No ice in the machine food cold

Been to the Store in Colquitt Georgia a few times and friends have gone still no ice .Went September 1st and still no ice. It is a new store should not have this problem for over 6 weeks. Store number 29868.

Incomplete order

Order was incomplete. Tried calling store 14 times and no answer. Tried contacting corporate and got no where. I paid for a complete order and did not receive a complete order. Worse company ever. I will never do business with them again.

I need to speak to someone asap

Employees yelling and screaming at each other saying heads are going to roll and then locking the doors in the restaurant on all of the customers inside.saying that the dining room is closed.

BK Located in Corpus Christi Texas

Dear Sir or Madam: Re: Wednesday, May 24, 2023 This evening, at approximately 8:11 pm, I drove to the Burger King located at 6610 Saratoga Boulevard, Corpus Christi, Texas. There were several cars in the drive-through line, so I chose to go inside to place my order. When I entered, there was a young man in street clothes behind the counter at the register. He was giving cups to two other people who appeared to be his friends. These two people were not behind the counter but were in the dining area. I heard one person say to him bro, its so good that you work here. The young man then exited the cooking/work area located behind the counter and the register and returned to his friends in the dining area. Thereafter, there was no one at the register. There was an employee near the drive through window, a young lady wearing head gear, taking orders from the drive through, and she shouted to me that she would be with me in a moment. It was very hectic; the drive through line was getting longer and this young lady was working as fast as she could. In a short time, another employee, a young lady, entered the cooking/work area and walked up behind the counter to the register. As she stood at the register, it was clear she was waiting on someone or something. The employee wearing the head gear walked over to the employee behind the register asking where she had been saying that since she had left, they had been slammed. The two ladies proceeded to discuss the need and the timing of when to use the restroom. Upon placing my order, I went to the beverage dispenser and there was no ice. The young lady from the register went to the back (cooking/work area) to fill my cup with ice. She immediately brought forward two buckets of ice that she lifted and dumped into the beverage dispenser. While she was in the dining area, attending to the beverage dispenser, she asked the young man in street clothes, why he was there on his day off. Shortly thereafter, this same young man again went into the cooking/work area (where the register was located). As I was given my order and left, I could hear someone yelling get out. My assumption was that this young man, an employee on his day off, should not be in the back, the cooking/work area, while not on shift. I rarely write letters to businesses, for several reasons. One of those reasons being that I am just one customer in a very large customer pool. However, I entered this Burger King and saw the young man in street clothes behind the counter standing at the register and thought Who is in control here? Who runs a business like this?. Further, the young man held a sleeve of paper cups. As he was pulling out cups for his friends, he pulled the cups out by the lip; fingering all of the cups. Lazy rude employees

I was in the drive thru prior to close to pick up my order. The lights were ok and they refused to answer the intercom. I drove around and they opened the window to tell me they refused to make my order and they were closed this was at 11:59 after waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes trying to get someone to answer. I informed them I had already ordered and paid through the app and they refused to give me a refund and said I'd have to do it through the app. I asked why they wouldn't just make the food they said too bad so sad all the foods been thrown out. He then slammed the window in my face and mock waved bye and blew me a kiss condescendingly. Not only did I not get dinner when my points were my only way I had to get food tonight because due to many unfortunate circumstances I had no money. I also had to deal with someone being rude, lazy, and who doesn't care about the customer. If someone like that is allowed to work there then I will not be a customer in the future. This experience has been more than disappointing

Upset consumer poor quality food

Hello, I sent the following customer complaint to the in BK support and they basically told me they will provide a good faith $15 coupon on a $68 order that was not consumable for my family of 5. We had to go to bed hungry due to spending that amount of money at after 10pm at night while on vacation. This is horrible and i provided photos the store management is not going to benefit me as I do not live in Reno Nevada. I will not stop voicing my concerns and request for refund until someone has some type of concern for your customers and business to resolve this issue. The whopper sandwiches (3) were old buns the meat was dry lettuce was discolored as well as the original chicken sandwiches (2) . Not to mention the meat for the original chicken sandwich, to my surprise was 3 chicken nuggets. The drinks were flat and the tea smelled really funny. The male employee at the window said the register wasnt printing out paper, therefore he suggested he could take a pic of the register showing the receipt. I have this if needed. I am so disappointed, disgusted , frustrated and depressed and out now $68 bucks for garbage, we didnt consume any of that food or drinks my children nor my husband and I ate this made me cry as a parent because now I not only wasnt able to feed my children but I wasted $68 , everything was closed and my family went to bed hungry. I am seeking a full refund or in app refund.

Very POOR service.

Wanted to site inside and cool off while enjoying some burgers king. Had the doors locked ( open sign says 6am to 12pm). When I went through the drive through and asked the lady didnt have an answer. Just smiled at me. She also told me customers always wrong! Not to mention the burger was cold and bacon is burnt. With no customers inside the food should be flawless. Someone needs to fire everyone and start over. Will never be back to this location again!

Jennifer from Port Richey Fl.very very rude

I don't know, hi. I tried to call customer service and was not able to speak to a live representative. My wife and 2 kids. And I came to the Burger King off of US highway 19 North in Port Richey, Florida, and ordered $50 worth of food . I am new to the area and have been there 4 times in the past 2 months period I never had a problem until today heavy set lady named Jennifer was very rude. There were 2 windows and the drive through. Apparently, the first window was to pay the lady that was in the drive through was staring at the wall away from the window, laughing and giggling. I was there for 10 seconds trying to make Eye contact so I drove to the second window where you received the food. I thought maybe that was where I needed to pay. I didn't think it was a huge deal. Before I even was able to speak to the lady. She was making very rude faces. Shaking her head and rolling her eyes and just staring at me. And I was wondering what her problem was so I asked her. Is there something wrong?She then proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to pay at the other window? And I told her I didn't see the lady make Eye contact with me. I was there for 10 seconds looking at her and she did not make Eye contact, she then said she was there, saw me drive past and was very rude when telling me this, saying that she has to go run the payment at the other window that I'm just gonna have to wait. She snatched the card out of my hand. I just think through this whole experience this all could have been avoided with the simple. Next time you come to the window. You have to pay at the first window. Rather than say, all of these rude remarks stare at me aimlessly with the rude rolling of the eyes mannerism. And then shortly after giving me my food. She was acting overly sarcastic grandiose personality. Acting like she was the best employee in the world. Smiling and laughing and trying to be overly sarcastic after knowing how rude she was. After I received my food. I told her how I felt about how she was being inconsiderate and rude. Disrespectful and yes, I did start to curse at her. Because she was being rude again. Telling me that it was my problem? And I was the one to blame. Because I was the one that made the mistake. Period I told her she must not like her job. She's in the hospitality business. This could have all been avoided because people make mistakes. Again, this lady's name is Jennifer. She works at the Burger King in port, Richey, Florida. She is a manager and could have avoided this whole thing by just explaining that it was a mistake, but that she can take care of it. I will I want to come back to Burger King. Because I like it but not ever to this location.I would have to drive 6 miles out of the way just to go to another Burger King. place to see if she got in trouble. Because this is uncalled for I've never been treated like this at a drive through. Then again, I probably would just go to the McDonald's. That's a little bit closer because I don't think i'd want to drive out of the way unless I'm in the area. Please respond to this and let me know that you are going to handle this accordingly. Messed up order rude employee

I received the wrong order again when I was there . I was looking in the bag and before I walked out the door , employee called us customers retards . So I dumped the bag out on the Counter and left .

Miss treated

The food was super dry. It smelled like burn oil. I asked the cashier for the manager. She did let her know that I needed to talk to her. She came look at us a few times, but never came around to ask what's the issue? As someone who been in food industry for over two decades, this is not the way to solve a problem with a customer specially in a residential area's.

They didn’t give me my whole order and the wouldn’t refund for missing item

I purchased an order for $15.79. I had ordered an item like an ice cream cone and they told me that they dont have it after they charge me for it. I asked them if they can give me a Coke instead and they said yes, and the other lady said, do not give him anything, I gave them a five dollar tip because the lady walked away from the register and started flipping out thing and Im taking pictures with her on the phone videotaping her and starts accusing me of all this stuff sends another lady over. Shes tell me give me money, give me money I give her money , she gives me the wrong order. I told her I can I get the stuff that I did order they say no I ask them for can I get a can I get a soda ice water? No they wouldnt give it to me and I apologize to them because they were misunderstood and I even gave him five dollars The employee would not tell me what my order was they told me it was $15. They wouldnt tell me what items I ordered when I asked they run away from the window, take my credit card and they are accusing me of videotaping them. They also refused to give me ice water Cups and the food that I got wasnt for me it was for my family and when I brought it back to them, they said it taste disgusting. Its missing items and none of them want to eat any of it I couldnt even get refunded my money back for what you didnt have and I couldnt even get a drink for five dollars that I gave him. I will never go to Burger King again in my life. You just wasted three hours of my life.

Complaint Burger King Georgia

Stone Mountain Georgia, 30083 I am writing in regards to a complaint concerning one of your franchise stores. The complaint is as listed below. The remedies that I am seeking is a refund and a store apology, from the owner. Burger King complaint Location: Burger King restaurant 2377 located at 6038 Memorial Dr, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 Issue: Customer service and the charge of a $16.83 meal. Items ordered: number one Whopper meal large and 8 cheese sticks. Customer service was very rude/nasty/belligerent. A proportion of the meal was not provided, only the drink, and cashier call the police. Cashier talk to me in a way like I was a criminal and was afraid of the police. This was unbecoming of a person in customer service. This was horrible, insulted my intelligence and appeared racial. I am a 60 year old full 4 year college educated African-American male, 35 years of work experience with federal government. I am a homeowner in the area where this Burger King is located. I have visited this Burger King since 1994, when I purchase my home. I never had this problem at any business or restaurant. In addition, this cashier appeared under the influence of a drug or intoxicant. This cashier claimed to be a manager, hair dye bleach blonde at the top and auburn color at the bottom part of her hair to the roots of her head. She was Caucasian and had tattoos on her arms, approximately 5'4 in height. She claimed to be a manager. Remedies: Refund and an apology from the store manager. What happened: On Sunday April the 23rd I visited Burger King restaurant 2377 at 6038 Memorial Dr, Stone Mountain, GA 30083, on or around 7:30, 8:00 p.m., through the drive-thru. I ordered a number one Whopper meal, large along with eight cheese sticks. I proceeded to the drive-thru window. The cashier, Caucasian lady with mixed bleached blonde and auburn hair, approximately 5'4 in height waited on me. She took my credit card at the drive-thru window. There was a wait, then she returned my card with two receipts. She then gave me my large drink. About 5 minutes at past, and she returned with my order and said I need to run your credit card again. I asked why what you need to run my credit card again. She said it did not take. I said, you gave me the receipt and the charges are on the receipt. I showed her the receipt and read off my order along with the cost. She said your car did not take. I said show me on the receipt or give me something in writing showing my card did not take. She rambled on with with a big attitude and gave me a receipt. When I looked at the receipt, the receipt showed a prior order. I told her this is not my receipt. She immediately closed the drive-thru window when I tried to show her what she had given me. At the same time she said real nasty all right then. At that time I said I need to see the store manager your boss. And then say okay I'll come in. When I drove around to go in the restaurant, she commanded an employee to lock the door. I knocked on the door and showed my receipts at the glass door. The employees standing at the door said I cannot look at your receipts. I knocked on the door. She came to the door saying in a nasty way you wasn't charged. Go away I'll call the police. I said call the police because I didn't do anything wrong. I need to see your manager. I waited a while, the police did not show up and I left. On Monday April 24th, after work, on or around 5:30, 6:00 p.m. I return to the store to see a store manager. This same lady, cashier from Sunday April 23rd I encountered, was present. I asked a different cashier could I speak to a store manager. The same Caucasian lady approached me and claim to be a manager and said that I should leave. I then asked the other cashier where is the store manager, and she said he has gone for the day, he comes in the morning and leaves at 3:00 p.m. this same Caucasian lady approached me and said you need to leave yesterday I called the police and they came after you left and I did not press charges, don't come here no more. I said I was not here to see you I was here to see your manager. She said again the police came by yesterday. I replied I'm not afraid of the police because I work for the police and departed the restaurant. I proceeded to another Burger King restaurant located on memorial drive. I explained to the manager there what had happened at restaurant 2377 and he assisted me as much as he could, but said store 2377 is not in his district.

To report an incident at one of your restaurants

I went to your Burger King at 1600 Hwy 72 in Athens, Alabama. They still have the restaurant on lockdown where you cant go in and its the only restaurant in Athens where you cannot go in so you have to go thru the drive thru so thats what I did. There were 3 cars a head of me in the line, I got up to the speaker to place my order and the girl says hold on Ill be back to take your order in a minute she forgot she had her microphone on so I could hear everything she was saying. All she was doing was joking around with the other employees, laughing, yelling, swearing, carrying on, and I could hear everything, 10 minutes later when she comes back to take my order after joking around with her fellow employees, and the line had not moved at all. There were still three cars ahead of me and we are now 10 minutes later, I told her you left me sitting here for 10 minutes while you joked around and swore and played around with your fellow employees because I could hear everything you said because you left your microphone on instead of taking my order. She just kind of laughed and said maam, what do you want , I placed my order which was very simple. I said I want 2 Medium Whooper meals with cheese, one of the whoppers no onions, the other whopper, everything and I want Coke for the drink. Simple, right? This girl could not get my order to save her life I repeated it six times and she still couldnt get it right it was coming up on the screen wrong and she finally just said just pull forward. Now were 15 minutes that Ive sat in this line and I still have three cars ahead of me finally the first car moves away from the window , now theres two cars ahead of me another five minutes goes by and finally that car so now Ive sat in the line 20 minutes now theres one car in front of me we sit and sit and sit for 10 more minutes went by and the guy in front of me, whos been sitting in the line just as long or longer than me is yelling out his window. What is the problem because weve now been sitting there for 30 minutes. I can tell you what the problem is these employees dont care about the customers number one and theyre in there fooling around and outside smoking because I saw three of them standing right outside the door smoking while were sitting in the line waiting for our food for over 30 minutes . Finally that car moves away with his order. I pull up she charges me for two large meals and didnt add the cheese onto the whoppers so she takes the bag back tells them they need cheese on them! Then she hands me the bag for a total of almost 38 minutes in this line!!! And by the way, she couldnt even make the proper change when she gave me my money back?! I drive home get home take the food out that I was delivering for my parents and theres only one whopper in there. Theres two orders of fries, but only one whopper?? I was more than upset!! I had to return all the way back to the store , which is a 10 mile round-trip and get my other whopper that I had already paid for! Oh, and let me tell you about the whopper I did get it was cold the hamburger looked like it had been cooked yesterday, disgusting! I went back to the store, asked for the manager. It took her 10 minutes to come to me Because she was walking around the dining room on her cell phone laughing and talking I was sitting right outside watching her thru the window!!! And there were the same 3 employees back outside, smoking cigarettes by the front door all the while the line through the drive-through is about 10 cars and people were getting out of the car and upset with why it was taking so long!!! Finally, after waiting about 10 minutes for the manager to get off her phone she comes out to me and I explain everything to her and she said well what do you want? Ill give you another whopper! Like I was asking for something that I didnt deserve? I had paid for that whopper and waited almost 40 minutes for it all the while her employees were cutting up outside smoking cigarettes along with her she was also one of the ones outside smoking! I told her that I wanted a refund that it was an inconvenience for me to have to come 10 more miles out of my way to get what I had paid for when it shouldve been in the bag to begin with and that I had to wait 40 minutes through her drive-through she said no youre not getting any money back heres a whopper. Is this the kind of service Burger King has now? No, thank you! I will make sure to tell everyone about this Burger King and to stay as far away from it as they can, I talked to my neighbor and was telling them about it. They said they will never go to that Burger King again because they experienced more of the same treatment. It took forever to get their food, and their order was not right either and that they havent been there in months and will never go back there ! Then, when I try to get a number for your corporate office to talk to someone, there is no way to get a telephone number for you people you only want me to fill something out and take more of my time and having to type up in detail what happened so now you have it ! Unprofessional and unsanitary

The store 2150 is very disappointing the managers are as bad as the employees..you can expect about a 20 minute wait the one female Jess was loudly talking about how the manager who changed her shift from the *** shift to mornings was just gonna have to deal with her being late because her mental clock isnt gonna be adjusted..and the whole time you can see shes spitting all over the wraps and breakfast sandwiches shes making they all look like they are on drugs and on top of being insanely slow theyre rude if you ask how much longer until you order is complete..you will stand there long enough for your ice to start melting in your drink..and that isnt even during the busy rush..they talk way more then they work the one manager allowed this individual to be loud cuss talk bad about her superiors practically get into a almost fight with another customer infront of customers with their small children while they stood by and did nothing this experience is not worth the money or headaches how anyone could eat from this place is beyond me this place is crazy And they have a low C for food and sanitation rating
