Refund

I accidentally ordered my food at a different location and I got charged and I wasnt able to go to the location it was to far and I want a refund.

Harvey kicked me out for a poster

Your store manager Harvey has went as far to say that your district manager Bobby has 86 me from the location. This weekend they refused me service and I missed the ufc 291 event. Not only that but I been missing all the leagues cup games!!! I walked in there on Saturday night and both Zack and Laura told me that I couldn't be there. It was the most embarrassing scenario possible. I've been walking into that establishment since you've guys been opened in that elk grove location. It was embarrassing to walk in there and have people you've known and met there see you get kicked out. When I tell them that they kicked me out for a poster they laugh and they say Harvey has a chip on his shoulder. He thinks it's his house and he got a little too comfortable with me just because I work next door. He thinks I'm one of his employees and told me " I disrespected him" when I took the poster I thought we were allowed to take. I work next door I don't work for Harvey or Buffalo wild wings. I'm a customer as far as I'm concerned.

Because of service

Long wait for take out and then they tell me the whole time they had my order and when I asked where my food was they said omg I'll go check another one these customers.

I had the worst experience at your Mcchesney Park location

Contacted customer service and a manager returned my call a few days later he offered a full refund and still have not received the refund!

Discrimination

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings located at 200 Township Blvd Suite 40 , Camillus NY 1303. My family were sat down and at a table and no one came to serve us. We sat for over 10 minutes and no one asked if we were helped or served. I had to go to the hostess who sat my family down and asked if anyone was coming to serve us. Instead of seeing if we have a server he went on with whatever he was doing. Waited another 5 more minutes and went back up to see if he got anyone to serve us and he said Ill grab someone. When he finally went to get someone she came to us and said she will be right with us after passing us many times and then went on to talk with another waitress and didnt serve us. Also brought in another couple and sat right next to us and they were immediately being helped. I feel just because I am of a different race I was treated with discrimination because of my nationality of being Muslim and wearing the hijab. I asked to speak with a manager and that also took forever till she came out to speak to me. We left very unhappy and my kids couldnt understand why we were treated that way.

Hard chicken

Chicken to hard. Delivery took nearly 3 hours. Driver stated Delivery was pinned for a business in another city

Lost points

Bw3s made me change my rewards phone number and now I can't access my points..customer support will not call me to fix my problem.

Not the food or service had an issue with.

Double charged for an order, back on May 14th placed an order, this BWW GO in Saginaw, MI, ordered same, had to re-enter order, picked up order & name on the order board on their 2xs !!! Told server & she said they were having computer problems! Was told 3 different times that refund will be issued 7-10 business days! NOTHING. Now hopefully, through this site, issue will be resolved.

My food was cold

My 6 wings (medium) and french fries (Regular) were cold. I told the server and he said he can get the manager. The manager said I could get the order again but I decided not to because the restaurant was closing in 2 minutes. The manager didn't even wanna that my order off because it was cold. The food hurt my teeth.

Stolen points and website trouble - can't change password

Hello, my name is Duane Whitlock and I live in Pennsylvania. I love your restaurant and go there at least once per month with my children. I received an e-mail 5/2/2023 stating that I had used my points for a pick-up in Shelby, Kentucky. After a quick internet search on this topic, it is obvious that my points were stolen. Was there a data breach that might have allowed this to happen? Anyway, I went online, logged in, viewed the "Order History" and "Points History" to confirm the theft. I'm disappointed. I'm also frustrated that I can't change my account password. When I select "Change Password" it will let me know an e-mail was sent - but I never receive anything - not in my inbox or spam folder. Can you help me? Thank you, Duane Whitlock

Horrible experience

I ordered on uber Eats and when I got to the restaurant I was made to wait another 40 minutes. Finally I told them the app said my order was ready for 30 minutes now. He finally came out with a big bag of food. The food was ice cold! The guacamole was brown and the order was all wrong. I called corporate of Buffalo wild wings and the guy told me I had to take it up with uber Eats. Um no it was the *** restaurant and horrible staff. Please don't eat here!

Horrible, unprofessional, customer service!

Palm Desert CA Wild Buffalo Wings has the most horrible, disgusting and unprofessional customer service, among other things. I am beyond disgusted of their service ! No matter how much we will crave their wings WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT FOR ANYTHING AND WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!! To start we never got our appetizer, our waiter Johnny missed one of our plates took about 30 to 40 mins to bring the wrong order the rest of our food was cold because we were trying to wait for my father in laws missing plates. It took another 25 mins to bring the right food, by that time some of the other peoples food was cold, almost an hour passed during this time and Johnny never came back to asked if we needed drink refills, we needed utensils napkins, etc. the one person helping us was a nice girl name Anahi who was only a cashier. The waiter Johnny came back another 20-25 mins with a smirk on his face giving us the missing plate and said do you guys need anything else? so I told him its too late for you to ask now after an hour of no service and cold food. Johnny started laughing at us out loud and said this is funny. I ask him to come back so he can explain to me what was so funny that he needed to laughed? I didnt find it funny missing our plate for a whole hour? He said well it just is. I told him, well Johnny I find it very inappropriate and disrespectful for you to laughed about the kind of service youre giving us and disrespectful with your answers. He told us oh well I have the right to talk back and express myself. I ask him to walk away and to get the manager, he then said to me, well you dont tell me what to do. I asked him politely to walk away and to get his manager, he said NO I need to defend and express myself and to not tell me what to do. I said actually by bringing 12 people to come and eat here and to celebrate my daughters 12 birthday and paying I can ask you politely to go get your manager well he kept laughing and arguing. I went to look for the manager myself, this guy name Austin kept coming out claiming to be the manager when all the sudden the actual manager name Megan came out and I said why was Austin claiming to be the manager? I waisted all this time with a regular waiter trying to express my horrible experience?? Meanwhile the waiter Johnny was talking to the table next to us telling them how WE WERE BEING TOO MUCH the man in that table was obviously under the influence of Alcohol and started arguing with my cousins trying to start a fight trying to defend Johnny so thank you Johnny for giving the worst costumer service for being childish and disrespectful, for being extremely unprofessional, for creating chaos, for almost causing a physical fight with other people who because they were drunk didnt mind their business. While all this was happening the unprofessional manager Megan who couldnt take care of the situation and very unpleasant moment started to asked my family to leave the restaurant and telling me that I needed to make sure I payed the bill and that she could only give us the missing plate for free and nothing else. When all ove our food of 12 plates were cold half ways eaten, there was 6 plates almost completely full, Megan kept telling me I needed to make sure I pay for food that was cold and half ways eaten. I have videos that will be uploaded on Yelp and other social media if this individuals keep working there or if your company doesnt do anything about this horrible experience ruining my daughters birthday. I am not a scandalous person and wait to upload videos if this matter isnt handle right paying $300 dollars for this BS experience its beyond ridiculous!!! Unfortunately this isnt the first unpleasant service weve had not just unpleasant, disrespected, disgusted of their service, but getto over all. HOW IS IT THAT Buffalo Wild Wings CAN KEEP THIS TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONAL, UNEDUCATED, AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR THEM? THE REPUTATION THAT JOHNNY AND MEGAN ARE GIVING THIS CORPORATE IS BEYOND DISGUSTING!

Received Incorrect Order, Never Got a Response

I ordered a large order on March 11th and despite my online and physical receipts saying two orders of boneLESS wings and one traditional order of wings, I instead received two orders of traditional wings and one boneless. When I sent a complaint, I was told I would receive a response in 2-4 business days. After one week with no response, I sent a follow-up email and received no response yet again. Now its been two weeks and Ive gotten nothing still. I want a refund on my order and am never ordering from that Buffalo Wild Wings again.
