THEY LIE AND DONT REFUND MONEY

SLIM MINT WALLET...THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER,SAID THEY REFUNDED BUT DID NOT REFUND BACK TO CREDIT CARD...REPORTED THEM AND WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN NEW YORK...THEY ARE LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS.

The sorriest customer service I have ever talked to.

The Silver Bullet Hose. I wanted to exchange the Silver Bullet Hose, for the Copper Bullet Hose. They were of the former accent, so they barely could make out what you are saying. I asked to speak to his manager, well wouldnt you know it, he wasnt much better. But persist to tell me that I could sent my product back, but I couldnt exchange it. So I told him to take this order back, and give all my money back. I will never buy anything that is bulbhead again. The sorriest company I have ever dealt with, so good riddance. Anything in my house that is made by, this company will be trashed.

My hose exploded in my face

After turning on the water, I put fertilizer in my watering can and then squeezed the nozzle at which time the hose exploded and threw water in my face and then the rest of my body. I didnt get hurt just soaked.

Need my hose

Need to receive my order for hose ordered on June 8,,2023. Never received a tracking number either. And charged once for 40+. And twice a dollar each time. Send my hose please

Haven't received product yet.

My sister informed me of this product and said that it could help me with my need for extra closet space. She even started me off with several to see what they were like. I instantly loved them and ordered three packages a set of 54. I received two boxes but not the 3 that I had ordered. Contacted the company back and was informed that they would be sending me a 3rd package, but have not received it as of this date

Talk about the copper biller hose I just recieved

Product is not as advertised. Theyre 100 foot hose measures ~ 60 ft and stretches under pressure and pulling hard to ~75ft. The hose is not nearly as elastic as advertised. When the water pressure is released the retraction in length is ~10%. Ill have to wait to find out if they send a replacement. They said they would send another in~4 to 6 weeks. P. Jay Hamlin

Complaint/ junk hose

I purchased this hundred foot silver bullet hose from Home Depot.The fitting broke within 3 months. It says it has a lifetime warranty however when you contact the manufacturer you were speaking to someone in India. Absolutely no help. They told me I would have to pay for a new one and have to pay to ship it back. This is not a warranty its a rip off. The product is garbage.No help from this company. Advise everyone not to purchase this from them

Ordered & paid for product never received

They delivered to the WRONG Address - I repeated my address 4 times and they had FED EX deliver to the address across the street. When I called and ask for them to resend. They say they are refunding me my money. As of 3-23-23 - I do not have the refund. Why can't they understand ENGLISH. I wanted the product NOT the refund. Why do not they understand the way I talk - I also input it down and it was clearly acknowleged on the sheet as my address and yet they sent FED EX to the wrong address - WHY couldn't I get my product? Did they not have it? I tried to speak to the neighbors - but they NO habla english.

Order never placed, no shipping label sent to return

My neighbor, who is 80, ordered an 18-pack of the "Ruby Space Triangles." They sent her a whole shipment of 14 bags of 18 each. Now they won't let her return it. First they said she has to have an email. I'm her 60-year-old neighbor, so I'm also a senior citizen, but have been working on computers for over 30 years, so I've set up an email for her so she can get the return shipping label. Now they're asking for an order number, but there's no paperwork in the package at all. I scanned and sent a copy of the shipping label on the original package that has all the numbers on it, with my neighbor's name, address, and phone number. Any company on earth can search for the order number in their computer system with all that information. So I'm going back and forth with them. Their website says you can send the package back, but the refund will be less $10 to cover return postage. It should NOT cost any customer $10 to return an order THEY DID NOT PLACE. In my opinion, this is fraud, and they're preying on seniors, probably assuming we're all senile and not at all computer-savvy. Neighbor will be reporting this charge as fraudulent with her credit card company to have the money pulled back, and if the company wants their products returned, they'll send a shipping label to the email provided to them. If you have aging or aged parents/grandparents/friends, warn them to never buy from this company!

Deceptive prices

I ordered the ? Lizzard lights? The ones that are lime green used for roadside emergency help. First thing they wanted to pressure me into buying batteries NO BUT they sent anyway. Order a set price was under 30$?OK GOT 2 sets ok , NEXT A BILL OF $176 WTF!!! On line got nowhere after many attempts next called and that was a big runaround. SCAMMERS EVERYONE BEWARE.

Deceptive advertising

Price not as quoted I WOULD NEVER NEVER PAY/SPEND OVER INE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR SOME LITTLE LIGHTS, first you changed and sent batteries that I didnt order and made that clear !!! Now when I get my credit card bill you charge $176.67 what the *** this is s total scam at the time of the call I was not given that price. I am making a complaint to the better business agency and blowing you up on every Facebook Twitter everyone I can.

Where is my order

They couldnt get address right. I know I put my address in correctly so they screwed up my address somehow. I had to call to fix it. Plus I could not understand the representative. Did not understand her at all. Next time I have a problem I want someone who speaks English. I hate repeat my addy and name several times. Not happy.

Scam company, robbed me of $67.93

I ordered Lizard Flare lights on November 12, 2022. They were supposed to charge $67.93. They upscaled me to $104 without my permission. I canceled the order within 10 minutes. Phone calls and emails, over 7 hours on the phone, trying to get my money back. Paypal got back the upcharge. Bulbhead kept the $67.93. They have no intention of giving it back either. Be aware of this scam company.

They ripped me off for $67.93.

Let me explain, I ordered the Lizard Flair lights. The original charge should have been $67.93. They upscaled my order without my permission to $104.00. They helped themselves to my bank account. I canceled the order within 10 minutes when my bank alerted me to the charge. They lied to me multiple times about giving me a refund. Paypal was able to get the upcharge back but Bulbhead decided to keep me $67.93. 2 months later and multiple calls and emails, they are refusing to give me back my money. I even wrote to the head of the company and was ignored. They are a crap company, I guess that's why all of the people I've talked to are from India. They are thieves and have no honor. They are scam artists.
