Refund

We bought round trip ferry tickets from Seattle to Victoria through busbud and those tickets were not available when we reached for check in. These tickets had been sold out for months and busbud was still selling them. As a result, We had to replan our trip and repurchase these tickets for a different return date.

Payments denied

Issue is with busbud,ourbus for trip. Payment is not going through. Bank says the issue is not the card. And not the human error. Issue is the payment starts to then reverses

I believed I was making a resevation through amtrack, I dont know how you ended up making my reservation, but you used a credit card that is not mine. Amtrack says you are a third party. I send money on the 3july 2023. I would like to receive it back. I didn't book a bus. I send the money to Busbud by mistake i have been emailing them they just tell me of they help center. I would really appreciate it if they could send the money as soon as possible. I gave them proof of the payment.

Booked accidentally

Not happy with Busbud

Im very unhappy with Busbud, I dont find it fair that your drivers can arrive 30 minutes late and were here waiting but when I arrived 2 minutes late on my ticket to Montreal on June 6. The bus left infront of my face. Every time I take a maheux bus the driver always wait for everyone to get there even tho it takes 30 minutes. If you dont want or the driver are not suppose to wait for everyone make it a rule, because its unfair that one time they wait and the other they dont and you end up missing the bus. Im pregnant and I had a super important appointment. I booked another ticket the other day. I ended up paying 210$ ( with uber) to go to montreal. Im a regular customer with busbud and I always take your buses. But this is my last time taking it because ai cant stand unfairness. Thank you!

They dont give refund or exchange date when you need to change things that lack in customer service !

Horrible buses

16 degrees celsius to my destination, no air on the way back (the bus smelling of sweat and *** Some people had assigned seats -I don't know how, that was not an option when I had purchased my tickets- it was chaos! On the way back into town on the replacement bus, the engine was smoking. We had to call the fire department. Unfortunately there were no other buses available to safely complete the route or even for the driver to return home to NYC.

I need reschedule my ticket

Well I had purchased two tickets as a refundable booking. However, my flight got cancelled at the last minute so I needed to move my schedule for the next day, but when I tried to contact the busbud via phone, it was impossible to reach out to them. Then, I submitted online form complaining about my condition that they were unable to exchange my tickets for another day. After that, I received an email stating I wont be getting any refund or exchange ticket as my ticket was not refundable. But I had purchased a refundable booking, so I emailed them again along with the screenshot of refundable booking reference number. But still I got an email saying I wont be getting any refund or exchange and also they have mentioned that the conversation is done for the matter. Like what is this?? Seriously?? Terrible service and no reliable whatsoever!

This has to be the worst company ever I booked a trip for me nd my two kids busbud changed my 4 months infant a full adult amount but when I called greyhound they said children less than 36 months ride free if they are sitted in they parents lap.Also I wrote an email a day before my trip to cancel my trip because I was a wrong date and my child was sick so I could nor traville late with a sick 4 months infant but they did not respond to any of my emails I want my money back .

Resolved: BusBud Is Double Dipping!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Johanna at BusBud apologized & explained what happened & assured me we were charged only once at the correct initial price.

I called my bank, & they said there are only the 2 ticket charges from March 9 on my statement now.

I recommend that when people book with BusBud, they buy only buy 1 ticket at a time, to prevent what happened to me. They said there is some sort of problem associated with 2 different e-mails for 2 different customers in a single transaction.

Excuse me, Astrid, at Customer Service at BusBud?! My bank just told me you double-charged me for the tickets! That is not right! You need to remove the two bogus charges they received this morning for $51.50 each! Please reply immediately, before these 2 illegal charges post, letting me know you have taken care of this matter. Why did you charge me again for tickets I already purchased on March 8, 2023?! I do not want to pay a higher price for tickets, because when I bought them and paid for them the first time, they were cheaper. And I certainly do not want to pay a double price, either!!! This is YOUR mistake, not mine. Why would I be recharged for a ticket I already have in my possession, in the first place? What is your company's problem? This is called double-dipping, and it is a crime! Please remove those 2 charges for $51.50 from your end immediately,.Thank you.
