor costs however that doesn't change the fact the job was done incorrectly. He put my family in danger of carbon monoxide leaking into our home. That is serious.
