Health reason
Went to burger King on harry walker Dr at 1130pm only to find a employee sitting on the counter with his legs crossed and bare feet on the counter. We were in the drive-thru and I have pictures of him. I am going to report this to the health board. That is disgusting as people eat their food on that counter.

Dine-in at this location is too cold. Thermometer said 65 F last time. Called & spoke to manager. Said it's too cold, should be 72 F. She said, no it's not too cold. Said freezer was broken but got fixed. Then she hung up on me.

Your manager doesn’t know how to run a manage a BurgerKing there at all
I lost my wallet in the parking lot at your location in Owensound Ontario. The reason Im calling is Ive been trying to work with them on seeing who could get me a picture from Fridays video at 9:45 PM there was four kids in there when I left the store and I forgot to put my wallet inside, the truck, left it on the truck, I went back at the half an hour later it was gone so I wanted to see who the kids were and they cannot pull up any footage first of all they wouldnt even take my number to call me back if somebody had reported my wallet being found and then when I called today to see about getting the video pictures, she doesnt know how to work it back to then she didnt help me out at all . What kind of energy do you have running that facility? I told her that I will not step foot in the door again after that that shes never helped me out like there was $3000 in that wallet plus all my ID and never once said, sorry I cant help you. You know she doesnt even understand English , please call me back at 519-889-****. Thank you.

Location: BK, 3850 Sheppard Ave. East, Scarborough, ON. M1T 3L4 Review: Screw this place. It's become a *** dive due to the attitude of the Indian owner and the entire Indian staff. They care crap all about customer service - it doesn't exist. I placed an order thru the BK app. The amount for the Whopper combo and large fries was placed. Money was deducted from my bank account and ZERO order was placed thru the app. No receipt was produced or sent to the email. What an *** joke!! I told each worker what happened and they completely ignored me. Even showed them the deduction of the order from a bank account and the order was still stuck in the app. They ignored me and said no order number - *** They turn back to work. This happened 2-3 times over 3 workers at the cash. After 30 minutes the manager says make what he wants. The gall of these idiots not paying attention. Yet all 3 agreed the amount was deducted and initialed as "BK - burger king", time and date noted. After the meal, I wanted access to the washroom. It was locked from the outside. The worker has to press a button for it to open from behind the counter. I'm yelling 3-4 times no one pays attention. All a *** joke. Locking the washroom from patrons. Finally, an old Indian lady presses the button. Bottom line, FIRE THIS ENTIRE LOCATION!! Get rid of the manager on down. Get rid of every single staff. I was treated like sh**t this evening as a nobody by this Indian staff and Manager. When I left I shouted, "You are all bunch of *** IDIOTS TREATING A PERSON THIS WAY!!!" Never go to this location. *** JOKE!!!

Got a milk shake thrown out into my truck by the manager
Its a long story that I would prefer to just talk to someone about. Im looking to get the $33 back from having to clean the inside and out of my truck. My kids were traumatized and this manager needs to be fired.

No drinks being served, not even bottles
I went to the Stony Plain location and they are not serving drinks. This is not the first time. They do not even have bottle drinks available. No discount or money off. Full price for burger and fries

Poor service at Clyde Location in Ottawa On
Wife and I went out for supper and tried Burger king at Clyde Ave in Ottawa On. We order two whopper meals and 8 chicken nuggets. I watch the cashier get our hamburgers and fries and put the in a bag and left the bag sit there on the serving area in the back rack. I waited 10 minutes and watch one person putting chicken nuggets in the fryer. I ask the cashier was that my order sitting there and ask her for it and we sat down to eat in. The fries were luke warm and waited for the chicken nuggets. We finish our meal and the nuggets finally was served. I got up to get my nuggets and the cashier had an attitude, what was my hurry. She could care if she served you cold food. Staff needs to be retrained properly. Nugget should be cooked first and then hamburger and fries, then given to customer. not waiting 20 minutes to get nuggets after hamburger and fries were ready. Will not be dining at this place anytime soon. Wendys and MacDonalds has better service and attitude in there staff. I usually dont write complaints, but this place was horrible.

I want to issue a complaint about your Napanee Ontario location! This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. The dining room hours are supposed to be from 7am until 10pm but the restaurant is never open, drive thru only. We have been there on a few occasions since that location opened and its never been open for eat in. Some people really dont like the inconvenience of having to eat in their car with children and its very hot outside! Last night at 5 o'clock we were there and doors were locked and at least 4 workers that we could see were standing around doing nothing by the cash and totally ignored us when we knocked on the door. So there was absolutely no reason for not having the restaurant open as there was plenty of staff that one person could easily have run the counter. It was also whopper Wednesday and new coupons had just come out so we were not the only that were frustrated! We actually left your restaurant totally disgusted with your establishment and we went to Wendys where we were served at the counter and were able to enjoy our dinner sitting in the restaurant. Something needs to be done about this location immediately!

They cant give u therightorder. You cant call them or cant call corparate.. its a automated machine that keeps saying the same thing over n over again.. they cant even put the right food in my bags and when u try to c!ll them they wont answer ever. U go there at 930 at night no one will answer the drive up.. they cant even give fresh food. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST DREADFOOL PLACE HAVE EVER ENCOUTERED. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AND OBVIOUSLY CORPARATE DOES NOT AS WELL..CUZ THIS HAPPENING EVERYTIME I TRY N GO THERE.. ITS RIDICULOUS. I used to think BK was the best
In the past couple years I have been disappointed every time I go to BK. Last time I went to the new BK in Elmira On drive thru , I ordered and moved to the pay window. By the time I finished paying with a tap debit my food was handed to me. Extremely fast service. However it was not freshly cooked and was cold. I live a block from this BK. There's no way it could have cooled that much in 3 minutes. Every BK I go to is the same thing. I do not like cold food that is supposed to be hot. Please stop using the heat rack.

All I asked for was my money back and the food to be replaced. And I got sent out of the restaurant by manager and then told that he cant replace any food or give me money cause then he would loose out. Not pleased one bit.
