Horrible Service!

Passed issues were resolved
Was contacted by company regarding my problem was taken carthe of pleased with response. Had problems with collapsing baton,told me how to work. Been working fine.

They never responded to my email asking about an item and when it will be instock so i dont think ill shop with budk in the future ive been checking every day to see if it is in stock but its not and they wont respond.

Product defect
I've had my 425 dollar sog Pentagon for 3 weeks and the switch fell off. U guys will fix it or replace it correct. It's over 400 9 spent on it I can send pics of u send. Am email BUDK Order # W477******** thank u 425 bucks broke a week later wow. Now u ignore me

Never Again
This is my 2nd attempt at ordering a gift, my first order was cancelled, and I was never notified. I ordered the gift again since I couldn't find it locally, 13 days later it still has not arrived! I also paid extra to be sure it arrived in time, which is obviously not going to happen! It has been sitting at the same location for 5 days! I will never make this mistake again, what a joke of a company!

The batteries included were 48V, and stamped on the unit was 24V. This has been resolved. Thank you The oher question is about the automatic chain oiler. The instructions do not indicate where the refill cap is located. Tahnks, Ivan

Requested Catalog 3 times. Same answer "It's in the mail" We'll send an other one. This is not the first time. They did the same thing at my old address. The only thing is when I did get their catalog, they sent it COD! Yep cost me .80 cents

Refund Status
I made a purchase on Jan 13,2021 and received a wrong product, namely 1 gun belt - 20 cartridge loops width medium, item number 36 BK5082 med. Item cost was $46.99 +tax Order number W428527****10. I returned the product Feb 19, 2021 via UPS store. Tracking number 1Z5X472990****3346. The cartridge loops were too large to hold any of the shells I had so I returned the product per customer service instructions. I still have not received a refund or replacement item. Please give me a refund or advise as necessary. Thank you.
