Don't stand behind their product
I sent in binoculars that had a lifetime warranty. I spent 18 dollars to have them shipped to repairer. No only did they not repair them they came back more damaged than when I sent them in. They don't stand behind their products and so I will never buy from them again. I want other to know so you don't find yourself in this situation. I don't want others to find themselves in a similar situation

Scope doesn't hold center
I have a 3-9 scope with a circle ex I believe it don't hold center like to have you check it out,all I asked if you would stand behind the warranty which they dont I have no receipt as its 6 years old but a life time warranty never will happen

Had a problem at first of year with two of my three cameras - had to make phone call after phone call - then handled rapidly by pissed off .com
Called on phone call after call - problem still not rectified Had to go to pissed off .com and it was fixed asap One of their phone people was also very rude and demeaning

Head lamp and flashlight premature failure
My head lamp has a compartment to the back of head that holds the batteries with wires to the bulb in front, after a couple of times wearing it the wiring broke rendering them useless, they cost over $50.00 My flashlight holds 9 AA batteries in a cheap plastic cradle that slides into light. The plastic is rigid and broke the first time I put in batteries. Every time I replace batteries, I have to repair the cradle batteries lay in. I paid about $100 for flashlight Bushnell is not what it once was. I won't ever purchase Bushnell again until they completely turn this company around, if they care enough to do so. They will have a lot of PR work to convince so many unhappy people to invest in their company. I am done with them.

Insta focus binoculars
I bought a set of perma focus binoculars from sportsmans warehouse in albuquerque nm a few years ago theres something going on with them you look thru them and feels like your cross eyed not sure whats going on ive always been real careful with them what can we do about this

Trying to get a $550 range finder repaired for 5 months!!!!!
Bushnell has NO customer service. I contacted them by email on their website to get my range finder repaired. They said i needed the original receipt, which i didnt have. It is out of warranty. I contacted them many times over and over again. They dont respond. Now just called and was on hold for 52 minutes, got a return label finally. Asked to speak to CS supervisor, on hold for another 22 minutes. DAVID FIRESTONE told me it was an aberration that any of this happened! He said he has NEVER heard of ANY complaints about CS before. They are awful! I will never use their product again! Dont buy from them! They will not service their product

Need bright color on rangefinder
The golf course found my rangefinder. WHEW! It is hard to notice because it is black and cart post to roof that hold magnet rangefinder black as well.. Its easy to forget to take it out... Would notice if color on the rangefinder like bright color.

Anything happened so far ! Bushnell is absent and doesn't care about his customers. Bad behaviour....I am always convinced to suggest potential Bushnell customers to change mind when need to buy their products

Returned Camera for Repair
I sent my Cellucore 20 back for repairs. Case no. 00864247 I sent the camera for repair a couple weeks ago and I have not heard a word back. I was give case number 00864247 in the email sent to me with my return label. I was given 2 months free service for all the trouble I had this summer with the camera. Well, my free 2 months service is useless because I dont have the camera! Id like the free service credited to my account so I can use it if I ever get my camera back. Can someone please respond.

Remote not pairing
The remote pairing dose not work and the number to call bushnell does not work from UK so can not contact anyone

Terrible customer service
When my binoculars could not be replaced, I was mailed a letter with reference number to order replacements. After three days of calling, I finally spoke to a human who promptly transferred me back to the same customer service line that asked me to leave my name and number. I emailed the company and received exactly the same thing, same phone number. There appears to be no way to actually speak to a person to order the replacements so the warranty is worthless.

Im not sure how to update my golf gps watch! I need help and instructions! I had it for about 4 years! Its not picking up some courses or it sometimes loses the course

Warrantee issues
An internal lens in my 12x25 FRP Camo binoculars came loose. I reported this to Bushnell, asking if it was covered, before I paid postage to return them. I was told a decision could not be reached until they received them. Once received they determined damage was from impact, no, rarely used. Obsolete, not worth fixing. They offered a new model12x25 for a discounted price of $29.49, Amazon has the same model for $25.99. Never again.

They have Water in them and i can't get it out ? I was in my boat and it rained on them Now you can't see out of them.
