I still haven't heard anything about order being shipped to wrong address

Fed Ex delivered the order to wrong address I made claims to Buds and FedEx super run around .No response from either

Trouble placing my order

I have ordered from you previously. I have a California COE license and an FFL03 that you have copies of. I would like to place an order for ammo and in the past have been able to call customer service and place the order over the phone from the items in my cart. I can not do that now as I don't have a order number until I finish the check out process or enter an FFL dealer which I don't need with the licenses you have on file. How do I complete this transaction? Is there a specific phone extension I call utilize to complete this transaction?

Terrible service

This all happened on July 24, 2023. After much searching around, I decided to use Budsgunshop.com to make a purchase on some firearm items. I regret this now as this business gave me nothing but trouble. At Budsgunshop, they have an option for financing. I choose the 4 payments option since it does not charge interest. During the check out process we're asked to enter our debit card so that Buds can charge the first payment and so that they can later charge the remaining payments every other week. So I enter my card and agree to pay (you must do this in order to complete the order). Right after they charge me $165.04, the order shows an error stating the amount financed does not match the total. Which is not true. Sure enough I check my bank and I was charged immediately even before I could click on complete order. Once that error popped up, there was no way to cancel or modify the order in anyway. I call them, no one picks up, I chat with them and the guy just tells me it's no their problem, that I need to contact the payment processing company. I call and those guys say it's no their problem either, that they have no info on me or this transition. Long story short, Buds NEVER helped and would not take responsibility for their check out processes glitching out and I was not issued a refund. I had to call my bank to get the money back. AVOID budsgunshop.com at all costs.

Non receipt of order 480****

The FFL Midstate Trading Company has bit been available for delivery of product ordered. UPS has tried to deliver for four days with no luck. The FFL has not contacted me even though I called him twice. Very dissatisfied with the purchase and the service.

Hassle with purchase of glock 43x mos

I recently bought a glock 43x mos gun with the order number # 476**** and the pistol they sent is not made in Austria as seen in the photo. Instead they sent one made in the USA that is of lower quality than the one made in Austria. In conclusion, I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. I hope you can give me some alternative that compensates my displeasure thanks

Received the wrong Muzzleloader

Ordered CVA Optima V2 Muzzleloader on line The photo clearly showed a thumbhole stock muzzleloader Received the new muzzleloader and it has a stationary stock Called customer service and was told That I ordered the wrong muzzleloader and there wasnt anything that they could do about it It is clearly their mistake

Recieved wrong firearm from Buds guns

Right picture Wrong stock Ordered muzzleloader by the on-line add and pictures Received the wrong product customer service told me it was my fault I ordered the wrong muzzleloader and they would do nothing about it. Bottom line If this is the way they do business and dont stand behind their mistakes, then how reputable a company are they?

Trying to purchase but your site won’t me

Your system is not friendly . Just because youre system did not recognize my phone number. It dumps me to your website . I am trying to spend money and your system wont let me . !

Satisfied Customer

During a recent purchase the charge against my card was lower than the total price reflected on the purchase page when I selected confirm order. Buds contacted me the next day, explained the error and a second charge on the card was authorized. The purchase was completed and the products shipped the net day. Excellent communication and coordination.

Return label

No complaints about about buds in general only getting charged a restock fee for return. No issues besides that

My order is over 2 weeks late and I cannot talk to a human being

I had a special order and its over 2 weeks late and you cannot talk to a live person. I have tried on multiple occasions to reach a live person and it is impossible. Trying to find out how to cancel the order is even harder.

Ammo order canceled without reason

Bought $240 worth of 12 gauge buck shots to get advantage of the free shipping, they took the money but never shipped!! When I double checked, the order was cancelled without any notification and after me emailing them the answer was, we didnt feel comfortable with this sale or something similar. Never happened to me before with any vendor!!

Being locked out of signing in. Constantly.

I dont use the immature language that is used POed but first it cost me $1.00. And the wanted $ 20.00 to get someone to continue. Im not big into guns as some , I have 43 rifles, and 19 pistols that I have collected over the last 57 years and am now selling them because I have no one to leave them too. Now that Buds is too busy to answer the phone, Im taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for contacting me. Justjim

Buds is obviously glad to sell firearms that they do not have in stock. I ordered a shotgun almost two weeks ago and it has not shipped. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Selling firearms that they obviously do not have in stock. Unethical business practice which basically results I a free loan for them. I should have looked at their very unfavorable ratings before ordering. Will never do business with them again. Ever.
